I've been going here every 6 months for the last 12 years. I loved Jack and his wife. They were both so friendly and nice. I was charged $75 for a synthetic oil change and would be in and out within 30 min. Jack would play with my kids and ride his bike. I moved and would still make the drive because it was worth it to me. Since Jack sold his business it has gone downhill. They raised their prices. It's now $117 for an oil change. The front staff is not friendly like Jack and his wife. Today I had an appointment for an oil change. It took them 1 1/2 hours. It shouldn't take 1 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change. After 12 years, I am going to find somewhere else to take my car that is closer and doesn't take as long.

Very friendly, fairly priced, and the work was done as expected and originally quoted. What more could you ask for in a mechanic shop now-a-days?! They even offered to give me a tour of their facility, I was impressed to say the least. Will certainly be coming back here and recommending my friends and family moving forward.

I don't have enough words to express my appreciation for excellent work. Joe explains everything in detail without pressure and allows the customer to make a decision. Lex did great repair work on my Nissan. Feels like a new car. Honest professionalism and customer care are obvious.

Had a few gremlins on my Bronco, Jake and his team got them ironed out for me. Great communication throughout the diagnosis and repair process! I highly recommend these guys!

I brought my car in after making an appointment for an oil change as a new customer. I had about an hour and 10 minutes before I had to leave for a doctors appointment. They got my car done in the nick of time so I had just enough time to get to my doctors appointment. When I went to pay the manager told me I was good to go. He didn t take my payment because he didn t want me to be late for my appointment. I was speechless and grateful! You don t see people being that kind and compassionate in this world these days. Thank you Generational Auto!

I brought my car in for a oil change. I was picking it up in the store and had a conversation with a older lady waiting in the front also. She seemed confused and did not quite know how to use her cell phone. She asked if my wife and I could help her. She wanted to call AAA because her battery was dead and she is a member. She said this Generation Auto quoted her $245 for a battery which she could not afford. I talked to AAA who was sending assistance out to her right away. She was parked right in front of store. I am not sure she was getting work done there or not but her car hood was up. My issue was with this store not one employee would help her. The guy behind the counter said nothing to her. I asked him if he had a number for AAA and that was a real chore for him to give it to me. I have been a long time customer of this store but I will refuse to ever go back. I plan to tell all friends to stay away also. A little kindness in this case to this lady from employees could of went a long way.

Everyone who works there are professionals, honest and explain needed services. Kept communication open at all times. Got the repairs done in quoted time. We always use them because they keep our vehicles on the road!!

It's still just as bad as when I brought it in. You guys never fix anything. I have been a great customer there and have always paid and fixed whatever you guys tell me needs to be done. The last three time I've brought it in and told you I need the headlights adjusted and it's never been done. The last three times I've brought it in and told you the brakes are squealing and grinding I and nothing has been recommended or been done. As a matter of fact I told you about the brakes this time with Jake and the 2 service writers about the brakes and when I came to get it I was told by the technician that he was never told so they are still making noise. I have brought my truck in several times for the noise when letting off the gas and have just been told nothing is wrong but it's continues to happen every single time I let off the gas it makes the noise but your technician told me he drove it 5 miles and never heard anything and that's impossible not to hear it! I bring it in with an appointment and I'm Always told that it hasn't gotten in and you have to keep it longer and bla bla bla. Literally all you ever do to my truck is ignore what I say is wrong and just change the oil. I also brought it in with the ac not working before and was told that it need as accumulator and all that but I had purchased a kit that had it in there before and come to find out you never replaced it in the first place. I am not sure why you would ever do all this to someone who's a good paying customer but it's happens to me when I come in consistently! I'm very tired of bringing in the truck and having to leave it with you for you to never fix my concerns or even acknowledge them in the first place, it's one hell of a c way to do business! I've been going there since before Jake owned it and you guys use to be amazing but you've definitely been getting worse and worse. Let Jake know if he would like to contact me that would be great but I'm pretty pissed about how stuff's not getting done

I wanted to trust this local auto repair business as I had used the previous owner of Napa Auto Care many times before the current owner Jake purchased the business from the retiring previous owner who was great and very trustworthy. I paid $129 for their Napa Auto Repair Club, which promised four SYNTHETIC oil changes. Took my car in on 4/13/23 for the SYNETHIC oil change. When I got car back, the window sticker indicated REGULAR oil change.Please refund my $129 as you have broken our trust and you have not performed what you agreed to perform in writing per your Napa Auto Repair Club document.How hard is it to do what you say you will do?SambellService: Oil change

Excessive charges! Rip off! This is not the same business when Jack and Corrine owned it. My daughter took her vehicle there yesterday had two air filters replaced and was charged over $250. I ve sat and I ve heard this guy operate . I ve spent my whole life around the automotive industry and I can spot a shrewd one when I see one, stay away from this place. The sad part about this is that an independent shop is supposed to be cheaper than a dealership. My local Toyota dealer is cheaper, more communicative, and more customer service friendly.

I came in for an oil change recently. That morning they called with an earlier opening. I was also sent an estimate the day before, which not many places would. This company did an excellent job and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! Ladies, I have a hard time trusting mechanics, as a female I feel that I will be taking advantage of if I don't understand what they are talking about. Actually I grew up with mechanics in my family, so I do understand alot. Shame on the business's out there that take advantage of woman or men who don't know they are getting ripped off. And you know who you are!

Had a check engine light pop on which indicated my engine was running too cool in 100F AZ heat. Codes told me it was time for a new thermostat and coolant flush. The guys got me in and had it complete by end of day. Watched a Youtube video once I got home and discovered what a nightmare it is to replace one in my Ford. I think the tech earned every dollar. Good job guys!

I went in for a oil change and tire rotations. They said my tires were tearing/shredding and I wouldn't make it on my next vacation drive out of town. I bought all new tires and when I got home with my old tires realized there was nothing wrong with them and they were still good. I used to go here all the time with Jack being the owner. Since he has sold his business and it's under new management I will never come back here. I was lied to and taken advantage of.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

Really great service and at a great price! My car was repaired very quickly and I am very happy that I was told honestly what was wrong with my car and not taken advantage of. This shop really is the best. Here s why.My sons vehicle was having some mechanical issues with the front end and he said it wasn t steering correctly and felt unsafe so he took it to a shop close to where he was having the mechanical issues. They diagnosed it and gave an estimate to fix it. They said it was safe to drive and indicated that the problem should be addressed soon.We decided to have this NAPA garage give us a second opinion and it turned out to be a great decision. They showed my son what was not working and explained why it should be replaced and that the car would drive much better after it was fixed. They showed him a few other things would need attention soon. The quote to fix was much less that the first shop. We had this NAPA fix the car.My son picked up the car and called me and told me the car drove like it was new. I could hear the smile on his face when talking about how nice it was driving. I appreciate that these people were friendly and personable and didn t take advantage of my son.We are so happy with this business and will be bringing our other cars here from now on.Service: Steering & suspension replacement
