Rebecca and the staff were great. I had a flat tire and it was losing air fast. They were one of the only shops still open at 6pm. I wasn't sure if I would even make it home if they didn't help. They welcomed me with a smile and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The technicians in the back worked hard and fast on my vehicle and I was able to get me home safely. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be back to use them again.

The team at Firestone has always been honest and helpful with my tire issues. I have been a customer for about 5 years. I get an honest assessment and several options to resolve at various price points. The service is fast, efficient and friendly.

Outstanding service! I am here on vacation and my tire picked up a nail on the edge (unrepairable). Rebecca got my vehicle in and Trenton installed a replacement tire, performed the safety rotation, and had me back on the road in an hour!!!

Chris was absolutely a blessing. My car broke down and had major engine problem. He got me in right away and went straight to see how it can fixed and called me with updates. Chris understands the customers and will help you.You re the best!

I wanted to leave a review because I was beyond satisfied with my service today and wanted to recognize a rockstar employee! I believe her name was Rebecca. She made my whole experience buying new tires easy. Typically you re met with people whose sole intention is to scare tactic and upsell for more money but she was completely the opposite, she was genuine, honest and had solutions for the issues that were posed. I can t thank her enough and I really hope Firestone recognizes what a great employee they have on staff. Because of the awesome service I experienced today, this Firestone location will be my go to moving forward and I will recommend all my friends and family to this location as well. I appreciate her kindness and understanding, not many people have good souls like her but I m sure glad the universe allowed me to have her as my service advisor today.

I had to drop my car off in the middle of the night in order to prevent another breakdown on a busy road. It was the next day when I was able to go back with my keys. I had left windows down and it rained, so even before I went in, they covered all my windows for me. They were super friendly and kind, and patient when I had to get help before I could have them do the repairs. They fixed what needed to be fixed, let me know what might need to be fixed soon, and didn t pressure me to get any additional repairs.

Went here and purchased 2 brand new tires for my vehicle 4 weeks later I went to discount to have the air checked in my tires and they informed me that my 2 front tires that were just purchased from Firestone 4 weeks ago were not safe to drive on I explained they were just purchased he asked me to go inside and speak with a manager and he could take a better look. The manager at discount shows me the date on the tires that were 2 years old he said Firestone put used tires on your car and you need to go raise hell about it. I went to Firestone this morning and raised hell what terrible shady service that was to take advantage of someone take their money for new tires and put tires on a car that were no good. I will never trust these people ever and will never go back! I was refunded my money and as I was told from Firestone that they have never had this happen before I felt no you just have never been caught!

Extremely kind, professional and efficient with an appointment for warranty work. Luckily Firestone is nationwide and I'm able to get the work covered after moving to another state.Appointment is scheduled for completion of the original appointment and I'm sure that will be a wonderful experience as well.

Went in needing a thermostat and temperature sensor told them what the issue was when I came in. They charged me a $130 diagnostic fee that would not be waived with a paid service and the service was quoted higher than the dealership. They would not match the dealer quote as well which is not a problem but I was more surprised they were more in the first place. I picked up my car and took it to the dealership. I do not intend on returning to Firestone.

This location is the best. I don't take my car anywhere else. They are fair and don't cheat you. Rebecca the manager is amazing, kind and professional. She has a great team of mechanics who take care of your car. Highly recommend!

I got a flat tire on my way to work and luckily I was close to Firestone when I noticed it. I arrived around 8 am and they were pretty busy already. Rebecca at the reception desk was incredibly helpful and friendly and Leo the service technician was able to squeeze me in immediately so I could get to work as quickly as possible. Leo was friendly and quick with getting my tire taken care of and getting me back on the road.Service: Tires

I've taken my truck and today my wife's car. Both visits I've experienced very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They've always completed the work in the time said and have been very thorough in explaining the issues. Very impressed with this shop and staff.Highly recommend for all services... we've had a window motor replaced and weird issue with brake light fixed.

I went to this place to have wheel allignment for which I paid a life time package on it. When I approached the customer service guy he looked my info and said they will do it and asked me if I wanted maintenance service checked for $10. I agreed and they said it will take 2 hrs. After 2 hrs they came back to me and showed me a list of things that I had to get done on the car and so they can not do the wheel allignment. That was totally BS. I went to another Firestone and asked for allignment service without the maintenance service and they did the allignment free. What a rip-off. And guess what estimate they gave me for the repair. $10,480.00. I still have the estimate. Do not ever go at this Firestone in Gilbert.

I had my front brakes and disc done on my Genesis about 2 yrs ago and when I first picked up my vehicle it was making a squeaking sound, so I brought the vehicle back and supposedly the fixed it, so 2 weeks later, same thing. I never brought it back because they lie and try to sale you on what the vehicle does not need, so today I brought the vehicle back to have them fix the problem, they tried to sale me on rear brakes and told me that the front disc needed to be resurfaced only!! So I declined the back brakes and told the manager to do only the front disc. (their workmanship!!) and just resurface them, so she said "okay", then 10 mins later I get a phone call that they will not be able to just do that because I declined rear brake replacement and its a safety issue, after the mechanic told be its okay to drive it. I would be very careful of that store because they do not care to provide customer care at all!!!!

When the GM is around, they are quick and attentive. When the GM is not there, they are slow. Last time I was in I needed an oil change and inspection, 4 guys in the shop standing and no cars but mine. Took way too long.

Went to Firestone without an appt on Sunday afternoon because there was a leak in my tire. Aaron came out right away and helped us out. He patched up my tire right away. He was very helpful, professional, and gave fast service. We re happy we came here! It was our first time here as well.

Took my vehicle to fix a door that wouldn't open. They did diagnostic and replaced the door actuator but broke the remote start and keyless entry system. The key fob won't respond to unlock/lock the door or start the vehicle. They said they couldn't fix it and to take it to Best Buy to see if they can reprogram it. I paid over $800 to fix a door actuator and they broke something that worked perfectly before and just passing the buck to the customer to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. Needless to say, they won't be working on any more of my vehicles.Service: Electrical repair

Bought an Interstate battery from this location a couple weeks ago. The shop installed it and all was good. This weekend I m replacing the thermostat and need to remove the battery to access one of the bolts. I removed the top battery cover and noticed that the strap under the cover is very corroded. Why not at least give me a heads up? I then removed the battery and the bottom tray of the cover is full of garbage, dead bugs, dirt, etc. How about a quick vacuum before installing the battery? I don t remember what I paid for the install but I know it wasn t cheap. Attention to detail is what gets continued business and referrals. Not getting mine. Two stars for at least having the good batteries.

I was in the middle of my move feom Oregon to Tennessee. Unfortunately my brakes were squeaking while I was in Gilbert, AZ. I called Firestone and they said I could bring it in and they would work me in. Within a few hours, I had new rotors and brake pads installed. Thankfully I was back on the road quickly! Staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate the professional and quick repair. Thank you!

This is the second time since October of 2016 that I have been to this location for a tire replacement due to an unrepairable nail in my tire. Both times I have been treated great and given a overly fair deal. My salesman was Michael and he was very helpful with getting my vehicle in, tire replaced, rotation, and out the door in less than 30 minutes. They have a very polite staff and knowledgeable technician staff. I recommend this location for any tire or vehicle maintenance.

I went there for a quick oil change. The guy told me they could get my car in right away. They call me to discuss the details on issues my car has and they wanted to charge me $1,000 to change the front and rear break pads, clean rotors , change the break fluid, and a coolant flush. It took a total of 2 hours for me to get my car back and they told me I had break fluid leaking. I refused the service since it was at a ridiculous price. They kept emphasizing how it was a safety issue and that they had a credit card I could get to pay for my repairs. I turned it down. Turns out they lied. I took my car to a trusted mechanic and the were no leaks and only my front breaks needed replacement. I do not recommend this place they will charge you for services and parts you do not need! Save your time and money!

During the week I had called to schedule an alignment on my 70s Chevy for Saturday. I asked the person on the phone twice if they would have someone there that could do it on Saturday, and both times i was assured that they would. When i showed up at 10, i was asked if i had an appointment and i told the advisor that i had an appointment for an alignment. She then asked "is it the older chevy?" When i told her yes, she said the person that works on older cars doesnt work on Saturdays and no one there would do an alignment on my vehicle. When i asked why they scheduled my appointment for Saturday the reply was simply "i dont know". When i then asked why no one called me when they saw it on the schedule rather than having me drive all the way down there all i got was a shoulder shrug. The only reason for a 2 star rating instead of 1 is the advisor did call another firestone location to see if they could get it done same day, but they could not.

I must say, I dread spending money on my car. I often forget that without it, I couldn't get anywhere...or at least not without a lot more effort! That said, I am always excited to take my car to Firestone because of the top notch service I receive. My loyalty began when I bought tires from the Tempe store years ago and the service was so impressive, I just started taking my car there for everything! I was super excited to see that my faves, John and Emily, were now at the Gilbert location! They remembered who I was and that was extra special, sincerely!Thank you John and Emily, as well as all the team members who take great care of me every time... and I mean that...EVERY time over these years, I have not regretted my decision to patron this company! Whether it be this Gilbert spot, Tempe or Chandler, they're a winning bunch!

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for a tire rotation they called me back the next day and said their machine was broken. ?? I called and asked what they meant by that. They thought I had made an appointment for an alignment. After that confusion I show up for my appointment that I had to get off work early for and they tell me they don t have any one strong enough to rotate my tires? Sounds like they didn t want to service me just for a rotation.

Please know that I don't give reviews below a 3 star. And the personal at this shop we're professional. However, I believe it's the owner of this location that makes the rules that they must abide by.I went to this location to get a quote on having a rear wheel bearing replaced.I was informed that yes I did need a new wheel bearing ($300, a competitive price) However, I was also informed I would need an additional $1700 worth of repairs completed or that would not replace the work that needed to be done.If this review would allow, I'd show a photo of the invoice. Even their invoice says they work I wanted to be completed was required and the rest was only suggested. I guess suggested is up for interpretation at the shop.I won't be going there or referring any of my friends there in the future. But Firestone as a whole is still a pretty good shot. Just got to be careful which one you go to. I guess that's the same with any franchise.
