I was in the store at about 7:30 PM at night and I needed an adapter for my trailer lights and a young employee named Ricky greeted me asked what he could do to help. He explain he was new and wasn t quite sure what I needed but he wanted to help me figure it out, and he went above and beyond what he needed to do, to try and help me. He even reached out to others trying to figure out what we needed and he s just a good young man and I definitely definitely appreciated him. It ended up they didn t have the part I needed, but he was good enough that we figured it out , so kudos to Ricky!!

So rude!!! 6 people working and I stood there waiting to purchase power steering fluid. The older balding guy with a pack of smokes in his pocket I said excuse me can I check out? He said give us a min. We'll I gave you 5 already. I left it and started to leave when a nice man said wait I'll help you, he stopped stocking and checked me out. Never again ill get anything needed from a different auto parts store.

The O Reillys on 35th and deer Valley it s gonna be the best auto parts store in the three states I ve lived in by far Josh is the man they re all amazing I ve gotten nothing but outstanding service from them. They have been over backwards to help me I ve been having a lot of problems with my Ram lately, and one of the gentlemen there is a big Ford guy feel sorry for that but it is what it is lol I walk in there it feels like family made the mistake today needed some marvel mystery oil so I stopped in at O Reillys on 35th I was right there in the parking lot I got the worst service of my life. The lady behind the counter didn t know a damn thing about cars anyway just wanted to give my boys AutoZone thumbs up. You guys are awesome. If you have to drive to go to an auto parts store, it might be a little farther for you that s fine please Take the trip worth it.Sincerely, William Torum

Was having battery problems and didn't have time/tools to run around town. Called the night before asking if I bought a battery they could install it for a silverado, answer was yes. Called the next morning as I was getting ready to leave to buy the battery that if I bought one they could install it in the Silverado because once I left I don't have the ability to go anywhere else, answer was yes. I got there, bought the battery and the warranty and all the gel and covers and whatever else, then THEY WONT INSTALL IT. I had to sit out front in July for an hour and a half waiting for a mobile mechanic that they handed me a card for, cost me another 60$. I was pissed, like I said I didn't have the ability to run around and change it that day, I asked twice and I felt screwed over.

My license plate light bulbs were out. Not only did Larry promptly look up and find the replacements , he helped me install them. He was kind and courteous. Overall top notch man! Thank you, Larry!

Went in today 4/23 because my check engine light came on , not only did they ID the issue . They cleaned my air filter too. I saved $260 coming here vs the Chevy dealer today . If you want some knowledge on your vehicle without all the jerking from a dealership definitely stop here . And I got some cute accessories too .

Had a young man help me not only find the wiper blades but also install them with a smile on his face. I unfortunately didn't get his name. He was a young Hispanic man. He was very polite as well. Great customer service!

Just spoke with a representative at this store. I was very polite, explaining how I didn t understand how a battery is under warranty for 5 years when it went bad two years after I bought it, then died again 2 years after the replacement- and here I am paying almost full price for a battery two yeses later. So I asked when this one dies, I m going to have to pay for a third battery so how is that a warranty? His response was- you don t have to come here, you can buy a battery anywhere else. What? How is this customer service- I was just trying to understand why I am being told it s under warranty for 5 years when really after three years you re paying for the battery again. Absolutely horrible.

Tonight i went to walgreens to get medicine and my battery died... thankfully a young guy named Timothy was there to save me! It was 8:30pm he jumped my car so i could get it to the autozone and changed my battery!! He's amazing definitely deserves a raise was super nice and helpful glad to have hardworkers like him.

this store has the best customer service, and go above and beyond to assist people. Matthew, came outside to my Lexus and checked my fluids for me then ran diagnostics to troubleshoot why an alert kept blinking, printed me off the codes (2) of what needs to be done. I'm a 65 yr old woman and am embarrassed to admit I don't know jack about cars. This young man was so professional and kind, all the while taking his time to explain things to me and I could tell he genuinely cared about my safety and my cars performance. What a fabulous young man! He possessed strong work ethic combined with patience, understanding and empathy, and never made me feel stupid for not knowing anything! Als, he addressed me as "miss" and not mam, which I thought was adorable! Took great care of my Lexus! Also, a shout out to Brian, the store manager. Another good man who certainly cares for his business, customers and, employees. Post pandemic has been, and continues to be a whole new world. Most businesses hire whoever they can, because nobody seems to want to work. I get it, but in doing so, we, the consumer are left to contend with rude untrained employees, with no skills whatsoever in customer service, or manners, and unfortunately have no desire to ever learn any! so sad! And here is an auto parts store where Management and employees go above and beyond and truly care!! I never write reviews, but when I'm treated with such kindness, I wanted to tell the world.

What great service from Brian B. Came to my rescue when I had a dead battery at a store nearby. He left his store and drove over to me to try and jump start my car. Although we didn't get it started that way, he went out of his way to try different options. It was late afternoon on a Friday and this gentleman just wouldn't leave me stranded. What a great guy! What great service. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! Thank you Brian. You are awesome!!!

Mathew M. Made my experience here welcoming and enjoyable. My husband was absent when my battery died and Mathew was kind and stepped in to replace my battery. He did an amazing job. Just okay experience, got what I wanted and bounced. Although I frequent AutoZone, it was a tad confusing for me as I feel I was overcharged for windshield wiper blades in excess of $25.00+. Not being savvy about this specific product no additional options were offered. I later discovered after an extensive tongue-lashing by family, friends and colleagues that I was duped and this is a huge deterrent for continued business as the shopper has so many places to choose from. I gave 4 stars because I have always been a fan of AutoZone.

Gary and Brian gave me the best service today on my Honda Civic. My driving light bulbs needed to be replaced, the difficulty was the tight spot the bulbs were located. I admired them for taking the time to get the job done. If I could give them more than five stars I would. I cannot express the appreciation I have for this AutoZone.

I came into the store trying to be sure i got the right part. My older vehicle had been modified and i was having trouble finding the fuel filter for it. Matthew Morales was so helpful. He came out to view the part i had on my vehicle and matched it up. He made sure we got the right part. Thank you so much for all your help Matthew. Autozone has such a great employee in you. I hope they recognize that. I recommend going to this location if you want great customer service!!!

There was no service at all. I was there for 20 or 25 min. And nobody said "hello or can I help you find something"? There were 3 employees, 2 behind the counter and 1, putting out new products. Seems sad, they used to be so friendly at this store!

The staff was awesome. Willing to check my battery, and was very pleasant about it. Let me know my options. The battery was not available at that location but was willing to call another store that did have it. I am happy to know this staff is at MY neighborhood location.
