I went with Glass America in Gilbert because of their good reviews and I definitely was not disappointed! Sandra and Jose were both exceptionally professional. Communication about pricing, options, and scheduling was excellent. It s rare to find good customer service nowadays, but Glass America in Gilbert is still customer-focused.

I had two cars that had cracked windshields and used Glass America in Gilbert. They were professional and kind, did a great job, were efficient and made sure I was comfortable. The dealer had to calibrate the windshield after installation and they coordinated the issue. I highly recommend them without any reservations. Our windshield got a chip that quickly developed into a long crack that covered three-fourths of the length of the windshield. After calling in the claim and awaiting the reference to the appropriate repair shop, Sandra reached out to us to set up the appointment and go over the basic information and requirements needed. We were in the middle of moving and unfortunately had to reschedule the appointment to another day. Sandra assured us that it was no issue at all and set us up for a Saturday to come in. When we arrived, the lobby and bathroom smelled nice and everything was extremely clean. Sandra and the technician Jose were friendly and welcoming, and addressed all questions and advised us of the procedures as well as after service care. There was even refreshments and snacks, and the ability to charge our phones. We highly recommend this location for all auto glass services and will be coming back in the future for any further glass assistance!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Just finished getting a windshield for our Honda CRV and continue to be satisfied with Glass America in Gilbert, AZ. Great service, professional & knowledgeable. Sandra works with us each time to ensure we have the smoothest experience. We only use this Glass America.

I am very disappointed with Glass America as we had used them in the past with my husbands windshield replacement with no issue. The issue started as soon as I picked up my vehicle from the shop on Dec 9th. The collision malfunction sensor was on and was told by the tech that i had to take to the dealership. I did't think much of it and due to financial constraint didn't take my Toyota Camry into the dealership until Dec 24. They found that a piece of the heat sensor on the camera was missing and the windshield NEVER calibrated. However, my insurance paid out for this Dec 15. Now as I speak to the manage Kyle and tell him about the issue he says why I didn't turn around when my collision sensor was on when I picked up the vehicle. Well sir because YOUR tech told me to go to the dealership. Now i am out $830 in repairs for a job that should have completely covered by my insurance!! I hope they do what is right and reimburse me for their mistake. Regardless, please learn from my story and do not leave this or any shop if any sensors that were not on before come on without discussing and having written agreement of liability.Service: Auto windshield repair
