I had a flat tire and had my car towed to Goodyear based on service work performed the past 7 years. Ken was able to get my tire replaced quickly and affordably. He is as honest as it gets for a Service Advisor. Thanks for all you do as your efforts don't go unnoticed!

We take all four of our vehicles here. Cant say enough good things about customer service and the actual work they do on our vehicles. Paulie has helped us with competitive prices and communicates excellent. Over the years i have taken our vehicles to a lot of auto shops and I have to say these guys are by far our favorite and their prices and deals are great! I highly recommend Goodyear Auto service in Gilbert on Ray road:)

Very well run shop that puts customers first. I went in with my BRAKE dashboard light on and needed a quick diagnosis. One of the mechanics topped off my brake fluid which was low, performed a few other tests, and fixed the problem. I went in 10 minutes prior to them closing and instead of turning me away they took the time to figure out the problem and didn't charge me a dime to fix it. In an industry littered with less than ethical shops that will do anything for a quick buck it was refreshing to be taken care of and I left feeling extremely grateful. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get some work done on their car.

I ve been coming here for 5 years and consistency and customer appreciation is key. My last visit I had spoke with several different people quoting me on my brakes. Scared that when it came to servicing that the quote wouldn t be honored. I was upfront on my budget. The best they could do was quote about $30 over the original. Ken made sure not to break my bank before the holidays and when I came back to pay he honored the original quote. Thank you for giving me piece of mind my car was in good care and appreciation for being a repeat customer.

The Employee's here are really great with you and very helpful they find you the most reliable price and do very, very good work. Thanks, guys, for your help. On a side note, goodyear prices are worth the work. I took my truck in for some work done at Big o Tires. They wanted 6,000 for what Goodyear had done for less than half. THANK YOU!!

I just would like to say that the crew you have working at your store located on Ray rd is exceptional. The customer service was above and beyond. I was having a hard day as my husband is not well. and I had made and appointment for and oil change at this location. It was close to closing and for some reason my appointment did not come up. Ken could tell I was upset due to my own error he has the ability to be empathetic and personable. They did my oil change and off I went. I had to come back the next day for a minor issue and again Ken was so accommodating and professional. The crew he had were all so kind to me and I just can t thank them enough. It is because of the top rate customer service that I received that I will shout to the rooftops and recommend this location to everyone I know.SincerelyMichelle EisenhauerCustomer for life

Took my vehicle in for a oil change, coolant flush and get AC checked out. Turns out my AC LINES are bad so had them fix. They tell me I m looking at around $15-1600, I say do it. I get there to pick up my car and the price is $1700+! Luckily the guy on the evening shift made some adjustments to match what I was told and I paid $1548. This is after I get a call that my vehicle is ready for pick up. Now the majority of the bill was for labor. Then I get home and after 7 which is what time they close I happen to look in the back and i see this!If I m going to pay $1500+ at least put everything back together! This is at the location on Ray and Cooper. Check your cars before driving off!

Ken is the best ever! I used to get serious high levels of anxiety when I had to get my car serviced. After meeting Ken and his staff at Goodyear, I no longer get those feelings. They are absolutely great and always do a great job with my car.

The staff is always friendly and efficient. They give quotes before I receive work, and the quotes are reasonably priced. The staff does a great job at communicating: about any changes to quotes or needed services, about which services are needed right away and which can wait, and about estimates on time.

Always very friendly, explain things in ways I can understand, and work with you in regard to finances and services that can wait. I work right next door and it s super convenient to drop my car off. Plus I can get my car in fairly quickly.

On top of customer service being so poor, I am so frustrated with the overall service of this place. Came here about a year ago to get my AC "fixed"... Paid $400 something for them to put new Freon and recharge. When I brought my car back this time around, Scott(??) wanted to charge me again to do the same procedure...I left. I came back after calling and speaking with a man who said any prior service is covered under warranty. Dropped my car off at 8:30am and heard nothing until I called around 1pm... said he would call me back, never did. I called again around 3pm and was told their machine was unable to do what it needed to do to drain the Freon and he was waiting for an email to see if there was a way around this??? By this time nothing had been done, no one reached out to me and I picked up my car around 5:30pm with no exchange of words other than, "I'll call if I get a response". How is this what "warranty" covers?? I would much rather have a refund and forget I ever stopped at this place. What a waste of my time for nothing to be resolved. There is little to NO communication and it seems like nobody here knows what they are doing. I've never left a bad review on anything but felt compelled to share my frustration with the experience I've endured at this place. Please...Do better, not for me because I won't be back, but for the unfortunate ppl that come across this scam of a business.

Both Ken and Matt were super friendly and nice at the counter. Got my battery at a Goodyear in California two years ago and couldn t remember if it still had warranty coverage. Due to some investigative work, we figured out which store it was and of course missed the warranty by 2 days. They still were awesome about it and did a great job changing the battery in the heat. Amazing service. Thank you Matt and Ken!

Booked basic oil change for $38.49 online. When I picked it up, the bill was over $80. Was told that it had to be upgraded to synthetic oil, that s what the vehicle required. That s not the case, 2006 Tacoma doesn t require synthetic oil. Staying away from these people, you should too!

I wish that I could leave 0 stars. Do not take your car to this company.They are horrible and they will give you a quote and then charge you Hundreds of dollars more than what they quoted. They are super unprofessional! They didn't even contact us to tell us that they were going to start putting our brakes on the vehicle nor did they call us to tell us that. The vehicle was finished. There are so many other things this company did that are just absolutely preposterous. But I really don't want to write anymore so there you go. Just don't take your vehicle here.

Looking for a place you can trust! This is the place! Ken REALLY looks out for the customer. I have been to a lot of places and this is the best by far! I usually feel like I'm buying a car with all the up-sales. Not here they really look out for you!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE!!!

They try to nickle and dime you. They do lazy work and when you ask them for anything that they don t want to do they say they can t do that and give you a confused look like it s impossible. In the 45 minutes I was there they did this to myself and 2 other customers.After my inspection was complete, my paperwork sat on the hook and if I didn t say something I would probably still be sitting there waiting. I wanted two copies of my paperwork and they wanted me to pay for another inspection in order to get the second copy. Then looked at me crazy for wanting another copy. I ll never come back here and if you are looking for mechanic work DONT come to these guys. They WILL try to rip you off.

Always stop and have them check my tire pressure. I literally pull in and within a few minutes they are checked. We have bought at least 4 sets of tires here, and I appreciate their discounts.

I had to get car for inspections for Uber/Lyft & to get a oil change. I booked online in the same day, and they got me in ASAP. These guys were all so friendly and so kind. They gave me recommendations for restaurants in the area were lighthearted and upbeat the whole time and got my car out earlier than expected. super great shop & cool employees. Treated every guest that came in with respect, and helped them in a timely manner! One of the best experielances that I have had in AZ in a long time being a new resident to the area. Kev., Ken. and Garret were so helpful!
