We bought our car in December, and the sales and finance teams were exceptional. All that superb customer service ended there. We've been trying to schedule a routine maintenance appointment for over a month, leaving message after message, with no response.

The salesmen are dishonest. We worked out a deal for a car and when we came to pickup they tried to charge us thousands more. Horrible and dishonest.

They are great to deal with but nearly impossible to get your vehicle serviced. It is going to be over a month to get my vehicle serviced for an air bag light that is going off. I just hope the air bag doesn't go off while driving.Update:1 year later and I am still dealing with the air bag light going off. Claimed they ordered the part 4 months ago. I called them a couple days later and they are now saying they see the notes of ordering but nothing was ordered. This is the caliber of professionalism you will be dealing with at this service center. I really wish there was another Volkswagen dealer closer to me :(Update two Sept 20, 2022:Finally was able to get the air bag sensor repaired. This experience was much better than the previous ones. They even let me use a loaner car while my vehicle was being serviced hopefully this will be the last time I see them before another oil change.FYI this issue lasted for almost 2 years. No excuse why replacing an air bag light should last this long.Update three Jan 24th, 2023:Replaced the sensor and have not experienced the issue yet. I'm being optimistic and hoping that it will not come back.

Ken Garff is most ethical dealer in both sales and service that I ve encountered buying and maintaining cars. Our family purchased our first of many vehicles from them starting in 1984, long before we relocated to Arizona. When they recently acquired Earnhardt VW aka San Tan VW, we were confident that quality service at competitive prices would continue. I m pleased to report that the same great service with competitive pricing exists here as before.

I showed up late (10 minutes) and they took the car no questions. I thought I d be there a few hours so I planned to wait, but they said it would take all day. Their shuttle usually only goes ten miles but they agreed to take me home anyway, saving me the charge for an Uber. Greatly appreciated!I didn t catch the name of the gentleman that shuttled me home, but he was very kind and easy to talk to. Thanks!Edit: Very frustrated after all. They said it would take all day and that it should be ready at 4:30. Never got a call. Tried to call the next morning at 7:15 and got voicemail, still no call all day. Called after the service center was closed and spoke with the front office who said the car was ready. Picked it up without ever speaking to the service guy who took my phone number specifically to call me when the car was ready. It was really a major inconvenience.We scheduled this appointment a month out because it was the only opening that worked for my work schedule. If the job was going to take longer, at least give me a call so I can prepare pretty unprofessional.

I called April 1st and was told the next available appointment was May 13th. I took the appointment. When we got there to drop the car off we were told they would have my car AT LEAST 2 weeks??? WHAT???? And of course they didn t have loaner cars?? So here we are 10 days later with no car and no answer from the service department??? Super frustrating!! Who can go 2 weeks with no car???? Will not be returning!!!!

They were able to get me in next day! I usually go to another VW dealership ut they were backed up 2 weeks! This location was AWESOME and took care of everything for me!
