Walked in this morning to get a oil change after calling the facility. I waited for someone to come to the front counter to speak to me but no one would acknowledge me except for two other customers in the front. One gentlemen even said "good luck" when he saw I was getting frustrated after waiting for roughly 5 minutes. I saw that some one was on the phone so it wasn't a big deal but the moment two other employees made eye contact with me, and I could hear another behind the counter ignoring me.I do not recommend going to any place of business that does this behavior to the customer. If they are willing to do that before i even ask for service, I dont want to see what kind of care they provide. This mentality from businesses is getting old and disrespectful. I called ahead of time, waited for an appropriate amount of time and was IGNORED by multiple employees (probably because their mindset is their job description isn't to work the front). Do not go here. The only way smug businesses learn is when they lose business.

Alexzander takes AMAZING care of us every single time we re in. He and his team are incredibly thorough, very friendly, and they do their very best moving customers through the oil change process as quickly as possible - while educating them on what their car needs. Our cars drive well because of Alexzander. We ll be back for sure!

Paid $100(WAY TOO MUCH) for oil change and an air filter. Airfilter was like $50?!?! Proceeded to tell me my battery needed replaced for $175. I didn't accept. Over heard them talking about trying to get me on buying a battery. Took it into Firestone. Tested my battery, alternator, and starter. Had no problems that Jiffy Lube stated and said I needed to replace. Never going back.

STOLE MY TIRE AND BELONGINGS IN THE TRUCK!!! as well as charged me $80 for an oil change when i literally brought my own oil. argued with the manager about the price he forced me to pay even after stealing all my stuff. DO NOT GO HERE

I called in on a late Saturday morning desperately seeking an oil change last minute and Alex squeezed me in within the next hour and a half! Which is unheard of on a weekend! Super helpful and was surprisingly very quick! Thanks again!

Great experience. I have only been to a few of the "quick lube" places. I typically prefer the dealer. But I gave it a shot and I was very pleased. Great team of folks that made you comfortable and gave you a good positive experience. I was there maybe 30 minutes and that's exaggerating. The "express" line at the Dealer was 3 � hrs, no joke.. This place has my business..

One of the top 2 Jiffy Lube locations I have experienced. After going to another location who couldn't do a radiator flush for me, I ended up here. Rick was great. Did oil change, radiation flush and transmission fluid change in about out 40 minutes. It takes my usual location longer than that to just do the oil change. Rick even came out twice to be sure I wanted the oil change since technically my car wasn't due for awhile yet. Great attention to detail here. I asked specifically for him to change the air filter since my gas mileage seemed to be declining. He pulled and it showed me that it was still completely clean, that I didn't need to spend the extra money. Superior customer service. I visited the shop during the hight of the pandemic and choose not to sit in the lobby. Nice shaded area outside the lobby door so I was quite comfortable on the breezy 95 degree morning. To cash out he kindly took my card inside and did the transaction so no need for me to go inside. Rick was the best. I think this will be my go to Jiffy Lube location from now on. Pretty far from home, but worth the drive for the fantastic service and stellar employees.

Super fast and they explained everything clearly to me. All of the staff members are so nice and always greet you when they see you. My oil change took less than 10 minutes- I was there when there was no wait and you can t beat the price!

Do NOT go here!! Went for an oil change today. They are supposed to open at 9. Two employees were waiting outside and said they couldn t get in because the manager didn t show up and they didn t know when he would. They didn t open till after 9:30. Then, not only did they not compensate for the inconvenience, they charged me $100 for a conventional oil change!!!! They didn t tell me it would be that much until after they had already started, so I couldn t leave. What a rip off. Do NOT recommend and won t be going back. I can go to the dealership and get an oil change for half that price. Never again. Jiffy Lube just lost a customer.Service: Oil change

Definitely recommend this Jiffy lube. Went right before work. Got in and got out. Mechanics were all nice and professional. The mechanic that updated me and took payment was nice, respectful, and knowledgeable 10 out of 10. Facility was clean.

One of the best places in town to service your car. Period. This is where I go exclusively for my oil changes and coolant. Jesse (not just a fan because we have the same name) and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Knowledgeable, and great at what they do. I Highly recommend them!

They are always fast at this location. This was the fastest oil change of my life. I don t remember the name of the woman who assisted me at the counter but she was wonderful. I asked if she could check my transmission fluid and she did even though they don t do that there. She told me that it was too full and what that could do and where I could take it to have it drained. Very helpful info. I would recommend this location to others if you re looking for a quick and easy oil change.

I have to take a quick moment and say THANK YOU! My husband and I decided to go on a last minute road trip, realized that we should definitely get an oil change before leaving, called this location 20 min before closing and asked if they would service my vehicle. They told me to come on down. All employees, hands on deck. helped me with my oil change + misc service check and got me all complete right before they closed. Thank you so much - as I know this scenario wasn't ideal, but bravo to your team, as this was way over and above any expectations. Jiffy Lube visit was a quick in and out with my usual oil change! The attandent was pleasant and the service manager made sure my oil change was complete. I would suggest that the attendant check the records and know what service I had last time I visited... they always ask 'what can we do for you today?' I always say, whatever I did last time I was here. Kind of like my barber, I go in recognized and she says 'the usual?' I say yes and off she goes giving me the usual; Jiffy Lube could do that!

Staff took a womans keys who was barely in the door while I had been waiting at the counter for 5 min without any assistance. There are better, cleaner, bigger, more friendly, and CHEAPER places close by. I found one and will never come here again.

I hadn't been to jiffy lube in at least a decade (owing to several visits to a different store where the filters weren't replaced properly and leaking occurred). I was getting ready for a road trip to Vegas when I realized that I was due for an oil change (darned pandemic had me hardly driving). My usual place was booked solid, though, leaving me to find a replacement quickly. I reluctantly swung by jiffy lube and hoped for the best. ...and got it! The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. He found me a coupon, which is good; full synthetic was about $100 before the coupon! The after coupon price was still a little more pricey than my usual place, but they were twice as fast, so I am not complaining. Definitely will use again if I am in a pinch.

Have been using JiffyLube for years to get quick oil changes and tire rotations on my personal and company vehicles. Went for an oil change and tire rotation and they said they couldn't perform the tire rotation as the van was too big. This is the same van they have done oil changes and tire rotations on for the last 3yrs. Now it's too big??? Something doesn't sound right. Looks like I will not be taking any of my vehicles to Jiffylube anymore since they no longer can provide the services I need and they once provided.Service: Oil change

As a consumer, a trustworthy vendor is worth his weight in gold. My car s dashboard indicator said Oil Change Required , so I went to the Val Vista and Warner location to take care of it. Five minutes after giving the technician my keys, the Manager came to the Waiting Room and said, You don t need an oil change. I said, My car is literally telling me to get an oil change. He then explained they checked my oil and it was clear and full. He also said their records show it had only been 1300 miles since the last oil change. I was kinda shocked and definitely impressed. He could have easily charged me the usual $100 and I wouldn t have thought anything of it. Bottom line - if you want to treated fairly and get a quality oil change, only when you need it, ask for Aaron at this location. I know I will. And tell some friends, they ll thank you.Service: Oil change

We have always used Jiffy Lube for our oil changes they are fast most times friendly depending on the location and well priced. The only caution I would say would be careful about the up sell. After 13 years I keep going back so that says something.

My experience was pleasant. I desperately needed a oil change and some insight on my old cars fluid levels. It was almost closing time when I arrived so i expected to be disappointed. They were so kind and patient. Personally at the end of my shift i don't have that level of customer service. Thank you so much!

We went into the Kia dealership to get an oil change. Even with an appointment we would have waited nearly four hours, so we went down to this Jiffy Lube and man can I saw they are awesome here! We pulled in, and they started to work on our car in like five minutes. Rick the manager was very kind and got us a good deal on the oil change. They didn't try to up charge us on stuff that I knew we didn't need on the car. I tend to do work on my car myself but when I can't I will definitely come down here. Thank you to the staff here, you guys are awesome!

I called for a price on an oil change. I was quoted $99 full synthetic. They nickel and dimed me for $117. Also, I was forced to wait in the waiting room instead of my vehicle which was a first ever...I won't be returning to Jiffy Lube
