I needed some repairs done they did it in a timely manner. Also they send me diagnostic through text message instead of waiting for it. They did a great job and the general manager was very friendly. Also with the stuff that needed to be done they offered me a reasonable price compared to the other places I went prior. Will come back in the future. Thank you !

Brought my car in to be serviced 11/20/23 for an alignment and other much needed services (front axles, oil pan replacement, long arm & alignment) possible leaving out other things but point is, Alex the owner provided great customer service & was able to quote me parts & labor which was really the BEST PRICE compared to the quote I received from another reputable location. They answered all my questions & provided explanations on services to be done. I even went back a couple wks after, to ensure my alignment was on the up and up and they looked at my car and addressed all concerns free of charge. Highly recommend them if you really want the BEST PRICE!

All in the name! Best Prices in the Valley! Alex and all of their employees have been top notch for all the work my wife and I have needed on our vehicles. They ve even saved me money on simple fixes that previous mechanics were quoting as major repairs. Customer service, quality of work and their honesty is why we ve been going there for years and will continue!

The first time i went i was greeted by two older nice men they helped me with my jeep fixed it with the problem it had at that time and advised me on things .Time passed and i went again because my truck was overheating well this time around theres was a different person this guy told me that my engine was smoking when they checked it and i needed a new engine and basically just a total loss and they stated giving me prices for a used one or a new one 7,000 to 10,000, well guess what im still driving my jeep with no problem and its gonna be a year . I will never go back there again

First, let me say, I took my vehicle to Half Price Auto Repair first. They tried to repair and replace stuff I didn't need yet. Went for a second opinion at Best Price Auto Repair and they only repaired the part needed. Paid 25% of the original estimate. I would recommend Best Price Auto Repair to anyone needing auto repairs. Highly recommend!

When first meeting the Alex, he was polite and friendly, also communicative and provided reasonable customer service. I was there to get an alternator changed, for a 2012 Honda Civic coupe. When I asked the owner how much the alternator was he told me it was $600 with warranty,also charging me $480 for labor for $120 each hour, after taxes totaling $1,130. He lied to me about the price of the alternator because they go for $200 as I was researching the car part prices online. I calmly confronted him about this the next day after going home and looking up prices on AutoZone and O Reillys website. Before they could start working on my car, the owner seemed to get angry, due to me confronting him about the price online about the car part only being $200 (this was listed on several websites) , he continued to gaslight me and stated he was never changing an alternator, told me I was confused , and that they were only changing a compressor kit, compressor kit s are normally about $300, Therefore the price should still not be $600, so I think he was the confused one. He refused to waive inspection fee despite how he was trying to do me as a customer, so I told him I d write this review to warn others to be mindful and cautious if having work done here. The owner also mentioned he wasn t a crook.. even though I never called him one. Overall, the owner was trying to up charge me 50% more than what parts were priced at brand new. Avoid this place and this shady scammer of a owner.

My front wheel well liner was falling off, and they took me with no appointment since the fix was very simple. They didn t even charged me. Very professional, fast, and very kind. Would definitely recommend.

My service at BEST PRICE AUTOREPAIR HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT.. FAIR.. HONEST CARING STAFF..GREAT MECHANICS...I ALWAYS use them..but one time My car was taken to Another auto place and it was a disaster..they didn't even do the work right..they almost damaged the engine and on top of all this they didn't even replace some parts..BUT I CALLED ALEX at Best Price Auto Repair and they repaired all the damages. I can't THANK THEM ENOUGH..No WORRIES NOW..my car is running so GOOD and my car will never be taken anywhere else. These guys are great at valuing there customers and wanting a long term customer relationship. They are honest about what they say. I took my car here a week ago as I thought there were issues with Axel/tire. These guys test drove my car two times each time 30 mins and found out that it was not the Axel or tire, it was a noice from some other place and they fixed it for free. Other places suggested me to change the Axel and some other parts costing more than a $1000. Based on this experience I am highly recommendithem this place to you all.

Seems nice and honest but very expensive. Make sure to ask about the diagnostics charge. They didn t tell me before and I have NEVER been charged it in the amounts of mechanics I been to so I had no idea I was going to spend 129 for nothing but it s okay. Thanks anyways though but just wayyyy out of my I m-just-a-student budget.

Quoted me a price $1200 lower the the dealership and found other problems that needed to be addressed and was still lower than the first estimated cost from dealership..very friendly and wil keep you updated of the status of you repairs and cost

I m out of state. Daughter s car was bout to go ca-put. It was deathly hot and she had to have transportation to work. I've been to many different auto places and always trying to sell something you don't need. Well I can tell you that at Jones Auto and Tire, Service it was a amazing. These guys are professionals, but most of all they are Honest, Trustworthy and Reliable. This is a place who take care of my classic, daily car and toys. I have no problem referring people to. These guys couldn't tune my 65 galaxies 500, they had it for 5 days didn't do a thing except out a whole in my gas tank, then they wouldn't give me the paperwork for the estimate, I was pretty pissed but they wouldn't even give me corporates number, I wouldn't take a toy car to them.

I had a very pleasant time dealing with this business. Julieta helped me out and educated me on the issues with my vehicle. They went as far as to putting my car back up on the lift to physically show me the issues with my vehicle. I couldn t figure out what was wrong with my car. I was throwing money at it left and right. I just couldn t do it anymore so I walked into Best Buy Auto Repair. The people were very nice they took time to listen to me they were easy to talk too. I said I didn t know what to do and I needed help with my car. Lots of people look at women and say I ll get a couple of thousand out of her if nothing else NOT THESES PEOPLE THEY are Different Nothing L ike That They Delivered On Their Promise they Had My Car up and running the Next Day I Have Found My New Auto Body Repair, Best Buy Auto Repair They Care and They Take The Time i ll definitely see you guys for my car care needs I tried to figure it out for two months and they did it in one day. Had my Durango 5.7 dropped off here by AAA and already knew that I needed valve lifter work done. So called "Best Price" Auto gave me a quote after having my car for a week to diagnose, then called me 3 more times to raise the price by 4k and said it might still be more and they would not know until after they started the work. But they would charge me thousands of dollars once they got it torn down even if I didn't choose to continue for labor to tear down. Then tried to sell me a used engine with 90k miles on it and would not warranty past 3 months. I was able to find a better shop that gave me a remanufactured engine with 3 year unlimited mile warranty for less than so called Best Price Auto. There are much better shops out there that won't give you the run around for work that has to be fixed by more qualified mechanics. They damaged my radiator and transmission diptube stick when I let them know I would not be going with them and would have my own tow truck take to the next shop. Even with all they messed up, the shop in Mesa was still cheaper with new engine. If you value honesty, your time and money find a different shop

Frustrated by this place. I took my 4runner in for a transmission leak from the output shaft. They tried to sell me on a full transmission replacement. They said there was metal in the transmission fluid. I don't understand how they could tell this by fixing the output shaft seal. They would have had to open up my transmission or drained the fluid. I didn't bring my truck in for either of those things. I passed on the extra transmission work. They replaced the shaft seal my universal joint and my driveshaft yoke.My other issue is on the quote they sent me, they wanted to charge me for replacing transfer case fluid. I do not even have a transfer case as my 4runner is not 4x4 but rear wheel drive. They even kept the charge on my final bill but changed it to transmission case fluid. It makes me feel that they either don't know what they are talking about or are trying to add useless charges to the bill.In the end, I would never come back to this mechanic. They might do good work but I do not appreciate how they do business. They are part of my reason for not trying to take my truck into mechanics and doing as much work on my own as I can. Very frustrating

They did a great job on my repairs and my total bill was actually $80 under what I was quoted. I had my car towed in on Friday and was ready on Monday. I was very pleased about that. Dealing with Julietta on the phone was an added bonus. She was straight up, very knowledgeable and no BS just the type of person I like to deal with. I will definitely be going back for any future repairs on any of my vehicles.

They did a great job on getting that new ignition coil in and there is no check engine lite now! Phew. It s great to have the Lexus back! I appreciate their help & the thing runs like a top now.
