Mark and his team are nothing short of amazing!!! I live over an hour away and will make the drive every time to have them work on my vehicles. I know I'm getting top quality work done with honesty and integrity and you cannot say that about many auto repair places nowadays!!!

I want to share my experience with others, who are looking for a diesel mechanic shop. I was able to get in very quick. The communication was clear from the start and throughout the whole process. The work was done in two days and they made sure to communicate and update me the whole time. Excellent service and fair prices. Mark from Done Right Diesel reached out a couple days after service, to make sure everything was running great. It really shows their care for the services they provide, and outstanding customer service! Thank you, Done Right Diesel for getting my truck back out on the road again!

I recently had the pleasure of using Done Right Mobile (Diesel llc) Mechanics, and it was an excellent experience. I reached out to them because my car's air conditioning system needed to be charged, and I was also dealing with an electrical issue. Jake, from Done Right, exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, he responded promptly to my inquiry, showing his commitment to providing top-notch service. Upon arriving, he was not only friendly but also displayed a high level of knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process. Jake conducted a leak check and charged the A/C system. He then began to troubleshoot the electrical issues which he quickly attributed to a failing battery. Without hesitation, Jake went above and beyond by picking up a replacement battery and installing it for me. What impressed me most about Jake was his willingness to provide helpful advice and his transparency in pricing. He offered valuable insights to help me avoid future issues and ensured that the charges were fair and reasonable for the quality of work he delivered. My experience with Done Right Mobile Mechanics and Jake was exceptional. I appreciated his expertise, friendly demeanor, and dedication to resolving my car issues efficiently. I am from out of town and was out in the Phoenix area when my wheel seal shattered and the whole wheel fell off the truck right after I merged onto I10 off the 202. Mark was extremely helpful and told me it would take a few days to get fixed. So I flew home for that weekend and came back when he said it would be done and it was done the day he said it would be. Would use them again if I ever needed too

Watching a YouTube video, they said you need to replace both fuel filters at 30,000 miles, so I called Done Right Diesel LLC to schedule an appointment and talk to Mark while making the appointment. They were able to do both filters, I checked in and the truck was taken back promptly, but no discussion about the estimated cost to perform the service. While paying for service I discover the cost at $300.00 higher than I expected but I just paid the bill and drove off. It would have been helpful to inform me of the cost, it s a new diesel truck's first time to have the fuel filters replaced.

This place is the bomb. 22 months ago they installed a rebuild Ford 7.3 diesel into my truck both Mark's recommend this. Well after today after 65k miles no issues not even a oil leak. They have done work on my other Ford trucks.Several things about this place Fair Pricing, Honest Troubling Shooting, and no BS. Thank you People of Diesel Done Right

I can't say enough about Mark and service at DDR. Very professional, and they solved all of the problems on our 2001 250 Ford. We had our truck at two other companies and still continued having oil leaks. They kept us up to date, and returned our vehicle in a timely manner. Our truck has never run better. Prices were fair. And they gave us a ten percent discount for being a new customer.

Took our 2014 Ford F350 to be looked at by Done Right Diesel after the dealership told us we needed over $30,000 worth of engine and DPF repairs. The dealership didn t do any diagnostics work just said we needed a new motor rebuilt and a brand new DPF because the truck was old and had high mileage. Their diesel mechanic never even looked in the motor or at the DPF to see if that was actually case. At Done Right Diesel, they performed multiple diagnostic tests and found exactly what the issue was. They were in constant contact throughout the diagnostics and repairs. We did end up needing a new engine, but they actually took the time to diagnose it and it was way cheaper for an entire brand new engine than the dealership wanted for a rebuilt long block. They took excellent care of our truck and will be the only ones touching it in the future.

Mark and members of his team have been performing repairs and upgrades to my Excursion for more than 5 years. My truck is a daily driver used for work and weekend recreation. Their commitment to quality of work, fair pricing and completing work in a timely manner is (in my opinion) unmatched. You will be hard pressed to find an automotive/truck repair shop that is more focused on customer service and satisfaction as these guys. I am always rest assured that my cash is well spent and my truck is taken care of. I trust them completely. It would be nice if more companies would follow this business model.Keep up the great work guys!James

First off I am not a review guy, but I know how much anxiety is involved with going to a new mechanic, it's worse than changing doctors. We've owned the Duramax LB7 since '04 and haven't felt the need for a Diesel Specialist till it started puffing a little smoke, I am familiar with the history of the injectors in that motor and felt I needed someone other than our regular mechanic of 30 years and I mean no disrespect to him when I say that. But I didn't know of anyone other than the well known place in Mesa, AZ. So I called them and explained what was going on and asked if they could recommend someone in the Peoria area, and the gentleman told me I had a great Diesel Technician in my backyard, Done Right Diesel in Glendale AZ. So I set up an appointment with them and Mark the owner greeted me on drop off day. He is down to earth, no pressure and 'old school'ish if you're old enough to know what that means, if not just trust me, it's a good thing. They did a diagnostic on the truck and the injectors were indeed the problem. He gave me a fair estimate and I asked if there was something else I could do to help prolong the fuel system. He recommended adding a FASS lift pump with dual filtration, which we did. I couldn't be happier with the work, and I got a follow up text from Mark checking in if the truck was good and if I had any questions. If you're on the fence who to trust your vehicles to, give Mark and Done Right a call before you decide.

Bought a car from a dealer where they serviced my car( clutch ,master cylinder and brakes). Found broken and missing bushings from my master cylinder they installed, found they installed an improper bolt to one of motor mounts you have to remove to drop the transmission. Also they hot swapped pads, did not even bleed the brakes or check for excessive wear on the rotors. DO NOT GO HERE OR BUY A VEHICLE THAT WAS SERVICED HERE. THEY SLAP STUFF TOGEATHER AND THROW THEM ON THE ROAD.ALSO CALLING THEM THEY WOULD NOT WARRANTY BECAUSE THE DEALER PAID for the repairs.I took care of everything myself, because of the incompetent staff here

You can't beat the customer care and serviceMy little Ford Ranger hadn't visited a Mechanic in a couple of years and was in need of a good once over to make sure it was still roadworthy. The staff check it over from end to end and gave me an excellent report on the status of my truck. They even took the time to fix an interior light problem that I could not get parts for. Great customer care and service. I recommend them to anyone who wants to get quality work done on their vehicle. It's not just for diesels.

I was referred to Done Right Diesel when the motor in my F-450 spun a bearing. They were great and explained all of the charges up front. I have since had all of my services done there. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I m so glad I was referred to Done Right Diesel! I brought my Jeep in for some repairs. Sergio was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The repairs took less time than expected and the price was very reasonable. My Jeep runs GREAT now and I plan to take it back to Mark, Sergio and Done Right Diesel for future repairs.

Done Right Diesel did me right for sure. I bought a 2005 f250 super duty from a on line auction and had it towed straight to them. Both Mark's kept me updated on what it was going to take to get it up and running. When I got the truck back it ran like it was brand new. Great to deal with and great service.

Turbo went out. I mentioned that I was also eating front tires. The guys hooked me up with a new turbo that is amazing ( and less expensive than the OEM one ) and found the issue with the front suspension ( a problem that Dodge could never find )! So satisfied. These guys absolutely rock!

I will be returning to this shop as long as I own a diesel! Mark and his crew not only fixed my truck, they helped me understand exactly what needed to be done. My concerns were listened to and my questions were answered. They were professional and the service was performed on-time and came in at just under what I was quoted for the repairs. I live in Gilbert and have NO ISSUE at all with driving to Glendale to receive this type of service from the people at Done Right Diesel!

I take all m vehicles to Done Right Diesel. I have a 6.0 2007 Ford F250 and its had nothing but issues since I've owned it. Licensed Ford Dealerships couldn't even diagnose its issues half the time. It wasn't till I started bringing it to Done Right Diesel that it finally started to get repair properly. They've got great prices, they don't try to sell you on things you don't need, and you know your vehicle is getting the service it needs. Highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs!

Done Right works on all of my vehicles (Navigator, Dodge pickup, and Cadillac SRX). They are my go to shop for all things automotive. Prices are good, and the service is excellent. They back up all of their work and parts no questions asked. If you're looking for a great new shop, I highly suggest getting to know the folks at Done Right.

My fuel filters were long overdue to be changed Plus I had a tight schedule. Done Right Diesel got me right in and took care of the filters. Also, I was concerned my truck had too much blow by. They checked it out, did a compression check at no additional charge. I m very pleased with their service and will definitely be going back.

"Very reasonable prices and easy to talk to."They R & R d my replacement Sulastic Shackles for me, did a great job, they didn t take much time doing the job.I ve dealt with Mark for several years, and glad I was able to come across where he went. I will continue with Done Right Diesel because he s honest reasonable and gets the job Done Right the first time. Recently I had my Allison trans fully serviced, 3 trans lines replaced, as usual reasonable prices and gots the work done in a timely matter.

Mark and the guys always do a great job there always up front and honest. I always know that I m not going to get screwed over and that they will take good care of me.
