Another 5 star experience at Discount Tire! When I called to schedule getting four new tires, Ben took excellent care of me. He was able to get the tires I wanted by that afternoon. He found a discount that was available for the tires I was purchasing and called to follow up when the tires arrived. When I arrived for my appointment they were on time and had me out the door in less than an hour. Ben was there to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you Ben for your outstanding customer service!!

I drive a car that has low profile, run flat tires. The tires themselves suck...I have replaced all of them in the first year, but the service at Discount has been great. These tires are not generally in stock, but every time I am able to call. Have them ordered and typically have them replaced on the same day or the next day. Great customer service.

Justin and team were awesome! I came in for a flat tire and got all four tires replaced within an hour! They were straightforward on costs, all options and did not try to upsell me. Overall everyone had a great attitude and was very friendly! Highly recommend going to this location!

I brought in my 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 8/26/23 to get the tpms sensor on the rear driver side tire fixed and also got a wheel for my spare tire and wanted the tire mounted properly under the vehicle. The service writer, Adam, scanned my tires and told me the front driver tpms sensor was bad. Wierd, that tire shows 33 psi on my gauge cluster, only the rear drivers side wasn't working, had dashes on that tire on the gauge cluster. Told him to replace both and to go ahead and replace any other bad tpms sensors they find. About 30 mins later the jeep is done and when I got in the rear drivers side tpms was still displaying dashes, passenger front now shows 0psi, didn't have an issuse with that one before. Also the tech threw the spare tire in the cargo area, not properly mounted under the vehicle, and I left all the tools he need to mount the tire in the cargo area. I went to Adam with my concerns and was told "just drive it", how is driving going to fix the bad sensor that did not get replaced, the sensor that has been giving me issues for the last 6 months, the sensor I told him to replace no matter how it tested? He told me that at least 5 times and wasn't listening to what I was trying to tell him. Walked out super frustrated. I will never bring any of my vehicles back here, this location seems to know nothing about tpms diagnostic or good customer service.

After leaving my car at the service center, I opted to spend the waiting period walking around a nearby Home Depot. During this time, I received no communication from the Discount Tire staff regarding the status or completion of my vehicle's service. This lack of communication led to uncertainty about how long my car had been ready for pickup. For it was already parked when we started to walk up.Upon returning and preparing to leave, I discovered: two lug nuts were missing from my vehicle. This necessitated my return to the store, where I had to wait in a long line to address this issue. While the staff eventually rectified the situation, it was not the end of my troubles.A couple of days later, I realized that a hubcap was missing from one of the tires. This required me to drive back from my home to the store, further wasting my time and compounding my frustration.Overall, the experience was deeply unsatisfying, marked by poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and significant inconveniences. The combined impact of these issues has led me to seriously reconsider returning to this particular Discount Tire location for any future services.

Good experiences here so far. Had a screw in my tire, they took care of it within a timely manner. Everyone here is friendly and I was very happy and thankful to have my tire fixed. this location is definitely my go to!

This location was so wonderful to my parents. They fit them into their busy schedule to fix their flat tire. Did not take nearly as long as they quoted. The location was very well kept. They had both an indoor and (cooled) outdoor waiting area for customers. Everything was socially distanced. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and they were all smiling ( rare to see). So thank you to this location and Manager Luke for taking care of everything so efficiently.

Tanner C was fantastic. Had a nail in my tire. No appt. Set the expectation at 1.5 hrs. I waited and sure enough right on time. Tire fixed. Great customer service.

Very consistent and friendly service. I went in today for a damaged wheel and tire and the Tech was able to get me back on the road quickly with a new tire and four new wheels for a very reasonable price.

We had to get our tires replaced on our cargo trailer, one had a blow out and was completely destroyed. We had the spare on it when we pulled up. The spare was practically brand new. So they were to put a new one on the blow out and put that on the trailer, put the spare back in the back of the trailer and a new one on the other side. When I picked it up I didn t check, my fault on that, but a week later when we went to load the cargo trailer the blow out tire was still there. They replace the new spare with another new tire. I called and advised of what happened and spoke to Ben who said everything I said was notated and apologized and gave us a new tire without hesitation. Didn t play the blame game but instead just manned up to the mistake and fixed it. Best customer service I have had in a very long time. Highly recommended this place!

I have been to many Discount Tires throughout my 35+ years of driving and owning a vehicle Every single time, customer service is always friendly Very fair and reasonable price points. Relatively quick- granted I've clocked 1hr-3hr wait time but I understand the demand! Thanks for the free tire rotations and air. Y'all are amazing and I'm grateful. They will always have my tire business. Once again great work. I just went in to get air in my tires and they wanted to get my contact information and vehicle information... just to put free air. I would had went somewhere else but all the air machines by different companies (frys, qt, etc) in the area paid/free were broken.. funny enough. I had to wait about 45 mins because there was such a line. I would had paid to get air if I didn't have to give my details of which I politely declined to give anyway. I get it though an interesting way to drum up potential business.. just wish it didn't come with an unwanted wait and attempting to turn me into a customer for things I didn't want or need. Could just drop that program or stop offering air imo.

I prepare my flat tire at this place and when i arrived . The guy from discount tire saidYour 2 front wheels is rating 4 and need to replace. Then i said i have 40000 miles warranty on this 4 tire and i bought at may.And he checked the mileage and u driven 17000 miles. . And the warranty does not effect because i dont rotate tire at 10000 miles.its nonsense . forever bye bye.

I had an issue in the past I thought I let it go. I had another issue today. First one long ago I had an appointment. I wait next door for 2 hours wondering why my car hasn't moved. Come to find out they forgot me. Today they quoted a time and said " it should be done before that". So I called my ride off. We'll that time came and my car didn't move. I had to say something once again. They gave me a free tire to make up for it. The manager did everything to fix the situation. They didn't offer anything the first time. It's just sad the same store can do this to the same person. I will never return to this store. I will no longer speaks highly of discount tire. I lots most respect for this company. I still respect all the hard work they do.

Used to be 5 star service. Gone way down hill. No acknowledgement of customers standing in line. Staff avoiding eye contact. Very poor customer service.Trent was first to acknowledge and he came from the work area.Front desk seemed more interested in answering the phone ad helping Napa drop off over customers in the lobby.Choose a different business.

Today I came in for a tire rotation. I made an appointment for 2:30pm. I showed up on time. A service member met me outside, and did an inspection while I unloaded my son in his wheelchair. He told me that one of my tires is at a 4 and needs to be replaced. That because I drive a Subaru that I should get all 4 replaced at the same time. The tires were all new when I purchased it in Feb. I have only put 5000 miles on. I ll declined and he let me know it would be ready shortly. I waited close to 1.5 hrs. What is the point of making and online appt if you still have to wait so long? They parked my vehicle in the lot, and got a text it was done. They have always called for the customer to come up when it s done. After waiting close to 20 mins I went to the counter and got my keys to leave. As I left, I was struggling to open the door to get my son s wheelchair out while the manager was behind me on his way to inspect a vehicle with another customer. He just stood there watching me try to hold the door open while pushing my sons big heavy wheelchair through. I won t be returning. The customer service has gone downhill, and the systems that they have implemented seem to make no difference.The last time I was there they forgot to put a lug nut back on my last vehicle.

Best company. Best customer service. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on the tire certification warranties. Got a nail in the sidewall. They gave me a brand new free tire had me in an out and 30 minutes.

Very professional as usual. Had a flat tire on the vehicle and they took care of it in short order.However when asking what pressure they set my tires at, they couldn't tell me and then were kind enough to check and set them to my specifications.

I ve gotten tires from this store for a number of years. Typically service is excellent, in February I went for a tire rotation and a flat repair. The tech managed to cross thread one of the lug nuts and lose a hub centric ring. I was not told that there were issues. In May it was time for another tire rotation and that is when I discovered the issues. The store did give me a new lug nut, but have not called about the hub centric ring. I wish that they would have been upfront about this.

i called them and asked if i came in for a walk-in about what time they would be finished as i had work later that afternoon. adam answered and asked what time i had to work and i told them when i needed to leave by since i have a bit of a commute. even with the rain and lots of other people waiting in the lobby and me showing a little later than i said i would come in, they accommodated me and were super helpful. they said they would make sure to be finished by noon when i said i needed to leave and had my car out front right when i needed. jose was great, very friendly and the whole front staff was fantastic.

The service was outstanding. I ordered rims online and scheduled an appointment for installation. I received a phone call because not all 4 rims were going to be in at the time of the appointment. The technician worked with me to provide alternatives. His efforts saved me a lot of extra time. I also received my military discount and they reminded me about a gift certificate I had on my account at checkout!

So grateful for this location specifically! Luke is amazing and helped me out because my tire lock was missing and we had a nail in our tire and couldn't get the locks off. Another discount that we went to first said they couldn't help us. Luke went above and beyond. I'm very grateful for him and his team.
