Overall not bad... the price was great and the reviews were high praising so we went with this shop. Only we were originally told 2-3 days then 5 then tomorrow... tomorrow... tomorrow and finally picked it up on the 10th day. The work was an huge improvement but there were parts left loose and even 1 that fell off. He is pretty hard to reach and we had to reach out every time to get the status of the car. He never contacted us with the updates. We even made the 40 min drive just to be told he needed another day. It was frustrating but hey the price was low. Guess you kinda get what you pay for.

Called for an estimate, the guy told me he did estimates on the phone, when I went down he took one look at my vehicle and decided it was going to be totaled and all of the sudden the guy who does estimates wasn't there. I guess there wasn't enough in it for him to waste his time. My vehicle is old but has had the engine replaced and I am going to pay the difference to get it done salvage title or not. I'm not getting it done here though. If he would have asked any kind of questions or taken the time to find out, he would have known that. As it is now, I wouldn't let them check my tire pressure after that experience.

I rang Gil on a Saturday as my granddaughter had an accident and she was pretty upset luckily not hurt but Gil took the car gave an estimate and booked the car inn and had the car by Tuesday now that s a pretty good time and to mention the job was amazing as my daughter came with my granddaughter to pick up the car and was really impressed and the price was reallllly reasonable I am telling you if you live in the Phoenix area and need auto work this is the place to go look at his reviews as I did and I live in Brisbane Australia
