Once again New Image did an excellent job replacing my windshield. This is the fourth time using them and I haven't been disappointed. They make the insurance claims process easy and their customer service is second to none.

New Image Auto glass was the worst we ordered a driver's side rear quarter window and they brought out a windshield. I called And they put me on hold for twenty minutes before they told me me they have to order it from the dealership. They suck!! I can't tell you how many times we told them which window it was. No stars for you .

Unbelievably the BEST customer service, I've received EVER! Brian absolutely went above and beyond in working with my insurance company to address and fix my windshield issues. Thank you Brian.

We caught a rock on the windshield while on a road trip...too bad to fix. New Image replaced the windshield the next morning. Good price and they cameto us
