I had a hard time deciding what I wanted. I have a 2001 Chevy Silverado. Matt and Luis helped me pick out the right tire and the right rims For my Project truck! Without their help, my truck would ve looked terrible. Thank you! This location is very professional, and very helpful.

I was on my way home and noticed my truck pulling pretty bad. I stopped through today just to get a quick air pressure check. Ryder was nice enough to let me know that the reason my tire pressure was off was due to bad valve stems. He then asked if I had a few minutes and if so offered to change out the bad valve stems for me. He said they had an open bay and he would feel safer if he got them changed out for me. Talk about customer service. He went above and beyond to get me in and out in a timely manner even though they were busy. He very easily could have just filled the tires and sent me on the way. But he took the extra time to make sure he fixed a problem I didn't even know I had. I stopped in today by chance, but I will definitely go back because of how I was treated. Great to meet you Ryder, and thanks for taking care of my truck. Top notch service.

Everyone is very nice! It would be 5 stars but they quoted me an hour and 20 minutes and it took them an hour and a half just to get the car back. I guess they are busy in the mornings before 10 so keep that in mind :)

I CANNOT express how thankful I am for having had the best experience here at Discount Tires. Of course, this was all thanks to Matt an expert on his job to say the least!! I came in to get a patch and will be coming back to get new tires in the future! Besides it being a renewed location, with wifi, clean bathrooms, and EXCELLENT customer service, I was impressed with how fast and kindly they worked as a team!Thank you for having people like Matt here for the people! I really appreciated his help and knowledge! :)

Probably the best tire place I've been at. They ask the right questions, givw great information, are straight forward and very professional, and also give recommendations that actually makes sense. Mateo sent me right and so did the guys working on my car for 4 new tires!! Out of there within the hour. Thanks a ton, greatly appreciate it and will always have my business.

Purchased some tires for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. After lots of searching I found the tires a little cheaper but Discount tire matched the price. I was in and out in a little under an hour. Great service.

Customer service was on point! While waiting all I observed was employees communicating and moving fast in the labor department. Inside employees were just ask busy. Also, I am a female and it s nice to see a female employee working at discount tire didn t catch you name but thank you for your help!

Amazing. This shop saved my Xmas Eve. I got a flat tire and within a moments notice, 20 min before closing and Joseph, without hesitation helped me right away. Greeted me in the parking lot before walking inside and had me out 22 min later. Absolutely phenomenal. I will be back!!! Thank you for saving my Xmas!

I know there's a lot of tire stores in town but no one gives you the service like Discount Tire does affordable prices for quality products and great warranties and if you're going on a trip or your tires are low they have free air fills. So if you have tire issues go see DISCOUNT TIRES..keep your lines tight and your waterways clean...

I needed a couple of new tires on some wheels. Got there and talked with the fellow who said they would get right on it. He came out and looked at the tires that I needed replaced which I showed him, then I pointed to 3 other tires in my pickup and said I just needed air put in those three. He said okay. We went in, he quoted me for the tires and I paid.They swapped out the two tires and brought them to my truck. I asked the fellow that brought them to air up the three tires that I had showed the saleman. He looked at them and said that they can't air up tires unless they are less than 10 years old. He looked at all three tires, checked the code on each, then said they were all older than 10 and they couldn't put air in them. He started to walk off, when I said I just spent $270 dollars on tires and his salesman said they could air these up. If I had known this was an issue, I would have gone somewhere that also services the customer not just sales the tires. I can get tires anywhere. I asked to speak to the manager.Manager comes out, says that is their policy but it is up to his discretion. He finally said they would put air in 2 of the 3 tires. He said that last tire, which was currently holding air, had a very slight dry-rot crack in the sidewall so they wouldn't air it up the last 20 psi. I asked if I could use their air hose to put air in it and he said no. Seriously.....? I just needed the tire to get a car rolled onto a car dolly to get it back to Idaho. I have never had a tire shop tell me they wouldn't put air in my tires.I don't agree with the policy. But what burned me is they didn't say anything about not adding air to >10 year old tires until after I paid for the new tires, then they refused. Not cool and left me scrambling to figure out another option.

Today the crew had me in and out of the store in 20 minutes. Rotation and balance. This is nothing new. This store has been five star efficient for as long as I can remember.

Discount will always be my tire place of choice. But man I got burned this time, not by discount. But by Jose.That guy is a slime ball, all he cares to do is make sales, he rushes over his own script and is eager to just talk and get on your good side (in the way that a snake oil salesman talks to convince you)This time I came in for an appointment, tire inspection, he was so excited to slap on new tires. Sure why not got a few. The guy was so thrilled, he was filling out his sheet and pencil whipping the whole thing.I felt dirty with this guy, and what do ya know. When I got my car back, the other tires were not inspected, and were just rotated even after he found the nail and still had it rotated.WOW DUDE, never talking to this guy again, he shames Discount Tire. When I come here, I have peace of mind that these guys will take care of me.But Jose did not

I was up there this morning getting air in my tires and the young lady was very kind and super professional. It was absolutely pleasant talking to her. The gentleman in the red shirt that was with her seemed very mean and rude. He was talking to her about some disciplinary things and seemed aggressive. Honestly made it where I would not want to give them my business. If this is how managers treat employees then they are managers not leaders. Lead by example!

Had a very poor experience there. No, you don t need my VIN number to fill up my tires, but if that s a requirement will not be coming back here even though I ve always gone to discount for my tires they acted like I was lying when I said I just went to the dealership and looked at the tires and they were mostly. I didn t even get my front tire filled up as you can see from the photo. I did not offer to give my VIN

Great guys! Jose and Alan bailed me out after hours as l was departing for vacation. At 6:30, (they close at 6:00) l called and explained the unique situation, due to a family illness,and the urgency that we get our Odyssey on the road.I had a bad valve stem they replaced, checking all tires at no charge refusing a tip.Can t say enough about how helpful they were. I ve been going to discount tire forever and this reminds me why.Thank You Glendale Discount Tire !

I went to the store not knowing anything about my vehicles tires, and honestly Mateo is the best rep ever assisted me!! He was beyond profesional and patient with me! Thank you Mateo for helping, if I could I ll give an extra star for him. He s an employee you ll never want to lose. Thanks again

Regular customer of this store because of the customer service. However, it is disheartening to see the employees having to air check tires in the middle of +110 degree heat and wearing black attire. A solution to this would be a wide tent to provide shade and a fan. I would love to leave a 5 star review, given some kind of relief is given to the hard working employees working in the heat.

This facility is being remodeled at the moment but the waiting area is reasonably clean given that fact and still cool and comfortable. The individuals I encountered were polite and helpful, I watched them with several customers as I waited and i can say that they were not pushy or trying to upset anyone i witnessed. They seemed fair but true and helpful. My service was quick and easy and all went well.

Alot of young people working there. I waited there for 20 minutes and kept looking at the man behind the counter. Not once did he ask me if I needed help. I was looking at him and he knew I had questions. So I left after that.

Drove into discount because of low pressure tire indicated. It has been a recurring situation for months, but different tires. We were told it would be about 1 1/2 hour wait. When done the gentleman told us it was a damaged valve stem. They replaced it and repositioned some sensors. Other than the wait, it was an enjoyable visit and no charge. I would definitely recommend this business.

Got my tires done here. Went back into the car and all of the stuff was touched. Someone even decided to connect their phone to my car.I asked for new tires not to have someone mess with my car to add Thor Bluetooth.

Went about 2 weeks ago with my 2022 challenger. Brand new, ran over a nail. They fixed the flat and didnt charge me which i appreciate. But to leave this kind of damage, the tire was dirty when i left so i chalked it up to being that. Here is a picture i took before with the flat and after. I had it detailed and this is left. Will not be back.

Have taken my vehicles to this location for many years. ALWAYS great service!! Very considerate & helpful staff. They are always busy but they work hard to make the wait time as short as possible. Top notch shop!I wrote the above review at least 6 yrs ago. I was recently at Discount Tire to purchase 4 new tires for my SUV. They worked me in and had me on my way again in no time! A 5 star shop for sure!!

Omg this is the best discount tire ever!! I wish I could give 100 stars. Luis Cabrera and Pat were so helpful to me today. I am a single mom and I was only approved for $400, could only do 2 tires but they knew I needed 4 tires and they helped me out with the other two. I could cry I am so thankful. These are really good men and they know what they are doing and they deserve all the best in life! I recommend coming here for your tires guys!

I'm impressed!!! When I got there there was a line to the door & I thought this is going to take forever.... boy was I wrong. They handled the crowd amazingly well. They were very fast and professional. Very helpful & polite. Definitely recommend this location!!

We have a whole fleet of vehicles we take here, whenever there is a defective tire or any sort of issue they always handle it very well... Brenden L ( manager I think ) always takes care of us....Emmanuel A is another employee that I noticed had a good attitude and was working hard even tho it was way late (way after closing time) I would definitely recommend this location to family/friends. Just remember you get what you pay for, tires are not cheap, and always pay for the warranty. Don't be cheap! You may think you're saving money by buying something cheap(er) but remember "there is a high cost for a low price".... Thanks again Brenden and Emmanuel for doing the best they can! You guys rock and my company will continue to bring our fleet of cars and even personal vehicles here. ~Jeremy with Alien Air conditioning
