Marcus was professional. He arrived on time and finished in a shorter time than I expected. I will definitely use him again.***After many amazing fixes for my car Marcus just ghosted me..not sure why but this was super unprofessional***

I can't recommend Marcus and his company highly enough. He arrived on time, and accurately diagnosed my aging car at a reasonable price. He discussed urgent/non-urgent repairs with great clarity, and was genuinely a pleasure to work with. It was also nice to learn that in addition to having two decades of experience, he carries numerous certifications, and was once named one of the top Mercedes mechanics in the country.If you're looking for an honest and experienced mechanic, I recommend Mobile Mercedes Werks.

If you're busy and don't have time to take your Mercedes to a shop/service center, sit for hours, deal with a loaner (if they have one), and get charged WAY too much, then Marcus at Mobile Mercedes Werks is for you! Prompt, very fair pricing, professional (Marcus has been a Mercedes mechanic for two decades) and best of all, CONVENIENT! He came to my house when it was good for me. Less than an hour later, my service B was complete. Done!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
