I stopped by Express Oil Change for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised how quick it was! I was helped by Brian, who was so awesome, he topped off all my liquids and helped me reset my oil alert on my dash. I also came in on a Tuesday, which unbeknownst to me was Ladies Day, which included $5 off and a beautiful rose. I have never had such great service!! I will definitely be coming back next time I m due!

I took my daughters car to get a quick oil change from these guys, it was my first time, no expectations. First off, the welcome and customer service was top notch for an oil change center. Then we met Brian who actually worked on our Rogue. He was polite, very informative and explained the process to us and when he was done with the vehicle, he reviewed everything he had done and was willing to answer questions when we had them.Overall, great experience, and it was affordable.I would bring our car back here and refer others.Guys keep it up, please don't lower your standards.

These guys are consistently doing the right job. They follow the same procedures and never take shortcuts. Brian is who I worked with last couple visits always professional and letting me know about services needed. I will continue to bring my work van and family s vehicles to this location. Keep up the great work fellas!

Needed an oil change for my work truck. I have used Express Oil Change before and as always the service was great. The day I went there was no line. This time Brian helped me out. He gave me some recommendations to replace the battery as it was testing bad. He could see it was still under warranty from the place I purchased it from. He also showed me the air filter that needs to be changed. Thanks again Express oil change.

Gus and Brian were both amazing support. In and out in 7 minutes. Great info on upcoming repairs needed. Very profession and friendly. Why go anywhere else when you can be taken care of quickly and efficiently. Thank you both.

Brian was great! I was in and out within 10 minutes for an oil change. While waiting they looked over the rest of my truck and pointed out any future issues I could have and didn t pressure me when I declined for the time being. Definitely recommend for oil changes. Cheap and fast!

First time getting an oil change and had an awesome experience!Matt got me in and out quickly and for an extremely affordable price.He also took the time to explain the service and gave me options to choose from instead of charging me for services I didn t want or need!He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and had a genuine desire to provide the information and service I needed to take care of my vehicle.Highly recommend Express for top tier service and quality! Came in today to get an oil change... Brian was my hood mechanic and I just want to say how awesome he was!! Brian checked all my fluid levels, my tire tread and pressure, and overall was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! 10/10 will go back!

This is the only place I will go to get services done on my vehicle as they always do an amazing job on my vehicle. The customer service is always over the top great! They also are very open and honest and try to find the best option in your favor to get you what you need. I had the pleasure of having the service reps Matt, Dave and Alex work on my car who all did an incredible job. Thank you!

Brain was my oil change tech and he was super helpful, quick and efficient. Made my visit easy and informed me on my tire status and recommended some maintenance to my vehicle during the oil change. First time in for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, Gus and Alex got me in and out quick. Gus also took checked my car and let me know what maintenance was needed on my car and gave me pricing for everything. I will definitely be coming back here going forward and will be recommending this place to family and friends.

Mike was a pleasure to deal with and was very professional throughout our interactions. He addressed my concerns and provided me with more detailed information that will help my car stay running and stopping and was not worried about shocks and struts like another company I will not name It was finished in the exact estimate time that he provided me with. Overall I enjoyed working with Mike and will definitely be back for my other car issues that are needed! Definitely recommend this shop.

Gus was helping me up top and Alex was working down below. Gus was extremely friendly, professional, and at no time was ever pushy to try to give me to do more service than I needed. I did not get a chance to see Alex but from how quick everything was done I m guessing he is top-notch as well. Will definitely be using this location again!!

LONG OVERDUE. BRIAN was the best. He went above and beyond and was so courteous .He topped us off with everything we needed and let us know how to fix what was wrong with our car instead of being like well this is what s wrong go fix it No he had a lot of knowledge to share about it so we were able to fix it more efficiently . This man gotta be protected at all costs . His energy was great.

Came in for an oil change and it was about 10 mins, if not faster! The technician, Brian, was transparent about their service time and standards. The semi-synthetic oil blend was valvoline brand and great quality. They also were honest about cars that have high mileage, such as mine how often the oil should be changed and paramount deadlines to get that done. To law enforcement/ military, they do give discounts so it was nice to know I got a great deal and good value for my time and money. The windshield wipers were also a good brand, and good thing it was offered at a good price and installed in about 5 mins. My previous wiper blades came clean off and I'm glad Brian pointed that out! I definitely am returning for more services and coming here again for my next oil change/ general maintenance. Thank you for having me!

I literally wouldn t go anywhere else, they take care of me every time I m in there with complete respect and kindness. Self admittedly I don t know much about cars and I never feel stupid when they talk to me, nor do they make me feel taken advantage of. They always explain everything to me and help guide me on if things are needed for my car. Everyone is genuinely nice and the ladies day special that comes with a rose is a wonderful touch. It s a nice gesture to make getting an oil change feel fancy. Brian was amazing at helping me understand what maintenances were needed on my car and gave me great recommendations. Highly recommend!!

The best experience I ve had while getting my car done. Brian took care of me along with the other guys but he talked me through everything and asked me what I needed and was just really incredible. I was nervous coming into a new place but I would come back here every time because the customer service is great and they went above and beyond with helping me get my car fixed up and everything.

Matt was the absolute professional! I love going here to get the basics done as they are very thorough and efficient in explaining all the details. Will be back!I'm going to add that Mike on the service side was also awesome. He explained everything in detail to me and provided lots of options. This is now my place to go to for everything related to my beloved "classic" car! Thanks Mike!

I have been having a lot of issues with my car and so I stopped by to see if they could help. Matt Gus and Alex were incredibly efficient at getting my oil changed and fluid topped off and got me speaking to the service department about all my car problems. Mike the service manager did an excellent job at communicating to me the recommended service and made it easy for me to understand what was going on. Overall a very positive experience and I look forward to returning

They are very good and thorough. Matt is great and very conscientious but he honestly takes too long with his bay it seems trying to upsell everyone that it was so busy on Saturday I had to wait in my car an hour for my oil change. If this becomes a habit I will likely find another place. if there are two or more cars in a line beware! I love the attention and service bit at what cost when your name has express in the title

Dave helped me out with an oil change and suggested to change my tires. He gave me some options and even noticed what type of tires I currently had and printed off a quote for the brand I currently have! Much appreciated, love coming here! Fast, easy, and overall they are always offering what s best for your car.

I came here based on the reviews on Wednesday this week. I had Gus that day and he did awesome. He let me know other possible issues with the car and gave me quotes on everything. My wife s car also needed an oil change Saturday. Brian was super honest and helpful with us Saturday. They train people very well and are very uniform in how they do things. I will be coming back here for future issues

Came in without an appointment and was seen right away. Gus and Dave were very helpful. They helped me find reasonable priced tires, while getting an oil change. They took the extra time to answer my questions and solution seek for what would be better for my car. I would definitely recommend anyone to see them.
