After smashing the back of my 24 Super Duty, I took it to Orlando Auto Body on Williams Field frankly, for no other reason than because it was close to my house and convenient. Knowing what I know now, I would have taken it to them even if they were on the other side of town. Every part of my experience was fantastic. Robyn and Kim got me scheduled quickly and my parts ordered right away. The techs did a great job with the repair like it never happened. When I picked up the finished truck, it was clean inside and outside, just as I would expect from a top-notch shop. I chose to pay cash for this repair instead of running it through my insurance, and Orlando was fair and accommodating. I don t ever want to need help from an auto body shop again but I am sure I will. When that day comes, I would not even consider taking my vehicle someplace other than Orlando. I am only giving it 5 stars because giving 10 stars isn't an option with google reviews.

I had a great experience at Orlando body! They were super helpful and were very friendly when answering my questions over the phone regarding my car, helping relieve a lot of stress through the whole process. They also made the payment process super easy as well. They did a great job on fixing my car, definitely great quality! Before and after photos :)

Wow just Wow, what an amazing business this is. Every employee treated me with respect and kindness. It is an emotional time after a car accident. This business is top of the list for service. Even with the parts back log in the country they were able to return my car to me without much of a delay. They communicated with me along the way and made sure I was aware of the time constraints. I will recommend Orlando auto body to all.Thank you for your amazing service

Orlando Auto Body took excellent care of us. Kim and Robin worked with the insurance company and made the repair process seamless. Our vehicle now looks brand new again after Orlando's top quality work. They even arranged for the turning in of our temporary rental car after our vehicle was ready to bring home. I highly recommend this first class, locally owned auto body repair facility. Thank you Orlando Auto Body for such stellar service!

Typically you go to an auto body shop for a not so good reason. The people at Orlando take a lot of the pain and stress away and even make you laugh. So great to work with, wonderful and easy from start to finish.

Stopped by today for an estimate, from start to finish the team was great. They were happy to answer any questions I had and made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Will update after repairs but as for customer service, top tier!

Got backed into and a trailer hitch hit my front bumper. Minor damage, drove fine for months. Brought my car in to Orlando Auto Body. Radio silence until insurance called to tell me my car is a total loss and that they won t pay for repairs. Had to call Orlando myself for an update. They just asked if I want to pay for the repair myself or tow it out as-is.Orlando s estimate seemed inflated to my mechanic and I. Orlando removed the entire front bumper, hood, and both headlamps. Seems to me their inspection caused some new damage because the headlamps were totally fine for the months I drove around before bringing it in. Orlando says the brackets are damaged on both headlamps and that they need to be totally replaced I offered to pay labor out of pocket for Orlando to put my damaged parts back on, but apparently EVERYTHING removed wouldn t be able to go back on properly . Feels like they re pulling the wool over my eyes. The reliable car I drove in looks like it visited a chop shop. Totally regret even bringing it in. Absolute nightmare to go through during the holidays.EDIT 3/12/24:After more headache two months later, it seems AAA/CSAA insurance has been the real culprit in this nightmare. My experience is common, however unfortunate, for insurance companies to cut their losses on underwater assets. If you have a minor fender bender on an older vehicle, I recommend forgoing insurance altogether. AAA was so greedy they wouldn t pay a 7k repair.Shane Orlando called me the same day I originally reviewed and I appreciate seeing the owner s dedication to customer service. Leaving my review up to warn others your vehicle could get called a total loss, and at that point everyone shrugs and says its your problem now

They did an outstanding job on our Colorado truck it was recently wrecked they did fantastic job in fixing it up very friendly kept us informed very reliable very good would use them definitely again and refer someone to them.

Orlando Auto Body's service and professionalism is outstanding and a cut above the rest. Matt is a gem and took care of some upgrades to my 2022 Corvette, and Robin's friendliness is contagious. I would give them six stars if I could. Thank you!

I damaged my 2021 Yukon front end body and suspension. New body parts/ paint and repair rack up front. All work was flawless and done fast. Negotiated with my insurance to insure I got the best of everything. Nothing but positive. Unfortunately, I had two wrecks in a 6 month period. With both incidents the people at Orlando were wonderful to work with. It took longer than I would have expected but Orlando was up front and honest with the timelines and why the process with insurance, ordering parts and installing create an extended timeline. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again (I hope not).Service: Body & Trim

I'm not sure what to say. Words can't describe how great of an experience Orlando Auto Body was. I've never had that great of customer service ever! From the initial online quote submission to emailing with Kim and then to meet Kim and the staff and finally having our car repaired was just amazing! We had a small fix but they were responsive, quick, and the best price possible. No wonder they have such high and good reviews. If you need your automobile fixed, don't look anywhere else. Orlando Auto Body in Gilbert is the place to take it! Thanks Kim and team for the awesome service!

I can t say enough nice things about the folks here. I had purchased a new vehicle that had a blemish on delivery. The dealer had been unable to resolve the issue so I stopped by here. Kim and Robin welcomed me immediately and got my car back to their paint corrections area within 10 minutes. My issue was fully resolved and I was out the door within 30. I would not hesitate to utilize them for any service in the future. A+++++ work. Thankful to still have honest folks out there. Also the waiting area is top notch.

I called and I called finally I went over there but the man acted like what are you doing here promised and estimate that never happened. So I went to the Mesa one very RUDE estimate was low balled. My insurance won t cover all the damage don t like you people at all

I had slight damage to my vehicle exterior and knew I did not want to get my insurance involved. I did my due diligence and received three quotes from different auto body shops. Orlando auto body was my third quote and was detailed in what they needed to do to fix the damage. Not only was the cost the best price, but the service was far beyond what I had received at the other shops. The first two quotes pushed me to get my insurance involved and exaggerated the cost of the repair to dissuade me from paying out of pocket. Orlando auto body was the opposite. They explained what they would need to do to and what timeframe they would need to complete the repair. They ordered the part, painted it and had it ready for installation in timely manner and did not even ask for an upfront deposit.The ladies that I met with, Robyn and Kim, were fantastic to work with and provided me customer service that far exceeds my expectations for this industry. While I hope to never need their services in the future, I will use them exclusively for any future auto body work. The final repair brought my vehicle back to like new. Highly recommend!

They set clear expectations regarding the process and what to expect communication wise, they have a very efficient front office staff, they dealt with insurance on my behalf, and returned my car with all repairs as promised! Highly recommend!

Went there for a minor underbody repair on my car. The office is super clean and the staff is very friendly. The original part that was delivered arrived damaged so they sent it back and ordered a new one. I love that they didn t just try to slap it on my car and force it to work. When the proper part came in, the installed it right away and the job was perfect. Car is bulletproof now. Would definitely come back .and I am, this time with a bumper dent on my kids car. I cannot say enough great things about this place! The staff was amazing from the first phone call and through the entire process. I rented my car out on Turo and the customer hit something causing damage to the rear. They got us in quickly and the work was great. You would never know anything had ever happened. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do I would only call Orlando.
