Pretty disappointed. My duralast platinum battery was still under warranty. The battery died and my vehicle would not start. They told me the battery was still good and it was probably my starter. They did not honor the warranty which is understandable because they checked the battery and said it was still good. I ended up purchasing another battery, installed it and sure enough my vehicle started right up. Maybe the battery I returned was bad or defective. No it was not the starter. I know when a battery is dead.

Came in to pickup some oil and a filter. The guys seemed nice but didn t want to run my purchase through a commercial account and I was told it was closed until tomorrow. I ve used that account for years any time any day, just a little ridiculous imo

I traveled out of state for my vacation and upon my return, I visited another AutoZone store to replace the battery in my truck, which had failed while I was away. Unfortunately, they refused to honor the warranty as it was expiring on the very same day. Instead, they insisted on charging me $255 for a new battery. Feeling disappointed, I decided to leave and reached out to this AutoZone, where I had the pleasure of speaking with Ricardo. I was pleasantly surprised by his exceptional friendliness and understanding towards my situation. Ricardo went the extra mile and managed to advocate for me, securing a free battery exchange. Both Ricardo and his manager displayed remarkable dedication in assisting me, going beyond what was expected. Their outstanding service truly saved me as a customer, especially considering the significant amount of money I have spent at AutoZone in the past. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude once again to Ricardo for his exemplary assistance.

Bought a duralast battery that died before the warranty was over and they did not value the warranty because they conveniently couldn't find any records of my purchase. They had my name and phone number but the proof of my purchase pulled a magic trick and disappeared. So their error became my loss! They don't value their customers because they don't value their warranties. Unacceptable, If I could give zero stars I would!!

Saturday morning, only customer in the store. Eye rolls, poor attitude, heavy sighs. I asked for an air filter. I assumed it was in back. He looked it up obviously frustrated. I apologized when I realized I could have pulled it from the shelf. He ignored my apology. Just simply bad service. One word sentences. "Huhs, yeahs, and whats" not engaging. Why is picking up an air filter that hard? C'mon man. Engage, be polite, at least act like you're interested in being there. O'Reilly's is across the street. A little inconvenient but I'm happy to go there.

I would like to appreciate one of the best employees in town her name Emily at the store located on 67th and Bell Rd. She was very professional, very polite and way above and beyond her duties of doing the job and her dedication to do the job was fabulous and unbelievable. I highly recommend seeing her when you go there because she will help you with everything you need in a very polite manner.

Came in to exchange an incorrect battery we were given from a different location. Manager Tyler helped us locate the nearest store with the correct battery and sat on hold with them for around 5 minutes with us to confirm they had it in stock. He educated us throughly on the process we would go through to get the refund, new warranty and to complete the exchange even though all of it would be at the third location. Thank you for your help tyler!!

Hello Wanted to give a shout out to ALL THE EMPLOYEES AT AUTOZONE..I went in this morning to get my battery tested because my car wouldn't start the other day. ALL the EMPLOYEES were so nice and helpful. Greeted me as i walked in Let me tell you that great smile and customer service will get you far I didnt get his name but he was helpful. He didnt rush me or act impatient... Ohhh and my battery was GOOD!!!! THANK YOU .

My car was acting up, windshield wipers turning on on there own, warning about power steering fluid...I drove directly to auto zone on 67th Avenue and bell...Happy I got Daniel! It was so quick and he was very knowledgeable. He didn't give up on looking me up for battery warranty, and he happened to find it. In and out in 15 minutes or so, im signing into work now with 20 minutes to spare;) happy camper! Thank you Daniel for exceptional customer satisfaction !

I was helped by a very very nice young man named Daniel S. He help me pick out some Bosch Evolution / Wiper Blade Front that would fit my car. Not only he did he take his time to make sure I had the right wiper blade but he put them on for me. He did it on his own time, because I got him right when he was off. I told him that I can get someone else to do it but Daniel wanted to finish what he started. Daniel told me about the other thing that AutoZone offers. It was little things but it made me feel comfortable knowing I don't have to run around town looking for someone to help me. As we talked I found out Daniel been working at AutoZone for 2 yrs. I was also told about the reward problem and sign me up as well. If you want a knowable person to help you with your car, look for Daniel S.

Rick was amazing and should be the manager. He far exceeded true customer service. The newer staff was not a fan. The manager there now shouldn t be in her position. Seemed like it was a hire that check boxes she had to look to staff for answers that as a managers she should have the knowledge.

I'm tired of calling AutoZone for parts, being told where they are, driving there, and they don't have parts. I more often get told they don't have parts than I do. Why do I keep going to AutoZone.

Kristen D. IS THE BOMB!!! I went there to see if they could tell me what was wrong with the car. I was dismissed by the males when I went in. But she stepped in, did a battery test, diagnostic, and gave me pricing. She made me feel like a customer, instead of like someone who was interrupting their day. She was absolutely awesome. If it was possible to give more than five stars I would, this placed earned it. Amazing customer service! We placed an online order for a headlight for curbside pickup, arrived at this store, and called in. A few minutes later they came out, told us we were at the wrong store - we had accidentally placed it at one a couple of miles south of this- but they'd take care of us anyway. They installed our headlight right then and there - not a simple procedure either. So thankful for their amazing customer service!!

Where I always go for auto parts. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. I was having difficulty installing windshield wiper blades and they were happy to help with that. Will definitely return.

Was quick and easy to get my girlfriends battery checked and alternator tested.As far as previous visits, it would be nice if there was consistency in regards to asking customers for their rewards number. The same person might or might not ask you for your rewards number and that s after they just asked the customer before you.Customer service could definitely be taken up a notch, but it s not bad enough currently to give a poor rating.

To be honest, I was an O'reilly girl through and through.....until I had an experience with (this particular location) Auto Zone a few weeks ago. I was quoted a much faster wait time for my special order parts than any other garage I tried (It was in the middle of the holidays and they still efficiently accommodated me), they were so helpful in making sure that I received the correct parts and that I had everything I needed. When I say they, I mean every single employee that I interacted with (probably a total of seven different individuals between phone calls and physical visits). I failed myself today at attempting other places closer to my current location...after hours of hair-pulling, I called this autozone and all of my problems were solved and questions answered in less than ten minutes.

Had an awesome experience at this location. Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable. Drove 5 miles because the one close to my home which is 0.4 miles away terrible experience. From now on driving to this location, very very helpful. Thanks everyone!
