Great experience at Cobra tire. Overall 5 stars! Best price on tires on the market called and was $100 cheaper than discount and tire rack. Will be recommending them to all friends and family.

Nathan was absolutely amazing! He knew exactly how to utilize and apply my Groupon discount as I ve never used one before. He provided realistic expectations of when my wheel alignment and a/c diagnostic would be completed. He was very knowledgeable and called several times to keep me updated on their findings. Very efficient and honest!

Really great shop, they have taken care of my wife and I's vehicles now, with better tires ND lower prices than the competitors.They have been good enough that I don't even know that I will need to price shop in the future. They have been hundreds cheaper than the other guys.Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back for my tire needs in the future.

The guys at Cobra Tire & Auto Service are fair, honest, and nice. My wife and I have been customers for a long time. You won t find better service or prices anywhere else. We highly recommend Cobra.

This is by far the best car service I ve received. Jed Green has phenomenal customer service and is very upfront with the cost for each service. I was even able to cover parts of my service with Groupon. I dropped my car off in the morning. Jed explained that they were busy so it could be the next day before he could look at it. To my surprise he called a few hours later with the estimate and I picked up my vehicle the same day. I got front break pads and rotors and an oil change and he rotated my tires. I would highly recommend Cobra in Gilbert for your car repair needs.Services: Tire rotations, Brake service & repair, Oil change

The Cobra team was COOL-BRUHH Cobra took us as a walk-in and was able to mount and balance our freshly powder-coated wheels in less than 30 minutes! I have taken special wheels to other places before, like Discount Tire, and the finish always ends up damaged. The Cobra team was super friendly and personable, along with being professional and efficient. We will definitely be returning for all of our tire needs!

The front desk staff was very respectful, professional and took great care of my wife's Alfa Romeo. The service was completely in less than an hour and pricing was very acceptable. I take my jeep here for service and they are amazing. Randy always does a super quick oil change. The mechanic is more knowledgeable than any jeep dealer I could go to. I always get great prices and can get in quickly when I need to. So hard to find a decent mechanic/shop but Nathan was honest and straight to the point about my vehicle. Didn't try to upcharge me on anything and gave me a decent deal on a normally very expensive job.

Don't be fooled by the good ratings of what used to be stamps. Cobra wouldn't do what the customer authorized at first. Left abs speed sensors unhooked and dangling. No brake fluid, left all wires exposed to the elements nothing protecting them.firewall of vehicle damaged and smelt like cigarettes in a non smoking car.

They were very honest and professional with their expert opinions and took the necessary time and precaution to complete the job.. Pleased with the results and will be back! Hopefully not too soon though

Horrible customer service. Had a flat tire and went in for warrant. They said tire didn't have a leak. I explained the tire was just flat and I filled it up at the gas station to make it to their shop. He refused to check the tire again and suggested that I was making it up. I said I will leave the car over night so they can see in the morning that it will be flat. After lots of push back he had them check the tire again and sure enough they found the leak and fixed the tire. A lot of hassle for no reason.We purchased tires for all 3 of our Cars here and we have had nothing but trouble dealing with the guys in the front. (With the exception of Steve but he is no longer working there) They are consistently rude and I have been wanting to cut off business with them for some time. The only reason we continued to go back is because we had warranties.We were one of the first customers for the Gilbert location so all of our records are in the Phoenix system. When we call they told me I never bought tires there and I have no warranty. I have to explain to them their own systems. Never again will we do business with Cobra Tire and I suggest if you want a good experience you should go elsewhere.

Always my go to automotive place for my whole family for over a decade. Guys there are friendly and know their stuff. Would recommend them for anything. Give them a call. I had an oil change and was using a Groupon that had expired. I did not expect them to honor it, yet they were committed to delivering top tier customer service. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service, my oil change and the friendliness of the entire place. A long term customer was in the lobby when I was there and he said he'd been a loyal customer forever. I can see why. I'll be back and I highly recommend them! Thanks for the great service guys!

Went in for a check engine light. They misdiagnosed twice costing about $1000 and bent my door backwards(pictured) like Tommy Boy. The manager tried to say the door was like that initially but then said its possible they may have just made it worse, which was ridiculous. You can see where they backed out and caught the inside of the door (pictured). Good luck if you have an issue here. Store management will not correspond in email. General management will do nothing (picture). An honest shop would pay for what they broke. They told me to put it on my insurance. Uh no.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

As always, this place does quality work! Had my brakes, shocks, and door lock actuator replaced. I wouldn t even consider taking my cars anywhere else. My wife took her car here a few months ago as it s newer car and wanted it done professionally. She bought the Groupon for a oil change(misleading by them) got her oil changed and they charged her more money for the oil change. First flag. We ll time for another oil change and I decide to do it as should be simple and quick and cheaper. Jack car up ( by the way have been working on cars for almost 35+ years) went to remove the drain bolt and it s all chewed up. I stopped right there called cobra auto(10:37 am to be exact) to let them know of the issue. Left a voicemail with enough time for a return call during business hours and no return call. They were the last ones to do this and now it s all messed up. This is ridiculous and they need to rectify this. How can company do this to a persons car and not mention it and or fix it when they saw it . Probably will not hear back from them either.Service: Oil change

Had them replace all the fluids, timing cover gasket, timing chain and gears... did great work and had a great customer service experience... will be going back for future auto repairs and highly recommend Cobra Tire and Auto !
