Not the most professional or most communicative place. In writing we had a written price agreement. And this is a cash only entity, that being said at pickup they charged me more than was quoted, which they didn t inform me (call first and explain) they didn t, they told me onsite. And it s kind of hard to pay extra when it s cash only and you pull out exactly what you need. Handled poorly, and not nice or understanding about the consumers side.Aside from that, I had to pay extra to have another place to put my spare tire back underneath. Doesn t that usually come with the tire change? I didn t notice until the next day it was lying in the bed of my truck. So definitely ask or request the next time you come in.

For years, I ve supported the big chain stores. Definitely convenient and have a nice facilities while you wait However, if you know what you re looking for, then this is the place for you.I ve literally bought a plethora of tires from these guys. I do my research, make sure it s a quality tire and check the date codes. They do a great job mounting and balancing. Always helpful staff and leave a nice tip at the end. I ve never had an issue.I recommend them to all my friends.

Really awesome price, service, and quality. My old tires were in desperate need of replacement and after searching many places this shop really came through in a big way. I will certainly be back and tell all my friends to use them.Service was also exceptionally fast. Thank you all for the great service!

This place was recommended by another tire place that couldn't patch my tire due to the location is the nail. It's a busy place with fast friendly service. The tech removed the nail, at no charge and said it didn't need a patch.

Solid business 5/5. They're cash only, make sure to bring a little bit extra in case you need new valve stems or are missing any lug nuts.

It s always tough when getting used tires, but I m in a pinch (dam cancer bills!!) and got a set from here. The bad, one tire had a tiny pinhole leak (3 psi a day small) and they took care of me with no issues! Thanks again!

BEWARETHEY INSTALL FAULTY TIRES & will run you out of their shop if you come back.Bought a used tire here less than 9 days ago.It exploded while driving.I returned to the shop and the worker blamed it on a wear and tear blemish when there eas a massive blow out gash on the inside of the tire that also damaged my rim.Guys at the shop rudely told me it was my fault and told me to leave and to call their boss for anything else

I highly recommend this place. They installed my lowering springs and went out of their way and replaced a broken bolt on my suspension. Super fast and friendly service. They charged me half the price of other shops I called around. I m definitely going to be a returning customer.

1st time taking my SUV here for 2 Tires to be replaced and right away I was offered cold water while I waited. Price was reasonable and was in and out 20min! Plus they were able to find other tires that a friend of mine needed for a good rate. Thank you JD TIRES

We just had our tires done and one tire is no longer reading psi on our dashboard. (Which it did when we arrived earlier)They said "There wasn't one" (a sensor) when they changed the tire. Which is impossible because it shows on our dashboard. Now one tire reads zero.Estimate to replace and labor, $100. Which negates any value we might have gotten for the tire.(Update) we took it to Discount Tire and lo and behold, theres a broken sensor. Plus they needed to do a rebalance.

Every post they have on offer up is fake it's all a scam to get people in and up charge them on something they are advertising for a lower price. Not community friendly.

I'm sure if you have nothing but time then it's not an issue, but we were told that it would only take 40 minutes to change all of our tires, but it ended up taking 2 hours. We had planned it out so that we would have extra time before we had to pick up my son from school at 2, but we weren't able to leave here until 230, so we were very late at picking up my son.

Best price on good used tires around here, I buy multiple tires from them every year! Almost all tires 1-2 years old so you're not paying for old rubber. Would 10/10 recommend to everyone i know! Hope this helps!

Just got 2 almost new Michelin tires for my Lexus rx 350 and Chris helped me, awesome. Nice and honest. All the workers were working hard and even offered me and a few other customers bottled waters for our wait. I'm happy with price and service. Thank you. Will be back when I need more tires.

Totally not worth it! Bought a pair of front tires and one was defective. It had a bad patch that couldn't be repaired. The tire completely separated from the rim. Fortunately, I wasn't cruising on the freeway. Discount Tire from now on!

I went to buy two different sets of tires listed on Offerup. When I got to JD Tire, both sets of tires had nails. Out of four tires, two of them had nails. One of them had a nail on the edge of the tread near the side wall. In most normal shops, this is considered not repairable. It is irritating to spend gas and time to get there and find out the tires have holes in them. The person I talked to said that is normal and should be expected. It is not normal nor should it be expected. A used tired should have less tread than a new one, not holes. If it has holes, JD Tire should be transparent in the ad. I asked why they wouldn't tell people in the ad. They said I should have asked before driving there. My response was they do not respond cause I did write them with other questions they never answered. Their response was they are busy with customers, even though there were none when I arrived. They make up a bunch of excuses for why they are being deceptive.I asked for a discount since the tires weren't in serviceable condition unless patched. They were not willing to offer a discount. They would only patch the tires for the original asking price. After reading some of the other reviews, it wouldn't surprise me if they installed tires like these will nails in them. Then when they blow out after the customer drives off, JD Tire blames the customer for running something over. This is my update to their response below:The first paragraph is very ironic. He states they sell used tires with damage but in good condition. That doesn t even make sense. They are either good used tires, or they are damaged used tires. They can t be both. Also, if you look at their online ads they just say used. They don t say anything about being damaged. This is a dishonest business. I feel bad for people that don t know to check the tires before they are installed. You are a liar and a cheat. I made a terrible choice wasting my gas and time to see Good damaged tires .I don t know what world you live in that makes you feel okay believing used tires mean holes/damaged tires.Used tires mean used (I.E. tread-wear), and damaged tires mean damaged (I.E. punctures). You forgot to post the picture of the tire with the nail on the edge of the tread. Unless that is the same tire and it has two nails in it, which I don t doubt. How funny it is you forgot to mention the $20 goodwill credit when I was there in person talking to you. It sounds good in your review response. I m no fool of your lies and the false promise of $20.I don t even know what you re talking about for a discount of $70. I offered you $180, which is $40 less than the $220 you were asking. 18% less since you seem to like percentages.I don t understand your comment you were not comfortable selling me tires after I told you they aren t repairable. I never mentioned having them repaired while I was there. You talked about repairing them and then selling them to me for the same price of $220. You also just stood there waiting for me to buy them. I was the one that said no and left. Why would you not feel comfortable selling your tires since you claim they are good? Why would you be concerned for my safety yet still sell these damaged tires to me or other people? Doesn t sound like you are concerned with anyone s safety. Your only concern is ripping the unsuspecting people off.
