Owner and staff where very friendly to me, wife and 1 year old daughter who is super shy with strangers and she was laughing with them. They have a little play area for kids while you wait. Service was good and fast the only reason I did not give 5 stars, because I felt for what they did it was very expensive.

They have an ad $49.95 then they charge more than the ad saying that is with a coupon, they said that my vehicle takes 6 quarts of oil my vehicle has aways take 6 quarts of oil, so they are saying this price is only for a four cylinder vehicle. This is fraud. They lie.

My wife took our 2018 VW Passat to get their advertised Special for an oil change. Synthetic oil of course, she placed me on speaker cause I had to work. The Advisor explained that to me that it would be $49&change. I felt a tad steep but told him to do it, When they billed her it came to $74.63. She sent me the invoice & so I called & Stan explained instead of 5qts it required 6qts plus they had to leave or sent out for the proper oil filter. I m sorry Professionals would of known it requires 6! Buyer Beware! Most Oil Change facilities include oil filters in there special price plus know how much oil each automobile requires. The worst thing is that they didn t even let her know before they made the adjustment.DON T GO THERE! There s a lot more reputable places!

Brake Masters #147 destroyed my braking system +$1000 repair. I requested a simple brake fluid change, they bled the master cylinder DRY, and sent my wife on her way. None should ever come here for anything, there are no mechanics here, you will leave risking your life and costing yourself immensely.

If you need anything done just ask for Stan! I went in there looking to get an oil change and a brake inspection. Stan informed me that I only needed an oil change and my brakes were good he didn t try to fix something I didn t need. Take your vehicle to Stan he s a good guy!

They were super honest. I told them I needed all 4 breaks and rotors...then advised me I didn't need all of them. They could have made some $ on me and I was ready to pay. DEF WOULD RECOMMEND.

I called and spoke with Stan about a rear bearing problem on my vehicle. I dropped it off and after a while he called me on the number i left and said it was a u-joint issue. They replaced it and my vibration problem solved. Fair cost and great service.

Jeff, the manager at this break masters. As a crook, you'll drop your car off and get a quote. But then he make sure to give you a call back and change that quote by $600. Don't go to this location, they are crooks. They lie to you.

I usually can do my own vehicle brakes, up to and including master cylinder and booster. Although, I couldn't find the time. I came to this location and the price for a flush, and install was not too shabby. The employees were amazing. I hope they keep up the great service. I would likely return due to great service combined with the convenience!

Brake masters always does a good job. I had the coolant changed and they put in extra effort to clean residual dirt out of the radiator. Good job. Guarantees repeat business. Thank you. -Paul

I have been taking my vehicles to this location for more than 25 years. I trust the recommended services. They have even saved me from dealer recommended work that I did not need. I have never felt taken advantage of. I really appreciate the customer service and timely repairs.

Spent 20 minutes wiping the oil and grease off of my steering wheel, door handle, and gear shift. Never mind wearing gloves for Covid 19 spreading prevention, they don't even wear them for the filth and grime getting all over your car from their hands. Going to Brakes Plus next time, Semper Fi

I don't know who I talk to but I call for a quote on price for a break change and they told me packages would cost $149 including rooter and break pads depending on prices of parts. And 113 for just the break pads so I thought that's a decent price probably gonna cost a little more, but no they want to charge upward of 400 dollars like what! Not only did I waist my already valuable and very limited time, because you lied about the actual cost . Now I will have to stay late at work till 9pm, if you and told me something closer to the actual cost I wouldn't have waisted two hours of my time there and could have used my time to actually get home to my kids at a decent hour but no. Also I got parts for my car and the cost under 100 dollars make that make sence

When I first walked in the door I was greeted by the most friendliest man who is the manager. He was very courteous and sincere about what had to be done to get my A/C to blow cool air and and what to expect if it needed additional repairs. I worked with a person named Daymon who said he could fix my lower control arms on my car in a reasonable amount of time with a very reasonable price. I had already been looking around for places and all the areas wanted extra money to get it done. He helped me out and said he could have it done by my deadline. Unfortunately they didn t finish in time but when he realized this he offered to drive me to and pick me up from my destination. Probably the best experience of getting my car fixed that I ve had in a long time. Will definitely be going here againServices: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Great experience at this location (have been to three so far and luckily all have been great) Needed an oil change and they had an appointment available for the same day. Asked them if they could also look at one of the headlights because it had gone out. Less than a couple of hours for both. Both gentlemen at the front were professional and courteous.Service: Oil change

They have good coupons. Nice staff. Convenient location. At the appointment, made a week earlier, they told me 3 hours to do oil change, alignment and transmission fluid exchange, which was fine. I said even 4 was ok. Finally called them after 5 hours to be told another 30 minutes or so. Had my car over 6 hours! Very upset. They may do good service but they need some time management training.
