Great customer service! Robert the owner was so helpful. I called about my headlights for my 2020 Hyundai Kona that I had purchased them and needed help to install. They helped me troubleshoot and to install the new headlights quickly. I ll definitely be bringing my car back here. They were honest and helpful. Pics are before and after.

This shop is easily one of the best I ve been to! I brought a new car in for a used car inspection, and they told me exactly what i needed and didn t try to pressure me into paying for unnecessary services right away. I took it to a dealer for a recall the next day, they did the same inspection and told me the same thing. But the dealer would probably charge twice as much for services. The inspection alone was 4x as much at the dealer. 10/10 will definitely be coming back to this shop ONLY

They did the job. Just had a what I thought was a full service oil change. The tires were not rotated, but when I asked, they then rotated the tires. Make sure to check under the hood before you leave. My battery cover for the positive terminal was lying on the engine block.

We needed a cat converter after failing emissions. Called this location and spoke with Mike. He was very professional and helpful. Got it replaced and it works great (and we passed emissions). Great experience!

Mike is really good at what he does. Super clean and friendly atmosphere, well organized. Car was serviced quickly and honestly. Mike took his time to talk to me on the phone and in person about my concerns. Prices are very fair as well , definitely recommend.

Pretty simple. Just an inspection for company. I'm going to work for everyone. Was nice. They were even nice to my dog. Of course my dog was nice to them and I have nothing but high ratings for your crew at this store

I needed an alignment and it turns out the issue was the strut mounts. Despite the added difficulty, the tech spent over 2 hours working on the car on the lift and took it for at least 5 test drives to make sure the steering wheel was straight. They didn t charge me for anything other than the initial alignment. They definitely went above and beyond. Quality service.

Stopped in today thinking I had an exhaust issue.These guys were great, diagnosed the issue as something simple.They didn't even charge me for their time.Next time I need something done I'm definitely going back to them

Easy to make appointment online. Front desk guy was very nice & helpful. Had tune-up done in couple hours. Prices are fair. I will be bringing my car there in future when needed.

These guys are top notch in support. Car die in my driveway, they came and diagnosed it at my house (3 miles away). Had it towed to the shop on Saturday, Tuesday it was done. Rob is really easy to work with,cause of my work schedule. Wife works mornings, I work 2-10:30 , home about 11. They really made it easy. And the mechanic (David)who works for them afternoons and Saturdays, is the badest Euro mechanic in Phoenix. Really great shop with great guys. I will never take my Audi anywhere else. And the rates are very good. I m not rich guy.

Needed a last minute oil service. Full synthetic on my F-150 Friday afternoon. Mike and the guys at meineke were great. They got my truck in and out did my service very fast which is much appreciated. Thank you guys

New location... Took me as a walk in for an alignment (very convenient). Nice clean modern facility....lots of parking.They offer military, senior, first responder, teacher, and are follow a very strict covid19 protocol.Complimentary water and soda.Also dog friendly.Nice shop... highly recommend

Way overpriced for an average oil change $60.19. Than to be charged to use my debit card and this was not posted anywhere to let people know of this new fee. They lost a customer I will not do oil changes there any longer and I live right across the street from Gilbert location

Super friendly and efficient! The shop was able to get me in quickly on a weekend whereas other shops could not take me until the following weekend. Very nice staff and got the work done in a timely manner.

The 20 yo car I inherited last year needed emergency repair and was serviced here. The work was competant and complete. The customer care was courteous. The REAL test occurred later, however. Twice, soon thereafter, the car quit and left me stranded - in the AZ summer! Both times I had it towed back here, assuming the problems were resulting from the recent work. Unrelated problems were discovered, repaired (quickly and with attention to my limited budget) and I was sent on my way with a smile and feeling as if my satisfaction was actually important to them! Kudos to Michael and the entire staff here!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Air conditioning, Battery

Shout out to the owners of this brand new shop (Rob & Deirdre), general manager Scott, and their mechanics who are AMAZING! You can tell the owners did a lot of work to get their shop nice, clean, modern, and welcoming. They took care of my two old school Harley Davidson trucks that needed work - they were honest which needed immediate attention and which can wait. Plus their prices were VERY FAIR! Can't beat that... thank you guys!If you are ever looking for a new shop in Gilbert who you can trust to take care of your vehicles - look no further, this is IT! They have an incredible inspection report system that makes is easy to read and understand. Think of it as a "health bill" of your vehicle.Needless to say - I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT! Very professional and good work completed very quickly. Did my wife s service on rangerover and also my Ford F-150. Pleased with both and saved us money big time on Range Rover. Very clean service area and waiting area.Just had f150 in. Guys were smart enough and honest enough to know replacing throttle body fixed all of the codes not related to it at all. Just if throttle body bad, truck fires off a ton of other issues.Could have easily increased cost doing sensors that were not needed. I love that they do full diagnostics on your vehicle at no cost up front. They send you a link with every service that is recommended for your vehicle based on their findings and then they give you the pricing so you can pick and choose which services you'd like to authorize to do now and can save the rest for later when you have more money saved up. They also offer financing so you can get it all done now and pay it off later. But either way, you know exactly how much you will pay before anything is charged. Love that upfront honesty and they truly care about making sure your vehicle is safe for the road. Makes me feel good knowing the life of my vehicle is extended because of their expertise and thoroughness.
