A friend recommended Car Pros LLC to me and I decided to give them a try, when my car's CV joints went bad. Both Jorge and Libe were great to work with. They were friendly and professional. They took the time to explain things so I knew what my options were. They did good work, on schedule, and at a fair price. They were honest and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. I'm very happy with the results and would go back there in a heartbeat!

Came here to get an estimate and the guy seemed unfocused like he was busy with something else. Anyway, I still decided to do business here because they recommend this place to me. Since the first day I dropped off my vehicle, I told the guy that I had steering problems from the crash and that it needed to be looked at. He said he would have a look at everything and fix it. Weeks later only the damage got fixed nothing mechanical was ever done, now I'm stuck with half the work done to my vehicle and have to pay out of pocket for what the insurance didn't pay for. I went back and forth with the insurance and they kept saying the guy never sent the estimate for the mechanical issues so here I am stuck with an unsafe vehicle. The excuse from him was "wear and tear because of the age of the vehicle". Having receipts from the recent work done before the accident, everything under my vehicle is still fairly new due to the new lift it got. Never bringing a car here again or recommending this place to anyone I know. I didn't cause the accident and yet I'm still stuck paying for the damages done to my vehicle. Very unsatisfied!!

Libe & Jorge are amazing! They do such good work whether it's body repair or mechanical work, they get the job done and do it right! Highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Very reasonable on the price and great with communication on your repairs.

I had my transmission serviced from Car Pros.I can't say anything bad. Jorge showed me what my fluid looked like before and after. I did not trust dealerships to do major work like that, but I sure do trust him. I will be taking my vehicle there for all repairs, and service. Along with my husband's vehicle.. I will be telling all my friends, and my husband's friends, and anyone I meet... I trust none else..And very competitive pricing..Thank you Jorge

They did body work on my husband's Silverado truck. He/we were very happy with end result and they dealt with insurance company for payment, (not our insurance company but the person who hit his truck).

Amazing costumer service... I have been there a few times. Never tried to fix anything that wasn't necessary. Gave me multiple options on services and prices. Jorge really makes you feel welcome. I recommend this place to anyone looking for great service.

Absolute fabulous customer service and auto repair. I will definitely never go anywhere else! I suggest you give them a try if you don't want the run around. I came to them after going to three different places in boy what a difference. The amount of money they save me with their honesty is amazing and appreciated!

This is the only place I trust to do repairs on my car. I can always count on Jorge to get to my car quickly whether its just routine maintenance or a big repair. The work is reliable and affordable.

Strongly recommend Car Pros. Recently had serious engine issue. Car Pros was timely, clear, and accurate with their assessment. They took the extra steps to return my car in excellent shape. I will recommend this shop to family and friends.

I had them do my power steering gear box and they did a fantastic job im hoping they will be able to do my brake conversion from drums to disc

I strongly recommend Car Pros for all your car needs, I bring all my cars here when they need repairs as soon as I walk in I'm greeted with excellent service, the repair process on my vehicles is fast and hassle free, not to mention honest and affordable.
