Eric and Blaine were absolutely amazing, helped me with getting the rims and a taller tire for my car since I wanted to fill out the wheel well more than the stock tires did. I had an amazing experience and overall happy with how she looks now! And the experience and knowledge from these two was amazing. All around was an amazing experience!

My family and I are so greatful to have FINALLY found a car care center that is truly reliable, transparent, trustworthy, and knowledgeable - combined with honest, genuinely caring, friendly, personable service and VERY informative!! Coming from a long line of family mechanics, that's a winning combo! We travel a great distance to come see Erik each time our vehicles need to have service. Having car issues is NO LONGER a dreaded, anxiety-filled event. Excited today, I walked in and saw the COOLEST breakdown - labeled - display of internal car parts that go bad!! Now I can see hands-on EXACTLY what's going on inside the parts I can't see! Educational, informative, and so helpful to get to SEE the part that's being worked on! Would like to see other systems in a similar display, like brakes, a/c, and power steering. I'm showing everyone this awesome display! Thanks Erik!

I scheduled an appointment online for a tire rotation and oil change, along with a vehicle inspection. I received a call from a staff member to confirm the next-day appointment.Showed up and dropped off the car. Got a call with updates and on the vehicle inspection and then a call when the vehicle was ready.I went to pick it up and was surprised by the price so I asked about the oil change. The oil change wasn't done. The tires were not rotated.Apparently this wasn't done because I didn't say anything about it when I dropped off the vehicle, even though it was included in the online appointment and confirmed with someone on their staff over the phone the day before.The staff member I spoke with over the phone was present at pickup and pointed out to the person I had been dealing with that these service requests were included in the notes. (Of course, the person I was dealing with didn't bother to read the notes.)Part of this is absolutely on me for not checking the email with the service that was to be done. I have previously had good experiences at this location years ago and assumed a certain level of competence based on those experiences.I don't really see myself bringing a vehicle here again if I have to go over everything three times just to make sure the work gets done.I have no complaints about the quality of work, but I'd recommend checking everything every time you take a vehicle.

Store was great! Incredible service. They were extremely knowledgeable of my Tesla. There was a customer being very rude right in front of me and the manager Erik handled things VERY well. Customer was way out of line. This was genuinely the most professional, and willing to help Auto shop I ve ever been to. And that s including mom and pop shops. Will be bringing my mustang in as well for the work in needs.

Since December Eric L has been taking care of my 2014 Ford. Eric is honest witty funny and compassionate. If Eric says it, he means it. This is one Firestone location that lives up to the company motto. Thank you Eric for keeping us safe on the road. We really appreciate you.

The Firestone Complete Auto Care managed by Eric at 3540 W Bell Rd, Glendale, AZ deserves the highest rating one can give. They are transparent, dedicated, proud of their work,and go above and beyond. They list what is going on with your car without any pressure and point out which repairs are considered safety issues. I brought in a Mazda that spent 10 years in Minnesota. Mazda s are known for their undercarriage rust and a bear to work on. The technicians worked for hours on the car. I was there the whole time amazed that once they started they did not stop. When the shop was suppose to close at 6pm, they stayed open another 2 1/2 hours working on it. The manager explained and demonstrated what work was being done and why. I am 100 percent confident that the car is safe now and should be running for many more miles. I appreciated Eric kindly walking me thru what was being done on my car. Just for the record, it took much longer than they thought to get out the parts that were so rusted, but the price did not reflect this. The price they quoted was the price I got with a couple of coupons added. AN A++ AUTO REPAIR SHOP!

Thank you for being there when we needed help..After a very scary, unexpected emergency STOP on the freeway we found Eric & Blaine!!! They reassured us because they were so knowledgeable about repairs that were needed. They were fast but confident, always ready to take a moment to explain the process. Every time we asked! AMAZING customer service. Blaine and another gentleman helped me out with my car and what I thought was going to be an overnight stay turned out to be a couple hours and my car was good to go. They even sat and talked with me about future decisions about my car and other purchases. 1000% recommend them!

Went in to get quotes on new tires, which is never fun for me. When I first arrived I was kindly greeted by Eric. I then explained to him what I was lookin for and how much I was hoping to spend. He quickly started to search for what would fit my needs. He was super helpful and made purchasing tires as painless and easy as possible. Not only did I have a pleasant experience I also WON a 70 tv for participating in their raffle. Needless to say, over all happy with costumer service and how they incorporate little perks for their customers. I highly recommend this place. So if you ever need new tires, stop on by; make sure to ask for Eric.

On Christmas Eve my Toyota Rav 4 got a flat on one of my tires I bought in August. Since they were not open again until Dec 26 I showed up at 7am with no appointment they found a tire at another another location got it over there and had it installed within 3 hours. Since I had road Hazzard it only cost me $59 thanks for squeezing me in even though they were short mechanics this morning. Thank you for the great attention.

The guys at this Firestone are so much more knowledgeable then Discount Tire and I would highly recommend this location for all your car care needs. They keep all my vehicles running in top-notch condition.

We went for my 65th birthday after I had seen something on Instagram. OMG...we all had so much fun. I felt like we got away from technology and let our imaginations out! We spent more time than we thought we would we didn't go to bearzona. The pizza from Fred's diner was amazingly good. I suggest this place to anyone with kids of any age!

Originally scheduled a wheel alignment service at the other location (Bell & 12th), but that store was not even open despite having an email confirmation from them yesterday. Luckily Steve at this firestone location was able to get me in asap, and completed the service 30 min before his estimated completion time! I was able to make it to my next appointment on time and didn t have to schedule another date. I appreciate the help and I ll just have my future services done here!

Eric is who helped me from this location on a day where it was actually emotional for me as my tire had a flat on a morning that just wasn t the right timing for it to happen (is it ever the right timing to have a flat tire )He was extremely kind to me and made the entire experience painless and a breeze and I say breeze because again it was not a planned situation to go in there so to wait usually isn t fun, but again he made it seamless. Had an appt for oil change at one dropped it off at noon went at 445 and nothing done at all to it don t think they cared cause said could do it at 545 why make appt then even if I said would just be back before close know they won t care but won t be back

Took my BMW X3 for an oil change and to check the brake pads, just had gotten the vehicle so decided to do the brakes where I had just gotten the vehicle because they said they would cover it. Employee tried to persuade us to do the brakes but we said no, anyways. Picked it up and they didn t put an oil change sticker in my car, didn t update the oil change system or anything in that extent. Asked the employee what oil blend they used and he stated they used synthetic blend, which I would ve payed more for the right oil if they would ve asked. When I asked if that s what BMWs call for he rudely responded with well that s what our system calls for it. Anyways, last time taking my car to Firestone.

Nichol Pulido is the store manager, and she runs an amazing ship. I had a screw in my tire from work, drove up here and she got me right in and made the process simple and easy!!! Incredible display of customer service....

Disorganized store. Scheduled oil change appointment, customer waiting. Told my engine air filter needed replacement. Agreed then, after 30 more minutes waiting, was told filter had to be ordered .

This is my Firestone store that I always go to. They do the repairs and will suggest other repairs, but don't push it on you.

Communication was not good. I made an appt and waited for about an hour. After 30 minutes, I was happy to see my rig on the lift. I asked if they had all the parts and if it would be very long. I was told yes, they had parts and would be done soon. After another hour, I asked again, and they said they needed a special wrench and was waiting for that. I had been patiently waiting close by, and they didn't let me know it was going to be significantly longer than expected. Very frustrating that they didn't communicate that. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I called for a ride home. Hopefully it will be done later today. It was a simple oil change,

I went to firestone today paid for a oil change and a tire rotation...I Mark my tires because I've paid for a tire rotation and the company said they did the serviceandnever did ....when they called to come pick up my vehicle they charged me and didn't rotate my tires and the manager looked at me and said well it was only 10 dollar never going back again...I've called corporate they gave me a file number and said they would call me in 2 dayz .
