Hold on to your wallet!I brought in a vehicle last month along with a previously completed diagnostic, looking for an estimate as to how much it would cost to fix. They insisted on doing their own $165 diagnostic, which returned the exact same info I brought them to begin with. I only agreed to the diagnostic because I mistakenly thought it would be more thorough than the free diagnostic I did elsewhere. (The fact that I naively agreed is why this isn't a 1-star review.)They recommended over $1000 in additional repairs. We were able to get the one necessary repair handled at a competitor for less than $250 with no additional hassle and didn't end up needing the excessive repairs/replacements suggested by Network.So, $165 wasted and lesson learned.And I didn't even mention yet that Network cancelled my initial appointment because they didn't have the right person working that day. They didn't bother to call and reschedule ahead of time. I showed up with the vehicle and everything and had to reschedule there, so a wasted trip as well. I gave them a second chance and brought the vehicle back in at the rescheduled time, which is when the wasted diagnostic occurred.My family will not be returning here.UPDATE: The manager graciously reached out, apologized for our experience, and issued a refund. Changing from 2 to 3 stars given the gesture.

I love this auto shop. My parents have been customers for years and when my Cadillac needed work after an accident, I decided to go with them. They worked with my nightmare insurance and got all the repairs done as quickly as they could. They were communicative and so kind. Shortly after, my Pathfinder needed some repairs and once again they stepped up to the plate and delivered. They will be my go to mechanics from here on out.

Wow - I have never had a better mechanic experience!!!! I had dealt with 2 previous repair shops - the 1st said I needed a new transmission and the 2nd said it would be $160 just to diagnose.I called Network this morning and Cody said they could get me looked at right away for free. After test driving the car they let me know their hypotheses but couldn't confirm until they got the wheel off for a deeper inspection. Once they knew exactly what the issue was, they told me the next steps they were going to take, how long it would take and a very fair estimate as to the final cost.They called Ford to get the diagram of my vehicle and researched this issue in past notices from Ford. They showed me exactly what they were going to do to fix my vehicle, and how they were going to validate that this actually resolved the issue in full. I was completely confident in the integrity of their work because of their knowledge, transparency and thorough communication.I will recommend them to EVERYONE!Thanks Chris, Cody and Team - you've got customers for life.

Honest and fast service Chris is fantastic. He told me honestly the issue with my vehicle and that it wasn t something they could repair, but recommended me to a reliable shop who could. I am grateful for his advice and feel comfortable bringing my other cars to him.

Started having multiple issues with my vehicle, and was recommended Network Auto by a coworker. This was my first time here and am extremely impressed with the professionalism and work that was done! Cody is the best! He contacted me throughout the process and kept me updated. I will be taking my car back here for future maintenance!

Women will understand this. As a woman it's normal for mechanics to patronize women when getting their car fixed but this was new to me that in just making the appointment I was patronized by the guy on the phone. I was calling just to make an appointment to have something checked out, nothing major therefore I was speaking calmly yet was told to "calm down" not once but twice. So many mechanics out there, I will give my money to them before giving it to this place. Do better guys.

This is my first ever google review. I don't write these but I had to write this one.We came in for an oil change on our car that we had gotten from a close and trustworthy friend. I also hired this company to check on the vehicle and run diagnostics.During the oil change the housing of the oil filter must have crumbled (something that happens when it is old), so it needed to be replaced. No biggie, but it was presented to me in a way as if this was all broken before hand, which it clearly was not, because our friend changed the oil and everything was fine. There was no leak. It broke when they tried to unscrew it. Why can't they just say that??Anyways... when I came back to get the car and hear the results I was met with a $9,000 plus offer to repair my car. According to the company it was barely safe to drive anymore and roughly half of the amount would have to be spent on repairs immediately and the other half on repairs within a short time after that. I was shocked since the car's value is only $4-5k.They wanted to charge me over $800 for six new spark plugs and labor, $56 per spark plug. You get them for $13 a piece online. Things just didn't add up to me at all.We had the car double checked by an AMAZING mobile mechanic that another trusted friend recommended and had used for 25 years.To make a long story short, all repairs needed at the moment were less than $600. I got a timeframe within which other things should be dealt with which helps us to plan ahead. He found that the spark plugs had been changed and that they were perfectly fine. Basically the entire list I had gotten from the workshop was exaggerated and waaaaay overpriced.They tried to scare us into leaving our money with them. Deeply frustrating and annoying.Something even worse is that the workshop did not point out the things that were actually of even more importance and needed fixing, which the mobil mechanic did and we thankfully could take care of.This is too bad, as other family members have gone to this workshop before. Not anymore. They just lost 3 customers. Stop lying to people!

Took my trail jeep in for an alignment after I did a ton of work to it. They found a few more issues like balljoints and loose nuts that I didn't know about. They corrected some issues for a more than fair price while I declined other repairs. Afterwards it drove far better than it did on the drive in. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend

Chris hooked me up.Had a radiator leak and needed it replaced and had a car show to go too that evening.Made it happens and mechanic was great in the detail work he did. I was in and out and made car show that evening. Thanks

On October 13, 2023 I called Network Automotive in Gilbert and spoke to the manager Chris. I asked him a few questions and he immediately got me in the next day October 14th. We ve been having some issues with the door locks, brakes, and a few other things. Chris and his crew looked everything over and provided a very detailed estimate.Told him I d look it over and get back to him. It was decided that we d get the door locks done first due to safety concerns.Called Chris back on October 18th and he ordered the parts, set me up with an appointment for the following day. Dropped it off at 8:30am and the work was completed by 2:30pm (same day). So impressed with this business and the professional and excellent service provided. The even offer their own automotive club card (for purchase).How could I not purchase it!!! I found my new automotive repair place. Thank you, Chris & crew!!!

I have only good things to say about Network Automotive. Been going to them exclusively since 2018, even after moving 45 mins away. Their pricing isn't always the most competitive on some jobs, but they don't oversell and their service is unparalleled in the valley. They stand behind their work and I've never once had the feeling that I was being "sold" on anything that wasn't needed. Cody, at the Gilbert location, is a pleasure to work with and always takes care of my vehicles. Hands down recommend if quality work and service is important to you.

I recently purchased a new Set of Tires for my car at Costco and I was told that I would need a wheel Alignment due to how bad my tires looked to them. I did not question this idea since my vehicle is a 2016 and I bought it in 2020 in mint condition It has never had a Wheel alignment service done before.I knew that It would not be cheap and that I probably did need the service done in 2023. I found this place through a friend who had mentioned to me that they had given her excellent customer care service. which is kinda rare these days being that everyone has something to complain about, everyone hates their job, and make just wanna rant about nonsense over petty stuff.I decided to visit this place and I spoke to Cody, I am sorry if I misspelled your name, I also spoke to someone by phone before who confused me (no names) but Cody told me that they can take a look at my vehicle's wheel alignment results. I figured I would end up getting the service done so why even bother with the test? They Tested it out and my car is fine. This was a surprise as other places had told me I DEFINITELY needed a wheel alignment, typically $150-$200 depending on which place you are dealing with.I wanted to leave this review and say Thank you so much for the Great Service. I will always come back to your place for car-related repairs or services. I was impressed by the level of Customer service given and honesty.Thank you!!Service: Wheel alignment

Awesome! I was referred by a family member. Spoke well of Network Automotive Service and mentioned how great work they do. My truck needed alignment work. Steering wheel adjusted. Professional from start to finish. I recommend Network Automotive. Great job!

Service was good, like any other auto shop. They re way more pricey than most shops and honestly if you re a student or minimum wage earner find somewhere else. Lastly, ladies don t let nobody finesse you at these shops, stand ur ground!

Absolutely do not recommend this shop. Took my corvette z06 in for an alignment. They then decided to take the car for a joyride before anything was done.After confronting Cody, the guy in the front office, that I was not happy my car just left for a joyride his response was absurd. They refused to work on the car.The other employee in the office, Chris, then decided to start threatening me as the customer over my concern.Saying in quote I m off at 5:05pm. Come see me. I would highly advise staying away from this extremely hostile shop and going to a more professional caring shop.

As someone who doesn t know much about cards, I went to Network Automotive for a second opinion on if my break pads needed to be replaced. They were incredibly thorough in their look over of my car and helped make me feel confident in the work they did on my car. While their servicing my vehicle for the check engine lite, they will take it for smog. They are working hard and to fault of their own its taking longer than expected. My vehicle is over 25 yrs old.,Dwaine was more than 120% kind and did more for me than he had, too. The one part I needed was VERY difficult to find, and he found it. It's a fun experience working with him. He's 100 kind, and his service 120% fabulous. Best PR service I've had in years. THANK YOU, DWAINE :) I recommend the shop. I can only tackle one issue at a time because my dollars are stretched thin, and they're very understanding about my situation. Good service, and agine THANK YOU DWAINE :)

Network Automotive Service has served me well for several years. I'm incredibly impressed by their speed, honesty and knowledge of car repair. This service center has kept my 13 year old vehicle (182,500 miles) running like it's new. If you want someone who is professional, highly skilled and easy to work with, this is place for you. I had my a/c serviced here in March. As soon as outside temps topped 110 degrees in July, the a/c stopped working completely, and reverted back to how it was operating before I brought the car in. I called them to ask about my options, and they told me I'd need to pay full price for more service because "we check (x) lines, but we don't check (x) lines". I don't have endless amounts of money to keep bringing my car in for service. They had the opportunity to do it right the first time, and failed. They also had the chance to stand by their recent work, and failed. I'm extremely disappointed.

Cody and Justin are awesome. When another Alignment shop performed a bad Alignment on my 1998 4 Runner Cody and Justin fixed the issue. Great customer service, great attention yo detail and great attitudes. I suggest Network Auto Gilbert location to service your vehicle. Top notch. And now my Alignment is perfect. We bought tires for our Jeep and wanted to get an alignment before we started to drive it regularly. Network Automotive got us in first thing on Saturday to perform an alignment. The service advisor let us know every thing was in specification and no adjustments were needed. We were surprised they did not charge us for the service. Today was my 3rd time visiting Network, 2 different cars. From the phone call to the in person greeting to the service has always been exceptional and a breeze. This morning Chris & his team took care of replacing 2 bolts that were lost on my skip plate at NO charge. On my 2nd visit (a couple of years ago) I figured I needed an alignment; they actually took the time to show & give me details on why my car was fine .so I was prepped to hand over $$$ & they were honest enough not to take this girl for a ride!I will never hesitate to refer this repair shop!!

This place is the place to go!!! Took my 2014 RANGE ROVER Full-Size V8 Supercharged to have them to look over my own personal work. I changed out the rear brakes myself. While doing so, I got air in the brake system. Couldn t get it out my self by bleeding them, and couldn t figure out what the deal was myself. They found the problem, fixed it and was out in an hour. LAND ROVER would have charged 500 plus todo the same, and it would have been a week at the dealer minimum. The car is still under warranty, but anything that s not covered will be handled by these guys! Extremely impress! Don t waste your time going anywhere else.

Making an appointment was easy and the next day. Chris, the service manager took care of me. He kept me informed of the progress of the wheel alignment. These guys did an awesome job! This was my first time going to them and first time ever writing a review in general. I replaced my steering rack and ended up with a really crooked steering wheel where it was sitting at 45 degrees to the left. Not only did they correct the issue but before they did Tom actually told me how I can do it myself to save money on the labor charge and just bring it back in for a wheel alignment. I happily payed for the labor because honesty like that is very hard to come by in auto shops in general. Not to mention I brought it in at 4 in the afternoon an hour before they closed due to my work schedule and they got my truck back to 100% in less than 2 hours. These guys are the real deal, honest mechanics and won't try to up sell you because they're not commissioned base. We will never come back to Network Automotive after today's experience. We took our vehicle in for a $100 alignment only to be told they can't do the alignment because all 4 struts needed to be replaced, among other things. The kicker is the front struts were replaced 4 days ago. We had also taken the vehicle to our usual, out of the way, repair shop and nothing Network listed was on our honest repairman's list. They even listed other necessary repairs our usual repairman distinctly said did not need to be done.
