I think we all cringe when something on the dashboard lights up because we assume our paycheck and patience are about to go down the drain at the mechanic. Well relax and call Integrity Fleet. If every business operated like they do, we'd all be better off. They seem to really understand that people have a choice where they spend their money. We received a professional and knowledgeable opinion, quality service in a timely manner and great value for our money. These guys are amazing. We had issues with our Mercedes Sprinter Van 3500 over the weekend while on our roadtrip. Weird crunchy noises from the drivers side front wheel. Called them up at 7am on Monday and they had us in immediately. Diagnosed the issue within an hour and we were back on the road by 1pm with new brake rotors sorted. Prices were very fair and service was excellent. Could not recommend them enough. Thanks team!

I can not rave enough about Fleet! We take our Escalades and my sons Audi here... Tony and the crew are AMAZING! In my opinion, the most important things about finding a great mechanic are... they need to do great work and be honest. There were several times we thought we needed major work done and after inspection they said it was just a little fix or nothing needed to be done.... versus the dealer who wanted us to spend $500-$1,500. Their price is also very fair... much less than the dealer. I HIGHLY recommend them!

We couldn t sing praises louder about them! They have treated us like family without even knowing us! Their honesty is what has blown us out of the water. We had gotten our car diagnosed elsewhere and it came back with an endless list of repairs they HIGHLY recommended totaling more than our cars value even was. When we brought it to them they came back with the true issue which was minimal cost and actually fixed our problem. We recently brought our car back in to them for something that was an easy fix and when we offered to pay for at least labor cost they kindly refused. Crooks with bad attitudes. Horrible customer service and do not treat their customers with respect. Cannot take criticism and are not full of integrity at all. What would cost at a normal mechanic shop 400/500 parts and labor they will up sell you 1100/1200 dollars! I beg you to price match your parts and your mechanics, don t even bother going here! Save your money and your stress levels. They Break parts in your car and want you to pay for them to fix. Car started when I brought it and when I picked it up had to have it towed out of there. Disrespectful and disappointed. The people coming here must not know about cars.

Integrity is their name and they are the first to live up to it. Brought them my fleet trucks and they didn t bend me over. Not only that they also fixed the problems. Great company. Friendly as well

These guys are phenomenal. They always take great care of me and only do what's necessary on my car. They let me know of any recommendations they have and what kind of time frame I have to get them done before there are more problems. I've been taking my car to them for 10 years and they've grown quite a bit but the service has remained exceptional.

We take all of our cars and work trucks to Integrity. They always do a great job and get it done when they say they will. Everything from a new engine on an old truck to brake jobs on our big trucks to oil changes on my Tahoe. This was the best vehicle garage I have been to it s clean organized and has an excellent team in all working there. Scott helped me out twice now fitting me in do to travel schedule and as a woman of a few years travel from New England to the 4 corner states this was amazing. When I see a check engine light it s extremely annoying and as I do a lot of the road less traveled by I didn t know how quickly AAA might respond. Haha. They did figure it out and I am back to travel schedule. Two days befor I had gone to a very big GMC dealer for a diagnostic on Light and change oil. After 4 hours I was quoted with a $3400 quote on other work they said it needed. So second opinion and got what needed to be done Done. To expound on my 5 stars a touch . I can sum this place up in 1 word TRUST . The peace of mind I get from the trust I have for them is priceless . Doesn't matter if I go there or if its my Daughter my Wife my Stepson's the peace of mind knowing that the trust is there and they are honest with Our repair needs cant be replaced . I have had them do so many things for me free of charge because that s the kind of shop they run. Feels like they truly care about you they are honest, reliable, knowledgeable and want your business for life and they work hard to keep you happy. They even give my kids toys, candy, and let them pick the movie while we wait. They loan you a car so you won t be out a car the whole day. Wow. I can t say enough good about them. Would recommend them to anyone. You ll never need to look for a better company you can trust with your car...The search ends here.

I have used these guys for everything from oil replacement, engine repair, to a transmission replacement and can t say enough good things about them. Honesty is the first thing I think of when it comes to them and I send all of my family to them. You can trust that they will shoot you straight and fix it right. Went in for a simple oil change, set an appointment online and was given a confirmation call. Arrived at the appointment time but apparently the one person that does oil changes is at lunch. After waiting 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time I brought it to the attention of the receptionist who explained he was still at lunch, I asked how long and the man next to her told me to sit down or leave. Poor service in my opinion, if you set an appointment for a customer you should schedule your employees lunches around them, or better, set the appointment around your employees lunch. I'm sure they do great work on cars, but maybe try being a little professional.

We are all skeptical of repair shops. I ve worked with several over the years and Lon at Integrity is one of the most detailing and thorough diesel engineers I ve been involved with. That is easy to say when everything goes well, but like most things, trucks and transient issues are not always a slam dunk. Lon has always been upfront on pros/cons and expectations. Integrity also has stood behind their warranty. Nearly a year after a new injector was installed it starting rough idling and throwing a code. They replaced the failing injector at no cost and stood behind their word. It is not a matter of if something will go unexpectedly, but when and it is when that happens and how it is handled that matters. I would recommend this group to anyone.

Absolutely the best independent shop to care for all your Cadillac needs. They have serviced all three of my CTSs over the years and I trust their work. Honest and impeccable work. They do service all other makes and models as well... Hands down do not hesitate to give them a try.

I have had several repairs on my car completed by Integrity fleet and have been completely satisfied everytime. The staff is always nice and very knowledgeable. I have recommend them to a few of my friends and they have all come back with rave reviews.

I've used these guys personally as well as a couple of my company fleets. Always felt like they have treated me fairly and honest on what is wrong and needs immediate attention and what they would recommend in the future. They are our go to for sure on all our vehicles. Highly recommend.

We had kept our Sentra for 15 years and Lon inspected it and let us know that what would be a costly repair may end up wearing out other components quickly and we would likely soon start dumping money into it. He spent time with me on the phone and shared his experience even though he really had nothing to gain. He recommended we sell it and buy a newer car because the repair may cost more than the car was worth for it s age. We ended up trading it in and bought a new car. 5 years later we need a brake job and Lon is the Mechanic we choose. I have also referred him to many people in those years. Great shop and working with Lon was always a good experience.

As a diesel engine specialist my entire adult life, I can assure you that Lon's group is at the top of there game. Very honest and trustworthy and have gone out of their way on many occasions to assure that I was satisfied. I highly recommend them.

These guys exemplify what I value in a shop -- competence and integrity. I have taken a few vehicles ranging from a Bluebird school bus to a Honda Odyssey with nothing but quality service. They always make it right for a fair price.

I was referred to Integrity Fleet Service from a friend, and so I took my 2003 Honda Accord to have them inspect it, and I honestly never felt better taking my vehicle to them over someone else. I was told by another mechanic that something was wrong, so I had them evaluate the situation, and Ron & Lon told me that I did not need to get anything replaced on my car. I had them inspect the vehicle, and did have them do the alignment which I knew was needed. I was extremely happy with the service and honesty, and would take any of my vehicles to them in a heartbeat!

I've been taking my car to these guys for years and have always trusted them. I was recommended to them by someone who trusted them as well. They won't overcharge you, try and constantly upsell you, and they're also fast.

Great, quick and honest!! 3 very hard things for a female to find who doesn't understand a whole lot about vehicles. I would definitely recommend them! They actually do what they say and don't try to upsell other services that isn't needed.

I had an awesome experience that was Quick and helpful; I Wouldn't trust anyone else but them. They found problems with my truck that haven't been addressed for years of the previous owner taking it to places like napa. Will be returning.

Best auto shop ever! Great work, great advice, and straightforward, honest dealing. Those who gave low Google ratings need to justify them, because this is by far the best mechanic we have ever had!
