Andy s was amazing!! They fixed my bumper from my car accident and also alerted me to other issues non-accident related that they saw in my car so I could get them fixed as well! Only took 2 weeks and they waited late for me so I could pick it up before the weekend! Highly recommend!! My car looks beautiful! Before and after pics attached!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Due to the ongoing road constructions near downtown Phoenix, a sudden encounter with a traffic cone resulted in my left mirror being struck, causing the mirror cover to shatter right in the middle of the road.After ordering a replacement mirror cover from the dealership, I discovered that it needed to be painted before installation.Being unfamiliar with auto shops, I made several phone calls to determine the cost and time frame for the repairs.Fortunately, we came across a place that turned out to be a stroke of luck. Mike, the manager at this location, displayed remarkable patience and professionalism. Our conversation was efficient and to the point. He provided me with a detailed bill that was surprisingly reasonable.Ricky and Gabriel, members of Mike's team, were absolutely fantastic and genuinely caring. Their dedication to their respective specialties was evident, and they were always ready to lend a hand.A heartfelt thank you goes out to the honest and hardworking individuals at Andy's Collision Center on 7th Street. Just two days later, my car was returned to me in a "new" condition!I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking assistance. Dealing with car damages can be incredibly frustrating, but you'll be in great hands if you come across these wonderful individuals! It saddens me to learn that the downtown location has closed down. Now, Mike and his dedicated team are at the northwest location in Glendale, but unfortunately, it's quite far from where we are.

I worked with Betsy to try to get car out of impound and she was amazing. Don was set to do my estimate for the damages which went smooth and was called promptly with every decision that was made. I recommend Andy s repair for any repairs just not collision. Thank you all at Andy s for all your kind words and hard work

Ade s Collision center is great, if not the greatest. They re friendly, respectful, honest and they take their time to do things right. They even took care of me after a chunk of tire took out the front grate of my car, two months after they did the repairs. If you re looking for a bottom dollar rush job, I d advise going somewhere else.

I recently had my Mustang worked on at Andy's Collision after I ran into a pole in a parking garage. I was informed that I would need a new bumper on the front of the car and some body work done on the passenger's side of the vehicle. Mike, the estimator, was very thorough and didn't mind explaining to me why he was fixing or replacing certain parts in relation to the crash. Once I determined that I would be repairing with Andy's and dropped off my car, the work was carried out quickly and with a high degree of quality and professionalism. I was very concerned because this was an accident with a car that had barely 5,000 miles on it and yet you can't tell where the collision repair was done versus the rest of the factory exterior. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with Andy's

We took our 2014 Chrysler town and country here for some repairs that were fairly needed.The first and foremost praise is being talked to like a person and not another number. That is to say they are incredible with communication and give updates along the process; if any excess costs are needed they call/text you to inform you and ask if the increased costs are okay or not.The also make sure you understand all of what's needed whether superficial or not and help you to decide whether it needs to be repaired or can wait. Which is super awesome.The office is super friendly and honestly very relaxing. Makes you feel at home.Above all else when we went to retrieve our car which was done a day earlier than expected (not uncommon) it was cleaned and what looked to be polished.All in all 5/5, definitely recommend. P.s. checks are not accepted. So come with cash/cashier's check, or debit/credit for payment.

They did a fantastic job on my vehicle after it was hit by another car and needed body work. They went out of their way to make sure my vehicle looked good as new. Process was easy, and it was done in good time.

After experiencing several accidents in the greater Phoenix area over the last 20 years, we always take our vehicles to this location. The people are great, the work is fantastic, and frankly you'll never be able to tell there was an accident on your vehicle.We've always had insurance covering this sort of work so from a competitive price standpoint, I really can't offer a competitive outlook vs other facilities. However sometimes that you get what you pay for and working with very competent people with good turnaround times ... sometimes is worth the extra money.I don't think anybody would be disappointed with a visit to this location and working with this staff.
