I brought my truck here for a BIG job-- blown head gaskets. Shane's gave me the best price in town (and I called everyone.) They went above and beyond as far as the work that was done, as well as customer service. Washed my vehicle and a full synthetic oil change for free because it took a day longer than they initially said.I'm so glad I found them, I'd give them 10 stars if I could and I will not be going anywhere else. Shane's is the best in town.

Best place to take your vehicle too! I was freaking out about getting a wheel bearing replaced, I called so many places in the valley, and Shane's auto repair was the first one to give me a really good price. Took it in, got the call back to come get my car and they handed me a printout with everything that needed to be fixed. They didn't pressure you right then and their. the wife was simply an amazing women, who my best friend and I had the chance to talk with. I'll be taking my car back as soon as I can to get everything else fixed. Highly recommend this shop to my friends! Thank you Shane's auto!

Shane and Cheryl are both wonderful to work with in getting your vehicle in the best possible running condition! They treat you like family, are extremely knowledgeable and make it so easy to never have to worry about driving! They are cost and time efficient - so you aren't sitting around all day. I will never have to worry with them making my driving safe!

Best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. They give you honest advice, fair prices and reliable, state of the art service. They have the technology and expertise of a dealership, with better pricing and a friendly atmosphere. You can tell everyone who works there truly cares about you and your vehicle. Oh, and they'll come pick your car up and bring it back.

I have had service and repair done on my car several times with Shane's. They stand by their work. On one occasion a repair did not get repaired correctly and I had to call Shane on the weekend when I needed my truck to go out of town, He brought over his truck and traded me so I would not miss my event.Then he corrected the repair issue , at no charge, (of course).. How he correctly handled the issue says allot about the kind of business he runs. Additionally, they provide the information on your cars health so that you can make informed decisions on weather to invest in a certain repair or not. They provide options that fit your budget and never pressure you.

Absolutely amazing! I have been to so many mechanics over the last few years and every time i get ripped off or screwed over. Shanes auto delivered on every promise they made. They did the work quick and at an affordable price. I will definitely go back and recommend them in a heart beat.

Shane is awesome. Very simple to deal with. Great work. I had my Daughters car repaired after someone backed into her at UAH. While just a minor repair...the car is BRAND NEW! Exactly the southern business experience you would expect. You Rock Shane!

Shane and company are wonderful people,. You know that when you bring your car there you can trust they do a wonderful job. They make me feel like family when I talk to anyone at their business . I recommend this company to anyone who has a car!

What can you say about Shane's? Well a lot of things... hard working, dependable and honest. I checked out his new location and it's a game changer. If you need fast friendly service be sure to check them out. I am in the business too and frankly it's nice to know there are some good one's still out there.

I have used Shane's Mobile Auto Repair several times and they are always honest about any repairs that are needed. I also refer my friends and neighbors to Shane and they have all been quite impressed with the service and honesty.

This is a genuine family business that really cares for their customers. I recommend them to all my friends knowing that they are gonna get honest answers and quality work done to their vehicles! These guys go the extra mile and make you feel like family. I am really lucky to have found them. If your looking for honest and quality work, then this is the place.

I live in Paradise Valley and I drove all the way to Gilbert because I got an Ah-mazing deal on Groupon to recharge my AC (only $35!!) So, I figured it was worth the drive, knowing that I would have air conditioning on the way home. I called ahead to make an actual appointment for 2 p.m. this past Monday, and arrived 5 mins. early. They didn't even pull my car around until 4pm!They offered to replace leaking parts for an extra $30, and since Betsy's getting on in her years (1999 Geo Prism!) and her a/c goes out every summer, I agreed to it. So, I was finally done around 4:30 pm... Just in time for rush hour traffic and closed HOV.The ONLY reason I gave two was because the guy at the front office desk was very personable, conversed and joked just the right amount, and was attentive. (I got me a complimentary Dr. Pepper!) At least the A/C works now.

Honest, quality work. They aren't pushy but do let you know what other repairs your vehicle needs. Work is completed on time. They are always friendly and helpful when you call.

Honest. That is what they are. You can trust them to really fix what is wrong with your car, and not try to rip you off. I only wish I had found these guys sooner. I will take my vehicles there for everything from now on!!
