Kelly Automotive has been my go-to, honest mechanic for going on 20 years now. Dale is a stud and takes really good care of my family and all our cars. They are always honest and never over sell. It today's world, that's worth the price of admission! Their great people, providing great service at a reasonable price, keeps me coming back year after year! Thank you Kelly Automotive!

First off I ve been working on cars for myself and other people for a while now. I don t have all the tools I need to do but jobs so I decided to try out Kelly s since I live close by. First I took it in to rebuild my drive shaft and replace some power steering hoses while they were at it. Pretty simple. But I got it back with the driveshaft installed wrong and it was making a grinding sound when I drove and the power steering lines where never bleed so it made a terrible noise. I turned around and told them it was messed up. They took it back and looked at it and then told me it was my wheel bearing that was making the sound (it wasn t that bad when I brought it in classic story I know), but they did fix the powers tearing noise. I went home jacked it up and looked at the driveshaft literally grinding itself away then called the next day bd they fixed the problem finally. Few months go by I take it in to replace my wheel bearing because they were making slight noise on the road. They replace them I m happy with the noise gone but a week later I m washing the truck and I notice the axle seal is now leaking. I call them they said they will fix it (after not believing me it was leaking trying to say it was something else.) I get it back a few weeks go by and it LEAKED AGAIN. They take it back again and find why it keeps leaking and do another warranty fix. The next day I m driving it for work and my check engine light comes on. So I pull out my scan tool and it has a bank 2 lean code. I pop my hood to find vacuum lines are disconnected and my intake is loose. Now I have no clue why they would even touch my air intake when they work on the opposite corner of the car and not even related to the problem. I m 100% sure this place tried to scam me and I m not the only one experiencing this.DO NOT GO HERE

LISTEN TO ME....These guys are the BEST! Once my old family mechanic retired I had to find a new one to service my wife's and my cars. Took years, of hit and miss with other service providers.About 4 years ago, my car broke down and Kelly Automotive was only a couple blocks away. I set up an appointment and they set me straight. I have been taking all my vehicles there ever since.They are FRIENDLY, Communicative, thorough and affordable.I literally could not ask/expect for better service anywhere.

They were able to get me in same day when the dealership pushed off my appointment. They fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I since have taken my other car to them as well and they have been very friendly and informative!

We have been taking our vehicles to Kelly Automotive for years. Dale has been my go to guy and I like the fact that they are straight forward with what needs to be done and what can wait if it isn't in our budget at the time. Each of our vehicles get over 200,000 miles on them before we move on to another one and I know its because of Kelly Auto that they last as long as they do with no issues. 5 star company and 5 star service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

We have been taking our vehicles to Kelly Automotive for several years. We ve had them do everything from oil changes, AC repair, to putting in a new transmission, and everything in between! We can trust they re going to be honest and take care of anything that comes up at a reasonable price. We not only trust them with our personal vehicles but with our entire fleet of company vehicles as well. I recently made my first visit here because of a fundraising coupon and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. I have taken multiple vehicles since and they are fair and have never suggested work that I didn't need. They even found ways to repair versus replace to save me money. I'll keep going here for my service needs.

If you are looking for genuinely good people this is the mechanic to go to! I spoke with Dale after hitting something in the road really early in the morning and they got back to me really fast and they gave me an honest answer. I will be coming here for my vehicles services in the future for sure! Thank you Dale you are amazing!

Kelly Automotive on Germann is my new repair shop! They took the time to see what was going on with my car and solved the problem within 1 hour! Amazing service!! I'm not going anywhere else ever again! And I'm telling everyone I know about my experience. And this is the first time I've ever taken the time to write a review. They were AMAZING!! My husband and I brought our grandsons for to pick up in to have maintenance and inspection. Dale and the crew at Kelly Auto are top-notch. We will go nowhere else and we trust their service totally. They have serviced all of our vehicles for over 6 years. My son brings his vehicles to Kelly Auto as well. Thank you Kelly Auto, you are amazing !!

I love this place. We have taken our cars to Kelly's for years. They charge fair prices and always do good work. Yesterday (May 24) I went to the Ford Dealer because my check engine light was on and my truck is under warranty. They couldn't get me in and their next appointment wasn't until July. I asked what to do and they had no suggestion. I drove over to Kelly's and Dale helped me immediately. He ran the diagnostic and determined that my oil was low and a sensor was going off. Not sure how it was low because it doesn't leak and only has 50K miles. Last time it was serviced was at that same Ford dealer. Hmmm. Dale had me pull into the bay and he pumped in the oil I needed to be ready to go again. Instantly great results! Thanks, Dale, and thanks to Kelly's for always being trustworthy and reliable.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

LOVE Kelly's Automotive. I've been coming here for a while and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is courteous and respectful. I don't always completely understand how the "car stuff" works but they always take time to explain, if needed. I was recently helped by Aaron, who is a newer employee. As expected, he was very kind and helpful. We live in a world of AI and it's nice to work with real people.

I have been looking for an auto repair shop which has a great reputation and fair prices. A good friend recommended Kelly Auto in Gilbert. I had a great experience this week. They were able to repair a troublesome problem, in addition to an oil change and another major repair. Prices were at least 40% less than my last shop. Great service, communication, friendly. I just walked in today because I was running errands in my daughters car not expecting to be able to fix her windshield wipers on the spot but Aaron Fluke was super great and replaced them right then. I thought for sure I was going to be making an appointment. It was a rainy day so it was extra nice. He also fixed my headlight right then. off my list of things to do. Thank you!

I was probably one of the more difficult situations a mechanic shop could take on and Aaron and the whole team was incredible. Hands down the best customer service and skilled craftsmanship I could have ever asked for... so glad the tow truck driver recommended them! We take our cars here and have for 4-5 years now. For the first couple of years we dealt with the same guy, Jeff, until he left. Everyone is nice and seems knowledgeable. We've been happy with the service and repairs we've gotten and trust them. I would recommend them. The big dealerships are too expensive and can be difficult to work with. This place is small and local and real people answer the phone.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I cannot say enough good about Marcio. I was referred to them by multiple people and I see why they recommended Kelly's Auto. They are incredibly honest and very fair priced. I am so ecstatic to finally have a trustworthy shop to take my vehicle to for any, and all repairs! I will for sure be recommending them to everyone I know. You will not find an auto repair shop that is friendlier and more helpful. They are professional and do quality work. I especially like that they don t pressure you into unneeded services.

I never write reviews but this place deserves my time! I have recommended Kelley s automotive to family, friends, and coworkers. I had the best experience here because everyone was so kind and very professional. They fixed the weird noises coming from my car and even called the next day to see how my car was. The price was very reasonable. It was less expensive than 3 other places I called. HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!! This will be the place I take my car whenever I need it fixed.

Wife's car was leaking fuel and luckily was right in front of Kelly Automotive when she noticed. They helped her out and gave her water while she figured out what to do. Thank you for helping her during a time of emergency!

Be aware of what they charge before dropping your car off! When I called to make an appointment for AC problems, Jeff said this isn't the cheap place to fix your car, which was already a red flag. I dropped the car off at 8am and didn't get a call all day. I called at 4:30pm and they were "still troubleshooting", saying AC isn't getting signal. I told him the car already has a bad ABS module. They wanted to keep the car overnight. The next morning, Marcil called and said $1600 for a new ABS module, which will fix your AC problem. I declined but they still charged me $144 for diagnosis, saying they spent all that time finding the problem. I'm not mad about $1600 because they already warned me, but $144 after I told them the problem was dumb. First time and last time I'll be going there.

I chose this location based on the positive reviews I had read, as well as the convenient location in relation to my office. I was not disappointed. An amazing facility that will make you rethink what an auto mechanic should be. The service writer/manager Jeff was extremely friendly and professional and told me the things I did/didn't need for 100k mile maintenance. Fair pricing, honest, expedient, and more than professional; what more could you ask for! I've definitely found a new maintenance home for the vehicles in our household.
