I called them to confirm they had the parts I needed, they confirmed and said they had them still bolted on the vehicle. I drove 45 minutes to their shop, lo and behold they didn't have the parts at all. They are liars, not worth your time.Edit: no, they didn't tell me the only way to guarantee that they have the parts or not is for me to come down and check myself. If this place was actually good, the guy would've got out of his chair, walked his small parking lot and confirmed whether the parts were available or not. Don't force people to drive down to your shady business and force them to look instead.

Sum bum guy who works there be talking to much. Insulted me def needs to be fired. His teeth are crooked and hard to understand him probably a dumb person who didn't go to school or sum

I went here looking for a brake drum to use in our junior high band's percussion section. Not only did they have EXACTLY what I needed, they were kind enough to donate the part. Thanks so much for helping our students make music! Next time I need a part for my ride, I'll definitely be looking here first.

Great experience! Great customer service! Took my son to the salvage yard for the first time to get a few things for his car. The yard is nicely organized and the gentleman working quickly let let us know what he had and where we could find it. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Great customer service! They got me a window regulator for my Kia Soul. Their are many variances of that part but they worked with me and made sure I got the right part. The part worked great as well. Try them out if you are looking for car parts.

We drove into Glendale Auto Parts today looking for a trim piece for our 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. My husband, who is a Veteran and 85 years old, was walking around their extensive yard trying to find the piece. Once he found it, we didn't have the tools to remove it. They came to our rescue, removing it, driving him back to the office and gifting it to him!People of kindness! Thank you!

My husband and I went here to look for a part for our 2012 Chevy which is no longer available anywhere on line or at the dealerships. They just happened to have the exact car in their lot and had the part and the owners manual for our car. They didn t even charge us for the part!!! We highly recommend Glendale Auto Parts!!!

We ordered a part because they told us they had the part available (good no broken parts) before receiving the part I cancelled the part because it took longer than what they had quoted us and I was told to pay a restocking fee of $127... never received invoice nor a receipt but still they want me to pay a restocking fee. They get a zero star from me since they never mentioned a restocking fee when trying to get the part ordered.

Biggest scam of a junk yard in all of Phoenix. They wanted $500 for an extremely scratched up hood and $125 for a heavily dented passenger side fender. If I could leave 0 stars instead of one star I would.

Took at least 30 minutes of waiting around for them to locate the truck seats in storage. They had issues with keys, etc.The truck seats were not as described or priced accordingly. Described as Grade A truck seats and priced at $1200 w/o console. Pictures on the web didn't show the leather rips. We were only able to see one seat the way it was stacked stored. Perhaps they damaged them with their haphazard storage methods,who knows.Giant waste of time, dealing with this wrecking yard!I'll give them a star for being nice on the phone.

They were very nice and helpful. I needed a new rim and they had to order it. I called for tail lights for my 14 sverado..looking for new or used, guy says there's a 100 wrecking yards on Broadway..doesn't say he can or cannot help me.This is actually a 0 star review, they really need to listen and be more customer oriented, and I'm sure most of their 5 star ratings are from friends and business contacts..

We drove a little over 5 hours from Page, AZ to Glendale, AZ and purchased a transmission from them. Told us it was warrantied for 90 days. We came back and the next day ready to install transmission in vehicle and we notice a crack on the housing. We called them and they told it's not warrantied with that. Only inner not the casing. It's our problem now. Last time we recommend this place to anyone.

Thank you for having the hard to find parts on hand, knowledge of knowing you had it and Great customer service. I called all the chains, looked online also tried the dealership to try and find the piece of my door or lock knob for my chevy cobalt. No one had them, or didnt know what I was talking about also it's going to take weeks to order of that was the piece. At 80 bucks a piece I cant afford all that. I needed them this is the only car I have to take my kids in and out of the car was a hassle. Had to try and pry the knobs of the doors open with fingers and pliers. We called Glendale auto parts described what I needed they had all 4 pieces available on hand and at a great price. Thank god for them. Now my doors is good as new also I can open the door without a hassle. My car is early 2000 so I would suggest before going anywhere else try this place first.

Been shopping there for years and years, just bought a sweet seat for my project truck!James the owner and his crew are solid and honest. AND YOU DONT HAVE TO DRIVE TO SOUTH PHOENIX EITHER!!!

Bought a hood for my truck. Truck went out on me. Before I could get hood. Went in and explained situation. No questions asked. Got most of my money back. Cause they charged 25 per cent. But ok. Cause there was no hassle.

These guys were very helpful. We needed a spare tire/wheel assy for my sons 1999 Honda Accord. They had the part at a fair price and even gave us a military discount. Good job guys!

It honestly would have been hihHigher but I popped in and out so didn't browse through the entire lot or need much assistance. But the front desk was polite upon entering and leaving. I'll be coming back for sure.

First time I came here to get a rack and pinion. Turned out to be junk and they wouldn't return the part.Second time i sent a customer for a computer for his truck. They gave him an ABS module instead and refused to return the part.Third time I purchased a spindle. They told me it would fit even though it was off a different type of vehicle. They printed me a paper and directed me where the vehicle was. The part was wrong with slight variations. They then offered me store credit.In all instances they refused to refund my money, they did not have the part that I needed, they were rude and unprofessional. After finally making scene in the office they offered to refund my money for the spindle with a 25% restocking fee. I explain to them that I would go restocked the part for them and reinstall it on the vehicle I took it off of.I would avoid Glendale Auto Parts and Auto Wrecking at all costs. I have only used them when nobody else has the part I need.

I was in need of heads for my 1997 dodge ram. I was looking at over a grand. Couldn't find other junk yards w/o pulling and then no guarantees. These guys brought them in from another state and they were good to go. Thanks guys.

Glad to of got my part and glad they had it. But the issue was customer service. Ima be honest it isn't the best. The guys need to learn a little more service skills. Then I would rate 5 star

i purchased a Toyota Camry transmission online and dealt with Raulhe responded to my questions quickly and they had the transmission ready for pick up at time promised, would definitely recommend

Excellent Service. The part was just as described and I paid much less than quoted elsewhere. Raul was a huge help in guiding me on how to install it myself. These guys saved me a bundle.

We bought a used engine from them. They said the car it came from only had 45,000. We agreed to buy the engine only if we could see the car, as the car was an eraly 80's where the odometer does not turn over, only rolls back to 0. They could not produce the car, but while my husband and I were looking at the engine, my 16 y/o son, who was so excited to buy it, went and paid for it, not realizing we were still inspecting it. Upon further investigation, the engine had sand in it. We tried to return it, but James Pacoult, the manager, said he'd charge us a restocking fee of $200. Thier policy says any part that does not work can be be returned for a full refund if not other part is available. James said there was a part, but it had more miles on it, and again, we were not allowed to see the car it came from. This was in Jan, we're still fighting to get our money back.

This place is terrible. All the vehicles in the yard are picked clean. Was finally able to find a door handle for a Chevy Colorado and brought it up front and the guy at the front literally looked it up on the O'Reilly auto parts website, which was 29.99. The guy said oh with tax it will 32.99. I was very unpleasantly surprised. I will never be back because it's not the first time I've pulled a part and been told the price for a brand new one. Have had it happen with coil springs on a Saturn as well. I don't know how this place can get away with ripping people off. In the end I've learned it pays just to drive down to lower buckeye to ecology or pick a part.
