Been coming here for 2yrs weekly, 2 vehicles. Vacuum section does good, but this place shines big on the dry section. The staff does a very good job, especially the inspector Sergio. He has an excellent eye for detail, and always makes sure my truck is 100%I only go on Mondays cause I know he's there. Thank you Sergio and staff.Attached are both my vehicles.

Sergio has been performing on my truck for a while now. Each time I come here it's nothing but respect and high energy. I will recommend cobblestone and Sergio any day. I put my trust in these guys and they never let me down. If something was missed they make it right. 5 stars all day for Sergio!!!

This is our second visit to Cobblestone, and unfortunately, we have experienced disappointment once again. We had paid for a platinum wash, specifically requesting in the notes to have the interior wiped down, door jams dusted, and the dashboard dusted as well. However, upon inspection, it appeared that these areas had not been attended to at all. We also noticed that there was still dirt present inside the vehicle. When we approached the staff about our concerns, they mentioned that we had not paid for a thorough scrubbing of the dirt, and the floor mats had sticky residue that contributed to the difficulty in removing the dirt.

I just want to express how great Sergio is at this location!! He has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and always treats his customers well. I only go this location because of him. He is awesome really appreciate the service. I never have an issue with my car getting cleaned thoroughly. They really do a Great job and I am always Satisfied. These guys work hard to make customers happy. I'm glad I come one a week rain or shine.

This is not the place it used to be.Brought my Jeep in for an oil change and wash a few months ago, received quality customer service. Today, I brought in another vehicle and was criminally overcharged and received a quarter of the previous service. I ve been frequenting this location since the Bjurlins owned it, back in 2000, and I won t be back. The basic oil change is $51.99 and i was charged $96.99 for full synthetic. I never agreed to that. My manual calls for a synthetic blend of 5w30. In addition:1. vacuum guy just sat in the car w/o vacuuming2. vacuum girl closed coupe door by the glass3. hazards turned on and still on at p/u. no other vehicle had hazards on.4. sent guys home for being over on labor, resulting in service taking over an hour, when quoted 25 minutes, start to finish.5. left my car in its wash lane and put several wash only cars thru before mine.6. never got my paperwork, had to go hunting for it.7. no cash back available, but tipping expected.8. same towels used on wheels and body and interior.9. interior only partially wiped down. fingerprints everywhere from oil&lube staff.10. lobby full of animated Halloween decorations. maybe you could have kept employees on longer if money wasn t spent on stupid frivolities.Wholly unimpressed and I ll be following up with my bank on the overcharge.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Employees are always pleasant. I bought a book of platinum car washes a couple of months ago. From the first wash to now the quality has gone down hill. After I brought the missed areas to the guy in the Red Quality Control shirt. This is what I was left with. See pictures. I could understand if I bought the cheapest package it wouldn't be perfect. But I bought the platinum. I have 1 pre paid ticket left. I think I will give 1 more chance to win my business back.

I recently visited Cobblestone Auto Spa for a car wash and was pleased with the service. However, what truly impressed me was their exceptional customer care. When my car wouldn't start due to a drained battery after the wash, the staff promptly offered assistance. They provided a jump pack and got me back on the road swiftly. Their willingness to go above and beyond to help customers in need sets them apart. I highly recommend Cobblestone Auto Spa for their quality service and outstanding customer support.

This Auto Spa is the place to be, I needed to get an oil change and car wash and they had a lovely bundle deal for me. Austin and Shawn worked on my vehicle, they are both the realest and most informative employees that work here. Shawn welcomed me in and explained the process thoroughly. Austin had given me the rundown on my vehicle and even offered preventative measures and recommendations on what is the best for my car moving forward.Very friendly and lovely to talk to. I appreciate the education for me and the care towards my vehicle. Ask for Austin and Shawn! Will be back!

I have been coming here for years to get both of my vehicles washed. Everyone who works here is great. Friendly and do a great job! Sergio who is the supervisor on the finish line is awesome. Nice guy and goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks great!

My car always looks amazing when I get it washed and detailed. I unfortunately had to end my membership due to moving, but Alexa inside was extremely kind and helpful with everything I needed. I ll join again if I m ever back in the area

Nick, the wash manager is an amazing person and I am very happy with the service at this location vs other Cobblestone Auto Spa locations. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for detailing, exceptional service and friendly employees. Larry, the tunnel supervisor, also helped me get done what I needed done and I have to say thank you, Larry, I appreciate everything you do. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Sergio at the Cobblestone on 51st Avenue & Bell always does a fantastic job!! Whenever he is there I know my car will be done with perfection!! I never have to check to make sure the job was well done!! He is always very friendly & makes me feel like a valued customer!! I really wish there were more employees out there like him!!

Went there on 2/19/24 for a full service car cash. Told Jose M. that I wanted the basic, the standard cleaning. I never said platinum. He says no problem. I go to pay, they charged me for platinum. The receipt says "1 Platinum Wash $39.00", they didn't even wipe down my seats, dash, console, etc. They charged me for the platinum when I told them I wanted the basic and then they didn't even do what they charged me for. My wife has had the same issues there too. They're constantly trying to upsell you and never sell you what you ask for. I'm done. There's like 7 other options w/in 2 miles of this place.

Mu experience with cobblestone Auto spa is very great. They have helped me in the past with the other problems I've had with the passes. I have no regrets for anything there. I like all the managers and employees. I always feel at home with them . Thank you so much, keep up the fantastic work.

Yes, I have the best service every time I go Sergio takes care of me just like family knows my name I see he does this with a lot of your guests. I think the Cobblestone car wash here on Bell Road and 51st Ave is the best car wash in Glendale. The service is great, and the car wash techs service your car really well! Sergio really goes above and beyond to make sure your car is really clean, so stop by today and get great service!

Top tier service! Got an oil change and a free car wash with it. Service was homey calm and clean! There was even a station for the kids to help wash the car from inside on other side of a window. Coblestone even has snacks drinks and comfy cushioned chairs while we waited! A+ place for sure!

I gave 1 because there is no zero.First time going and never come back.The worst car wash ever i had!!! I bought Platinum for 39 $ and inside looked dirty and seats not wiped down,vaccumed not properly,there was trash between seats and on carpets and the exterior at some parts was dusty.After returning car,they finished vacuuming like the way it should be done at first place.Respect people s time and treat people like the way you treat your family.This facility needs a good management.

Horrible car wash! Didn t even clean my car, chipped my paint and had to wipe down my back window because it didn t even clean it. Signed up for them membership, ceramic coating didn t even work, went into the office to cancel my membership and get a refund on the difference I paid for the ceramic coating at an extra cost. Got to the end and she said your membership is cancelled didn t even off me a refund I had to ask for it and wait for someone to come assist me as she copped an attitude with me. Manager came in and said the employee must have forgot to push the ceramic coating button! Couldn t refund me either and another customer walked up saying they cancelled their membership and they still took money out! Stay away from this place, go to STAR!

Decided to have them wipe down the dash and doorpanels with Dressing. They did a halfway job. when I complained about. It it was gonna take an extra 45 minutes to fix it. Don't ever go here. They're horrible.

I had an issue with my card and was helped by Jacob T, he was thorough. He was kind. He helped me get through and get my car wash. I love this place. Jacob T is a new employee and he has great customer service. He did a really good job. I'm glad he's working there now!

Update...The business contacted me and refunded both the $25 I was due and the $28.10 I spent to upgrade to the platinum plan and their system failed and didn't recognize it. I truly appreciate a business that is willing to make things right.Buyer beware!! I signed up for the unlimited plan and I thought I was getting the platinum plan but they signed me up for the Supreme instead. I paid $25 on 5/19/23. Then when I returned on 6/3/23 I realized they had put me on the wrong plan so I paid $28.10 to upgrade to the platinum plan. Then I was automatically charged $25 on 6/19/23 because the system failed during the first week of June so it lost the fact that I had upgraded on 6/3/23. I told the person at the car wash that it had done that and they said I had to call customer retention to get my money back. So I called and left a message and got absolutely no response so I left another message and still nothing back. So I left a third message and finally I got a message left on my voicemail that said how can we help you when I left all the details on the 3 different messages. So I called and left a message to call me back but then I get an email asking how they can help so again I explained in detail what I needed and Ethan R. told me he can't refund me the $25 because he said I washed my car at no cost which isn't true I paid $28.10 on 6/3/23 but he still said no refund. So they lost a customer over $25. I do not recommend this car wash at all.

We bought the $33 wash for our truck and this was the quality of service we received. From pulling up only 1 person was working with 6 others standing around. We moved lanes with only 1 car in each and the other lane had 1 car with no one in it and no one vacuuming or moving it after 5-10 minutes we finally got out and got someone to help us. After the wash we get the truck back and the steps were not cleaned still had brown dust/dirt on them, rims were never wiped down, the inside of the cab was never wiped down, when we asked the outside manager he told us that they only dust the service I said great dust this seat off for us and watch those spots disappear which they did and we asked to have the interior cleaned and we were just dismissed so we tip the guy and left. We haven't been here in 9 months after they damaged our last vehicle and we certainly won't be going back after this time either. We want a full refund.

Worst customer service experience in my life. Stay away from this place at all costs. Been coming to this place for over two years and it has gone down hill. I can t remember a worst experience dealing with a company. No one knows what s going on or willing to help you. Everyone has only been working there a few days and has no clue what to do. Spent $60 on a wash and ended up washing it myself!!!! Pointed out dirty spots on got met with attitude and resentment!! It s not like I don t tip $10 on top of every wash. Third strike for Cobblestone in three months.

Called this location after getting home to find that the driver s side shield on the mirror came off in the wash. After my return to the store I was met by Ivan, who found the piece, cleaned it and replaced back on the assembly. Thank you so very much for such extraordinary service!

So . I m extremely DISAPPOINTED. I paid $160 for an exterior polish and protect, with auto detailing . They left sections of wax on the vehicle and completely ignored the rims. I mean, how hard is it to clean the rims when your also getting a wash?
