Had a great experience getting my car serviced here. Jose and team were fantastic to work with. They provided a fair assessment, multiple solutions to my issues, and did not haggle or pressure me. They went up and beyond and made for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thx

Service was great. The items they recommended me to fix were legit. I knew before I came in that those items needed to be addressed. We will be back.The only disappointment was the cost of the engine air cleaner. At the dealer the price of Lexus 17801-0P051, Air Filter is only $30.00. You put in a non OEM low cost filter and over charged the price of it.I told the service person that I have another Lexus IS350 convertible that I need to have the same service performedsoon.With that being said, I will return one more time and hope I get the same service. I will replace the air cleaner my self and avoid your up cost air cleaner.I m a motor head and know when I m being taken advantage of.I m older now and can t roll around my self without suffering major pain the next day. I also have a 1955 Chevy Bel-Air that is a show and drag race car. So if you up to a fair deal in service you could be my primary shop.Sorry for the long message. But you asked for feedback and what I said is the honest truth.Best RegardsGary Croft.

visit was okay, was just there for a oil change. I hung around and waited on my vehicle. It was warm in the waiting room. Was nicer outside than inside. So I waited outside more than inside. Was looking forward to a cup of coffee while waiting, but there was none. no water either, would have been nice. But, we got the oil change done, which was good. Thank you

My vehicle was serviced within 24 hours. I appreciated the pictures and communication when there was additional findings. Pricing seemed reasonable based on my research. Overall, quick service, great communication and good value. I felt like I got a fair price for quality work.

I appreciated that you got my car in and tried to get it done on Sat even though it turned out you couldn't finish it until Mon around noon. However, the price he quoted me as " all in" was $65 short of what the actual bill was, minus my coupon discount. I wasn't happy about that. But I don't argue about price unless it's way off. I do however, remember that when I need a repair in the future. Not sure if I will use your services next time without a second opinion. That's the reason for my rating.

What a breath of fresh air this garage is! Jose and his staff were the utmost professionals and the place is spotless. No pressure with sales, just honest communication. I will be back in to purchase a set of Michelins for my Lexus! You will not be disappointed. 8

Same old shake-down. If you call for a price, they won't give you an answer. They say they'll beat any price then they don't. If i see a cost for rotors of $50 a piece at the parts store and brake pads for $50, that's $200 in parts. They quote you $590... then you have to negotiate. A good salesperson would give you options. "Here are the repairs you can do today. Here is what you should do. Here is why you should do it now. If you do rotors today, you'll be safer and you won't have to guess when to come back which would likely be 6 months from now and you'll have to throw out the pads you are buying today." They didn't treat me like an informed buyer. I chose Kerry's Car Service because I'm looking for an independent good mechanic rather than a big chain. But i had to negotiate with a salesman instead of finding a mechanic

Though the customer service was great, they gave me an estimated wait time (30 minutes).. 30 minutes turned into two hours. I am certainly not the type to complain, or even leave reviews, but when I got into my car, it smelt like smoke and I DO NOT smoke..

Primary Customer Service at walk-in and secondary CS over the phone, explaining the digital analysis, importance and costs were top notch! Final pick-up and delivery of another vehicle for service was wonderful as well.

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and was honestly blown away by how neat and clean their lobby and waiting room is. Jose was absolutely helpful in answering my questions when I came in regarding both of my front windows. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the work done, not because they couldn't do it, but because of my financial situation at the current moment. Although we couldn't get the window fixed, they tried to figure out a way to keep the windows up but it was far too risky due to a crack in one of the windows. These guys offer some of the best service I've ever received when it comes to my vehicles. I def recommend anyone who needs work on their car come check out these guys.Thank you Jose and the rest of the crew for working hard and taking care of us every step and turn along the way!

I absolutely recommend taking your car here.. they explained everything they did along with showing pictures. I felt like they were not just trying to push things on me to make money. I really enjoyed my experience and can t say enough good things.

As soon as we walked up to the door, they opened it for us... AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! The waiting room is separate from the lobby, so it's perfect for kids. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about all vechile types. You must take your vehicle here if you want outstanding customer service and affordable pricing.

The team was kind & thorough with the maintenance that was being done with my car. Knowledgable about what needs to be done. First day that this place open and I am amazed at the service provided. Dwayne and Jose went above and beyond getting my car ready my road trip. I strongly recommend that if you are in the area or live here to come see them. Great service, came in for an oil change and while I was waiting they told me about some important issues I neglected to notice. Showed me photos of the problems and brought me out to the car to see firsthand. One of a kind experience

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! THEY ARE EQUIVALENT TO JIFFY LUBE!!!! Rick reiling the salesman is a pathological liar and will sell you stuff you do not need. On top of that owes people alot of money. Take your business elsewhere

Had an issue with what I believe was my wheel bearings, looked up this store and decided to pop by! To my surprise it was not only the wheel bearing that was my problem, but one of my CV boots was dumping grease and they took care if it and worked with me not against me to overcome this pricey repair! And ordered me a LYFT back and forth so far I highly recommend putting this business into consideration of you need diagnostics or repairs!Service: Auto maintenance

I was able to get the CV axle shaft replaced and the boot on, which was cracked and leaking.. This has been done before in this Honda by other shops, but now it has a 5 year warranty.
