This place is horrible! Terrible service and terrible products! Honestly I wish I would have went somewhere else. I bought 4 brand new tires w/ rims about $2000 and one of the tires has damage. When returning to the tire shop, no kind of assistance was welcome. These people can t even stand behind the garbage they are selling ! They offered serval used tires for me to purchase (that s right, I had to pay to replace the trash they sold me) that would be pointless purchasing. The guy working kept insisting he didn t have the same tire I purchase and couldn t help me. These people are a joke ! Finally I kept insisting I needed the same tire and finally one magically appeared. $240 for one tire! These people couldn t even prorate me or anything on the tire they sold me. Don t waste your money people!!!!

I looked to replace the complete set 275/55/ R20. I was able to find the Best Price and Selection at El Grullo. And I searched at Big O, Discount, PepBoys, Firestone, Walmart and even Costco! .I bought a set of Pirellis Scorpions. Excellent ride! I put them to the test driving over the Thanksgiving Weekend over 1500 miles! I should say the personnel there is always willing to help.I even bought the Tires with Financing 90 Days Same as Cash! 0% Interest!And yet the best option is the Service Hours!Highly Recommend Tire Shop El Grullo in Glendale, AZ.Thanks

Been here twice for my 2013 F150. 1st time 30 days ago for a leveling kit installed, and now today for some new Wheels and Tires. Gotta say these guys are great. Very professional and knowledgable about their products as well as others they dont evem carry. Prices are great and work is done quite well and fast. Deffinately recommend giving them a shot for your needs...Added some extra photos for the guys at El Grullo to try and make their calendar...

We went today to change two tires ...After 20 minutes running... these happen andJust imagine the heat and discomfort we had to go through just because of the carelessness of one of their employees After all, my husband called them and they said they would send someone who of course never arrived. We called them again and they didn't answer, they didn't return the call. so with great anger we had to fix it on our own. very bad experience

Out on a Saturday early evening shopping, came to car and found flat. Needed to get to far north Phoenix. These guys not only fixed our first but offered us food during the wait. Their quick response and generosity earned our business. I recommend them to anyone who needs tire service. Thank you guys for taking car of me, mom and hubby.

Client since November 26th 2019!(4 tires 11/26/19) (4 tires 6/5/21) (2 tires 6/14/2022)Today we did a trip to tucson and discovered a tire was low. We took it to the Discount Tire on North Oracle to pump it up, it was under 12 psi, they said the tires were used and needed to be replaced. We said no they are new from June. So we called El Grullo and they reassured us they were just trying to steal business and we can drive that flat back to phx and get it inspected by him.Well we decided to stop for a third opinion at fire stone tires. The mechanic said they were used tires from 2022, the wrong size (easily verified and they showed us how, pictures below), and mounted backwards we called el grullo a bit more upset and were reciprocated with an upset customer service rep. Who said we are full of it. Well firestone didnt have room to Replace the four tires so we went to discount tire on Ina road, tucson.They went over the tires and confirmed what was said earlier. Wrong size, wrongly mounted, and the new tires from 2020 had weather cracking which is impossible for new 2022 tires purchased 6 months ago.We hope el Grullo will do the right thing and refund us for the last two services.If not we will leave this one star review and take the next step towards refunding ourselves for having to replace these tires that are the wrong size, too narrow, weather cracked, mounted backwards, and failing like the customer service we received.

These people bent my billet wheel when I bought tires from them. It was over $100 to get it repaired. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are dishonest and will lie straight to your face. Wish I could give -5 stars.

I came here cuz the shop was open late. I rushed out here to get my new tire on since my old tire had a small leak and the tire needed to be replaced. They installed the new tire and the next day the tire was flat. So I thought maybe I had a nail. Anyway story short the wheel was cracked from the lip. I highly believe they cracked when the mounted it on the machine since I have not hit any pot holes so I wouldn't really recommend this place

Been to 5 tire shops before this one by far best prices and good people. I recommend this tire shop to anyone. Ask for Johnathan he knows his stuff and will hook you up..

A go to for good, fast, affordable tire service. Easter Sunday and most everyone was closed, the big shops like BigO and Pepboys were fully booked. Called Grullo and they answered in Spanish but replied in English. Had a nail in my tire, quick fix and I was in and out in under an hour.

I got some rims and tirees from here less than 3 months ago. Brought my cat to get tires rotated and balances since it s been really shaky and one of my tires has a defect and the guy refuses to replace with warranty. We buy from here all the time but no more. They don t take but of their customers and the guy didn t care so he just lost some repeat customers. Bad business!!!!!

Great customer service. One associate went out of their way to call another tire shop to get me the right tire for my car! It took a little bit of time but it was well worth the wait!

Great prices & friendly staff /awesome service. Pretty fast too , got 4 new Toyo tires installed in less than an hour . Thanks guys it's appreciated.Update it's 2023 & Dayummm tire prices r thru the roof nowadays thanks Coronavirus but still got a good deal & they r still quick

I came in looking for used tires, they were out of my size but gave me a great deal on a pair of brand new ones! I didn t have any appointment but I was in and out of there real fast. Then they discovered one of my studs needed to be replaced and they did that free of charge. If I ever need tires or something about my wheels I m definitely checking El Grullo first, highly recommended!

This tire shop has the best prices I could find in Arizona, very fast and helpful customer service. And kept it with me and didn't switch up the prices. Far or near it's worth the drive. I recommend that you don't go to famous tires no matter what their ads say it a lie.

It's a much nicer shop than your typical "mexican tire shop" there's a much nicer waiting area , it's indoors and not filthy like every other place I've been. And from the 3 other shops I checked prior to this one, they were $80-$160 cheaper than the other tire shops I checked. I showed up at 4:50 pm and they got me in and out in an hour. Nobody was in my vehicle or driving it I parked it in the bay and drove it out when done. A++

Drove in had a short wait even though they were super busy. Great guys, great service, great price. Cheap flat repair and tire re-install. Definately recommend.
