These guys are great. I used them for my Lifesafer interlock calibrations for the last 3 1/2 years and have nothing but positive experiences. They are very flexible with scheduling, only asking you to pick the day of the week you can come in (including weekends) and you can come by anytime that day. Would highly recommend for anyone needing this type of service.

I was scheduled through another shop to have my interlock installed. Upon arrival I was greeted with a not saying they were closed. I was able to schedule my install on short notice with Cardinal Electronics that very same day. They got me right in and had my car ready in about 20 minutes.

I have been going here since 2004. They are the best bar none. They go over the top to make it look factory and they all audiophiles and know what they are talking about. I will never take my business or tell anyone to go anywhere else. Thank you cardenal!

Been a long time basshead. I just bought my first brand spanking new 2023 Mazda CX30 and while I can do killer installs myself I just couldn't bring myself to start pulling interior and putting a sub in myself so I went to Cardinal and had them install a JL power wedge 12 inch sub with built-in amp. The install was done perfectly to the specifications I asked for. The sub is balanced perfectly to the stock system and is a dramatic improvement. Going on one month now and it is broke in and sounds excellent. Thank you guy's for the super clean install.

I had them replace a 12 year old alarm system. Dropped vehicle off at 9 and they were done by 1. Clean installation. I like the way these guys do business

The whole experience was completely seamless. Dropped my car off in the morning and by the end of the day They had Installed a complete audio system in my car , including speakers amp and sub. They are courteous , professional and really know their stuff. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I just had a flip down screen installed in my truck. They offered a fair price for the equipment, and I received a professional installation in the time they promised. I would recommend Cardenal Stereo for all of your aftermarket electronic needs.

Tim and his team are great! Extremely knowledgeable, all around good guys. My dad has been using them for years, and I just had them install my first ever 'big boy system" - couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Cardenal Stereo!! Thanks guys.

Went to see how much would be to get my audio equipment upgraded was ignored at first then when they finally wanted to help me I got a quote. The quote was pretty high for what I wanted but it was nearby my home. Asked when can I get the work done was told to call to set up an appointment. I called to schedule (which was silly because I was in store) then was told I would get a callback for an appointment. Never got a callback so I went to slanging sound and tint and got a better system with install for $300 less than their quote. These guys are liars and the up the prices of the equipment I would advise going somewhere else than here.

They installed my interlock device and i have been using them for 9 months with not a single problem with there end of the machine or service. They will go out of there way to help you with what the courts require you to have. Don't get mad at them for the machines being a pain it's not there fault. They don't enforce the late fees unless they are forced to and a phone call in advance they will float the days for you without charging you the fee they could have. Great people to deal with as long as you treat them with the same respect they give in return.

They did the job that I wanted done on the job but my only complaint is that when I got my truck back it had new metal/paint damage on my front passenger side bumper and lower headlight, they didn't wanna take responsibly for it even though they had my truck since 10:30 Am to 5:00 Pm and they damage was clearly new you could wipe the paint off with your hand. still no one took responsibly they said it must have happened before but it didn't I had just installed the headlights a few days prior and the markings weren't there so it was clearly the company

Had an issue with an old alarm system installed back in 2002 in a Toyota Tacoma. Called the owner Tim and he got me in immediately with no hassle. Great group of people there. Highly recommend them!

Bought an infotainment system. Started to have issues with the system. Without hesitation, they diagnosed the system and replaced a faulty component. Great customer service for my after market infotainment and backup camera system for my 2014 Ford F150.

These guys are very helpful and know about audio systems. My car's factory subwoofer was sounding awful, so I stopped by to get an opinion. The gentleman explained my stereo system to me. Further, instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, he explained my speakers were already good, not blown, and how to quickly fix the loose part that was the cause. This was more accurate, honest and way cheaper than what a different audio store had suggested to me! I appreciate the expertise and honesty!

This place is the s***! All the employees are real cool, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They know their stuff. They have kick ass products and their prices are reasonable and fair. You will wind up coming back guaranteed because of the quality products and great customer service. Keep up the good work!

The employees here are fairly knowledgeable about interlock which has been the purpose for my experience with them. They are friendly and keep you informed. I'm only giving this store a 3 star rating because they do not have a restroom and sometimes you have to wait up to an hour or more, the only vending machine they have is a broken soda machine and they do not have public wifi.

Everyone was so kind and helpful when I went in. My alarm had issues and shut down my whole car. They squeezed me in and fixed it all in no time. I highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to going back under better circumstances.

My husband had a remote start installed on my CRV for my birthday at Cardinal Stereo. At first I was upset because it didn t work all that well. But their troubleshooter Carlos met with us twice to resolve the issue and I am happy to report it is fixed and working beautifully! I m so pleased with it, and excited to use it to cool my car down during the hot summers. Good customer service, helpful and friendly staff.

You get what you pay for. This shop listened to what I needed and delivered in spades. Their team will treat you right. They stayed late just to finish when they promised. I will definitely do business with them again

Had an alarm installed on my mom's truck when it was brand new. I was told that it had a lifetime warranty which was a major selling point for me since my mom planned on having it for many years. A few years ago the alarm started going off on its own with no triggers. She took it to them to be looked at and they said there was nothing wrong. Since then she always left the alarm on valet mode. Within the last few months the truck would randomly not crank almost as if the battery was dead. I tracked it down to a bad alarm. She took it to them and they told her the alarm module was bad. Since Clifford had been sold to dei they would not warranty the alarm or even give a good deal on a new one. They expect her to pay full price for a new alarm. Since that wasn't going to happen she wanted it removed. Rather than taking care of the customer they are charging her $50 to remove it. HOW IS THAT FOR A COMPANY THAT PREACHES CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have spent around 3k on alarms from them over the past 14 years but not another penny from here on out. I will not recommend them to anyone I know either.

Cardenal did a clean job installing my Viper security system; I called for a quote, and they got me scheduled the next day, having the whole thing done by mid afternoon. They even fixed an antenna issue I was having with my stereo. Would recommend!

Took the aftermarket, pro-installed system to Tim and the guys, hoping they could do something to make it sound even just a little bit better. The previous shop did "fine," but it just wasn't at all what we hoped it would be. And when we took it to ANOTHER shop, they too lacked the expertise to fix it.Picked it up yesterday from Cardenal with crossed fingers that we'd get a little improvement. We got way, WAY, more than a little improvement.The system is sick. SICK!You'd be ridiculous to go anywhere else.

My experience wasn't the best at first, but the install was GREAT, I'm happy with the end product and they worked with me on trying to improve my experience (had a rocky start).....OVERALL I would give them another shot when the time comes. THANKS CARLOS!!!!

I was having an issue with my stereo system that I installed myself. I went to see if they could troubleshoot it and fix it for me. They went above my expectations, told me what was wrong and how to fix it and didn't charge me anything. Stand up people. 10/10 would recommend.

Went to Cardenal Stereo to get stuck cds out of my car s CD player, they did it immediately and they didn t damage anything. It didn t take any time at all and they have me a good quote. It was a wonderful experience. Will go there for my future needs

Fast install Friendly Salesman 1 stop shop on all major name brands. Highly recommend.
