I love this place. Everyone is so nice and HONEST!!! I made the mistake of going somewhere else for an oil change and they gave me a list of things to do. Out of 6 things I really only needed ONE. I will now bring my car here even if it's only for an oil change! I'm a senior female and I drive a BMW X3. Excellent service and saved me hundreds.

Thank you Mark and Casey for the personal care. They got me in at my scheduled time for a brake job and rear differential fluid change. Also found and fixed my bad battery connection.. Also found a bolt missing from my exhaust manifold and replaced it. A big thank you to Mark for taking the time to explain things. Our next project is to inspect other items on my 1998 Tacoma. Hopefully they can be my go to shop in the future for all my cars .

I've known Mark Gill for quite some time now and was tired of the run around at other shops. I wasn't looking for a deal, but I was looking for honesty. My car needed a thorough go through. They replaced leaking seals on my engine and transmission, replaced the belt, and performed a thorough inspection. My A/C unit had run its course after 227,000 miles. My A/C put up a fight, but they eventually found all the problems with it and replaced what needed replacing(not an easy job). Ice cold A/C now! They are my go-to from now on.

My wife gave me fierce battle all the way on theseWarped brakes on her 03 Toyota Highlander,when you try to stop it was shaking the car all over the road. Gills tech confirmed it.got new brakes all the way aroundon the way back from gills autoshe was so excited giving me thumbs up how good the Brakes were now its like a new car.Honestly, they are the only people I trust with my cars. They are truly quality technicians with a fraction of the price. My time is everything to me so knowing that any car issues will be taken care of the first time is everything. Knocked out some good work on my fianc�s car. Great crew and work done in a timely manner and it was awesome. They are a grate group of people that do great work. Will be going back when more work is needed.

I would like to share my experience with Gills Auto Service. I wish I knew of this place 8 yrs ago when I moved up here from Yuma, AZ. This place was recommended to me by the owners wife. I have been praying for several years for a Great mechanic/auto shop that was knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, honest, that offered a fare price for the work. There's a reason everyone leaves 5 stars because Gills Auto Service is all of those things & more. If we could leave 10 stars we would! With their amazing faith in the Lord this place has been an answer to my prayers. I thank God for Mr. Gill & his Amazing team/crew. When you call you will be greeted by a wonderful lady named Joy. She has upstanding customer service skills, she has a way to put your worries at ease. The mechanics put their expertise to work every day & give their Best always.Thank you for finding your gift & living it! God Bless to all who work here.

So my car needed some work on it and decided to try Gills auto service .seen his testimony at our church so figured I would give them.a try . And from the time I walked in till the job was finished they were very welcoming and the prices were fair and the work was done on time. and they even went above and beyond and fixed a rattling noise that was noticeable .i just want to say I'm very satisfied with the work they done and will be coming back for all my auto issues.and would definitely recommend them to others as well .thanks

Mark, Joy and everyone working at Gills are honest and knowledgeable. They work on all of our cars and most recently saved us a ton of money after the dealer misdiagnosed a break issue as pistons needing to be replaced. The car drives the best it has ever driven! We greatly appreciate Gills and having an honest mechanic!

A gem in the rough! If your looking for a place that does quality work and actually has integrity that's Gill's ! I went in for 100k service to replace all my fluids and brakes. I was surprised when they gave me the car back and only said the fronts needed to be replaced but the backs were fine. Come back at 150k and they would change the transmission fluid as recommended by Ford and look at the back breaks. Got to love a place that doesn't believe in taking advantage of people! By the way my new brakes rock.

The first time I had taken my car into Gills was when my car overheated and I first went to Big O Tires and they charged me $1,300. I always hated going into car shops because I feel like they could over charge me and I would have no idea. My friends recommended Gill's Auto Shop and I ended up paying $800 for the same repairs. Ever since then, I have sent over 10 people to Gill's and no one has ever had a bad experience. They are so caring and will never over charge anyone. Take your car to Gill's!!! They are the best. Also say hi to Joy at the front, she is the sweetest.

I have taken both my car and truck to Gills as they are over 10 years old and things start to break. Service is great, the work is solid, the turn around time is faster than anything I had when I lived in CA, and the pricing is always great. The only mechanic I will take my cars to.

I called Gill s and spoke with Mark about replacing a headlight on my car. I was very friendly and explained everything very well. Long story short he gave me an amazing deal even though the process of getting to the headlight was a giant pain in the butt. Everyone else who worked with me were great as well. I can not recommend Gill s Auto Service enough. If you need work done on your vehicle do yourself a favor and go to Gill s. You will get taken care of.

I had always dreamed of owning the car I currently have, and along with that came modifying it. Typically I do the work myself, but I still have a lot to learn, so when I could finally acquire long tube headers the task of installing them was a little too daunting for me to do alone. I called Gills because I had heard great things and they were able to get my car in and have the headers installed in less than two days. Unfortunately, I didn't have all the parts I thought I needed and they went above and beyond to not only find the part I needed but also go all the way to Scottsdale to get it AND install it all on their day off, just so I could have my car back quickly. It's truly hard to find reliable, honest and just generally good people in the automotive repair industry, but Gills makes it easy. I'd be proud to recommend Gills for any service your vehicle needs.

The owner Mark and his wife are awesome. Felt I could completely trust them, they really took the time to look over my vehicle, got me in and out the same day, and had very fair prices. They are wonderful and do quality work. I will only go here from now on!

Found my new auto shop! These guys are super honest! Professional techs that are trustworthy! I will be bringing back my lexus ls430 for all my maintenance. Jacob was knowledgeable and polite and answered all my questions. Thank you guys for taking care of my pride and joy.

I think the prices are right but the service was poor and perhaps it was an off day when I was there.. but I was the 1st customer of the day with an appointment pre-scheduled. Simply needed rear brake pads to be replaced. The lady who came in 30 minutes after I did and needed the same job done on her vehicle and left well before me. Not sure where the priority was?(Especially since her brakes were metal on metal and needed more work)I wondered if there would be any sort of price adjustment which would have been enough for me to keep from posting and try your garage again (dropping my car off this time) but there wasn t. I would now rather pay higher rates and feel taken care of then save a few dollars and feel the way I did that day.

Great service, fair prices and wonderful people! Had a really hard to find noise coming from my car that the dealership could never find. They had three guys working on it until they could find the source and fix it. Took them less than an hour and they only charged me for the oil change and service I originally came in for. Definitely found my mechanic shop!

went in here as the shop I was suppose to go to closed down without notice (yikes) and I remember gills from the great recommendations here on facebook and I am so glad I went here. they are such a great crew and took care of my car even though I did not have an appointment and explained what was needed and what I should look to doing in the near future to keep my car running great! they were beyond nice and so helpful! will be back!!! <3

I like Gill's for a few reasons. The staff has never tried to push repairs on me but also let's me know what repairs need to be done.The last time we were in my son hadn't changed his oil in a long time and it was leaking. What we thought was going to cost several hundred dollars turned out to be only an only change needed.Whew!

I went in there today to welcome Mark Gill to the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce. I also needed some wheel alignment done on my 2015 Honda Civic. Mark was awesome and fit me right in without an appointment. He now has a customer for life. Its very rare that you find a mechanic that treats you like family. Thank you Mark. I appreciate you.

We use Gill's Auto for both our business and personal vehicles. Great service at a competitive price. They are honest and only recommend the services that you really need. We won't ever take our vehicles anywhere else. They will treat you right!!

I brought my truck in to have a check engine light checked out. They put it on the computer and reset it. They think it was just a loose gas cap. They could ve told me anything and charge me for it and not knowing anything about cars I would ve gone along with it. They didn t charge anything for the diagnostic and they gave me honest feedback and told me what to do if the light came on again. These guys are honest which is Sadly uncommon in the auto repair business. I d highly recommend them.

Words like quality parts and fair prices stood out, and I am so happy to confirm!!!Gill s Auto has friendly and helpful staff, and I honestly feel that I can TRUST them. It s hard to find honest people in this business, but here they are.They test drove my car and checked it over to make sure that my problem was actually the CV axels and there weren t other problems. They fixed my car the very next day.They made sure I knew that they will NOT do or recommend anything that I don t need. They re not going to charge me any more than they have to.I had gotten estimates from several other places, and Gill s was the cheapest by nearly $100. When I asked how, they explained that dealerships are always expensive, and that other places often jack up the prices. They explained that the axels I was getting were cheaper than some others, but they re great quality. They told me that they ve never had any complaints or returns about these axels, but that they do have a one-year warranty for parts and labor. After they replaced the axels, they showed me the ones from my car, which were completely torn and broken in half. The axels have been working perfectly, and I truly believe that they put a lot of effort into investing in quality parts that they can sell at a fair price.I am going to be a loyal customer because I feel that I have found an auto shop that I can really trust to do what s in my best interest!
