I don t usually write reviews especially bad ones. And I feel bad because some of the employees here are really chill. But letting them clean your car is literally pointless. You ll end up having to drive around the side and clean it yourself. This photo is of my carpet AFTER being vacuumed . Which I specially asked more times than once if they could please vacuum the back seat. This is the result lol Also the last three times I ve come here my screen has been damaged. The first time in the top right corner. Second time the top right corner got even worse! And the third time there is now a scratch in the upper left hand corner. My advice is if you come here just do everything yourself instead of wasting your time on having them do it.

I recently visited Cobble Stone Auto Car Wash and had a wonderful experience. The facility was not only aesthetically pleasing but also had a welcoming break area that allowed me to relax while my car was being cleaned. The bathrooms were spotless, which is always a plus.What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and they were both friendly and professional throughout my visit. Overall, Cobble Stone Auto Car Wash provided a fantastic car wash experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of top-notch service and a clean car.

I should've known better then to give them another chance. They sent me a text for a promo for half price for the rest of the year. I gave it a shot today and I'm already looking to cancel. I'm pretty sure the Ultimate Wash that's normally $50 bucks or so? Shouldn't look like they didn't touch 50% of the interior.It's an empty vehicle and yet they couldn't dust off everything. The cup holders had dust in them but the shifter was cleaned off. The trunk was 75% vacuumed. The part that wasn't had a small cooler bag and they couldn't even move that to finish vacuuming? See left top corner of trunk. I didn't realize the interior not being cleaned until after an hour of doing errands with my 4 month old.Pure laziness, I'll be canceling that lovely promo they sent me. Find a new place these prices aren't worth it even with a temporary deal to get your business back.

We pulled up for the first time, and we were greeted by Cole, who was super nice and very informative and patient in answering all our questions. We ended up purchasing an Ultimate wash membership, and as a thank you, we received a platinum wash today. Well, the outside was somewhat decent, some minor stains that were easy to rub off once we got home. We were very surprised that the inside was barely if at all vacuumed or wiped down. Pictures noted below. The inside wasn't too bad, but again, some noticeable easy to wipe off debris, mainly consisting of dirt. Not sure if this is the usual way they clean, but I am a bit disappointed as most of the items we were concerned about just needed a couple of seconds of vacuuming or a little spit shine so to speak. I'm not impressed, and maybe it was due to the fact that it was the end of the day, but I hope this is not the usual way they wash our vehicle. We will give this place a second chance, and hopefully, it will be a different experienceWe plan to update and give this place the benefit of the doubt.

I use this car wash all the time and have had no issue. Today, however was a different story. The car was barely even vacuumed and the car wash and drying was not done properly. The doors and dirt was still on the doors and controls. When my husband asked them to correct the issue they didn t want to and had to ask over and over for them to do the job properly. We bought a book of car washes this time and an extra wash on top of that. We also paid extra for the doors and everything in the car to be whipped down. Very disappointed. I don t know what happened with this location but it definitely has gone down hill.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

My husband and I have been going to this location for about a year and it is definitely the best location! There are two employees that stand above the rest. Brent is extremely helpful and always takes the time to answer my (many) questions. He is always so kind and patient! He has helped me select the best packages to ensure my car is detailed. Also, Nai is super sweet. Both of these gentlemen help make this carwash an experience and not just a place to get my car clean. They make conversations and truly remember their customers! Also, my car always looks sharp after (and I got two shedding dogs!)

If I can give 0 stars I would! The product that they used damaged my paint! The manger mentioned to me that it was not their fault that my paint was old because my car was older asked me how many miles was on my car and then my car was not new, then blamed the paint damaged and the miles being because of pigeon poop! Doesn t matter how many miles is on my car my car Miles has nothing to do with the product you used on my car to damage my paint I feel beyond disrespected and this store manger should not be in this position and they did a lousy job cleaning my car for all the money i paid! I will be reporting this to corporate and if he loves his job he better choose his words wisely before he doesn t have a job! Customer service is so trash. I feel so disrespected

Do not go here.I took my car for a simple oil change and it resulted in my engine needing a full replacement because they were in such a rush, they didn t even put new oil in. Yes, they did an oil change but didn t put oil in.They replaced our engine and covered the cost but have yet to provide a warranty card, even though that s been a request since the beginning. It has now been over a week and their routine is to either not answer their phone or say we ll reach out to our operations manager and I ll call you back today but then they never call back. It s now happened three times and I am in the process of escalating elsewhere. All because they have yet to follow through on their word to provide our warranty card. Again, all because they drained our oil and never put new oil. There s a jiffy lube 1 mile north. Go there.

I don t write many reviews but I simply had to after this awesome experience. I have been to nearly every car wash and detailing company in the east valley area, and I m being genuinely sincere when I say no one does a better job in/out and top to bottom than the people at this specific Cobblestone location. I had my lifted Ford F250 hand washed/waxed/polished here, as it s difficult to get this truck into many places as it cannot be run through auto wash due to its size. They did not disappoint, it literally looked as good as new when I picked it up, and I brought it in after some significant driving/off-roaring. Special thanks and shout out to Lalo and crew for such phenomenal work done, and to Logan, the head honcho, for making sure everything was done satisfactorily - it was so far beyond that - it was an exceptional job. Bringing my wife s truck to them next - thanks again everyone for such an awesome experience.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Came here for a full-service car wash. They were severely understaffed and very slow. Took 45 minutes until the car was finally ready. Once I got it. The cleaning was sub-par. Many areas clearly hadn t been wiped down at all. I also had to pay $2 to have my back row cleaned and vacuumed, which they did not do at all! It had to do it myself and it took 30 seconds. Very disappointing experience. I won t be coming back, the service and quality continues to decline each time.Also, one of the perks is that they have popcorn for the kids, which is the only reason I come here and take my kids. But the popcorn machine was broken, which it typically is about half the time.

This review is for all of Cobblestone Car Wash - recently cancelled my monthly plan only to have the worst customer service anywhere! Followed their request on how to cancel and had horrible customer service. Initial response was timely but after that I got no response to emails or phone calls made. VM at corporate office says 2-3 day return call should be received. Never received a return call. Left two messages and several emails. Spoke to several friends who had the same experience trying to cancel their monthly wash plan. Cannot figure out how a company can be so bad with customer service at their corporate office when they typically have really good service at the car washes themselves. Baffles me?? Sadly had to dispute the charge on my credit card after I cancelled my monthly service due to their lack of response and it took way too long to resolve - again poor customer service with minimal follow through!! Will not return.

This is my favorite Cobblestone in the valley. I recently got a new truck and had Cobblestone apply ceramic paint protection to it. They did an amazing job at a great price. I ve since taken the truck through the tunnel wash at least a dozen times and no swirl marks on the paint- I couldn t be happier.

The people there are friendly and do a decent job on the car. If they would always use a dry towel on the inside of the windshield that would be great. And yes, I m weird about this but I can t reach it all to keep the inside of it streak free.

If you are thinking about getting your oil change, or any service done for that matter, at this location go somewhere else. They have costed me and my wife over $2,000 in repairs. Most recently I had to replace my grill, front lip cover and skid plate because the person working on my car didn t properly attach it and it came undone while I was on the freeway. After getting this fixed and thinking it was a malfunction I came to cobblestone to get an oil change. I told them the issue I had and expressed my concern for the skid plate and asked them to double check it was secure. As I was on my way home, I heard my skid plate scraping the ground. Turns out that instead of fastening it above the lip they just tried to bolt it in with no bolts on the opposite end to hold it in place. I took it back and while the auto manager gets underneath I hear the kid say oh it has to go over that part they didn t offer me any compensation not even a free wash to make up for almost costing me more money for another repair. To make matters worse, it s not just my car they don t know how to work on, but I just had to tow my wife s car to our mechanic thinking there was a blown gasket because there s a huge puddle of oil on our garage floor. When they tow truck gets her car lifted it started spewing oil, he gets underneath and says hey your oil filter cap is barely on and proceeds to tighten it 3 whole turns before it s full secure. Guess where she just got an oil change from? COBBLESTONE off Val vista and Williams field. Sad thing is this is the 3rd time that they haven t secured the cap on her car and it s leaked. I called Cobblestone and they refuse to give us a refund for the oil change because we didn t bring it there. They want me to tow it from my mechanic in Chandler, that I just towed it too, all the way back out to Gilbert. So they want me to pay more money to get refunded the money I wasted on their services in the first place? All because they aren t the ones looking at it? I m sorry that s bull, I m more worried that there isn t something else going on with my wife s car and want people who know what they are doing to work on it. If I took it there and there was something wrong I d have to take it to the mechanic anyways, and they can t refund me for a botched oil change that any idiot could do? If I had the capability to get under either of our cars I d do it myself, but I can t so I m forced to go somewhere for it. It s sad to think I ve been referring people here and my wife and I have been customers here for years and this is how we are treated. The people working on the cars are brainless and their corporate is a bunch of idiots who could care less about their customers. Now they ve lost my business, everyone in my family who takes their cars there because I referred them and everyone of my friends that I ve referred. Smart choice to deny a refund for one car that you screwed up hope that $80 makes up for the money you just lost. I will be contacting our lawyer and I ve made sure to take pictures of everything, every time.STAY AWAY FROM COBBLESTONE.

Terrible job. We decided to try this place since they had decent reviews on google. Got the diamond package which was supposed to be clean inside and out for $49. We were told this would take 45 minutes. The car was out in 10 mins and it literally looked like what it did when it went in except shinier on the inside since they put conditioner on top of dirt. Glad we didn't get the buy 4 get 2 free deal they were offering for Christmas. I am not sure if we just got unlucky or this is really how this car wash runs but what a rip off.

I always been a member at Cobblestone for three years. I ve always went to the one on Alma school and German rd in chandler. I came to Val vista location for three time and two of these experiences were horrible and last one is when my car came out of the car wash it had a rim scratch. And the Manager Gustavo and Sam keep trying to convince me it s not from the wash and not showing any proof. They sent a picture for me to look at in my email and said well it came with it. unfortunately the picture they sent, the scratch on wheel was hidden and it wasn t the right spot for it. He just wanted for me to believe it wasn t them. And even cooperate email and phone number, it s impossible to reach them left voice messages, no one called me back.Service: Full body wash

Awesome team here.Tl;dr:Brent & James saved me 300$.---I had bought what I thought were vouchers for hand-washes at another location, and it turns out they were for just a diamond job. Interior detailing.Brent told me what I had, and I was feeling a bit scammed by the other location.* Where did I put that receipt?!*Brent & James were understanding of my situation and authorised the use of my vouchers for a hand wash.Whew!That was a 300$ mistake that these guys just saved me from!---Custimer service 10/10, I'll be here again, do recommend to any others out there.

Shame. I hoped with the new owners it would be better. A month ago they broke off my emblem. Of course no replacement. They said it was probably broken before I came in. Now this time I pulled in a different way because the whole front section is under construction. Some super anal manager came out and inform me that I had to completely Circle the building even though there was no one in any of the car parts and I was pulled nearly in front of the car wash. I said can I just pull forward let him hit it with the scanner however all it would have all it would have taken was for me to pull my car 10 feet forward. Don't forget they also don't have free vacuums and will not let you use their vacuums even though it's something that's included in my monthly membership fees and there was no one there. Their management or making terrible decisions and just like the last two car washes that have gone out of business in the spot they will as well if they continue to treat their subscribed customers like this. I also pay for a the tire shine and the machines hardly ever work. So then I have to ask one of their people to come and do my tires as per what I've been paying for and they usually act really put out. Drive another mile up the street and go to the one on Baseline and Val Vista. I've never had a problem there with any of them taking care of my cars

I don't normally do reviews, but I am more than livid with the out come of the car wash on my husband's car. We arrived just a little before 11am on a Sunday. My husband pretty much had them go all out for his car. The gentleman who help my husband said it would be a few hours, but just in case it would at least be done before 5pm. We accepted this as we knew he was getting a lot done. Around 4pm we decided to give them a call because we hadn't heard from them yet. My husband was placed on hold for a brief moment then was told his car was done. Excited to see his "baby" looking brand new we went right over to pick it up. We live 5 mins away so we arrived quickly, all to find out his car was NOT ready. My husband sat there for another HOUR before his car was ready to go. This was the first annoying part. We literally waited all day for this to be done and it was there for 6 hours. If it wasn't ready we shouldn't have been told it was. Secondly getting the car back was disappointing to say the least. The windows were still dirty. The seats were soaking wet, seats still had dirt and dog hair on them. Didn't even get an air freshener. Just spent that much money and couldn't even get a freshener??? The parts of the car that were cleaned looked nice so I gave it 2 stars for that. After literally spending 284.99 on a car wash you expect it to be the best. I could go on but I think my point is made. Save your money and just do the wash yourself. We will NOT be coming back here.I have attached some pictures as well. Now if we had paid 20 bucks or whatever fine, but again after paying almost $300 for a car wash you expect the best.

Came in for an oil change. Slow, didn t even wash the car (see pictures) and argued with me when I came to get it. It s shameful considering I ve been patronizing this business for years. They had no problem taking my money upfront but when it came to getting the car they could care less. I suggest taking your business to a plethora of other places.

What happened to the $15 car wash? With tip I was around $45 but I did get a very potent "new car smell" air freshener. Car was clean but they said they don't wipe seats. I would say this is a once a year car wash, not your regular weekly wash place. Staff was friendly and facility was clean and safe.

I paid $39 (+tip) for the "platinum wash" and, while the exterior looked great, the inside was such a disappointment. There were still spots left untouched, the dashboard was still dusty, and the floor barely looked like it had been vacuumed at all. I should've inspected the car before getting in and driving away unhappy. Lesson learned. I definitely did not get what I paid for.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I signed up for a monthly pass and when I showed up to get the pass and first wash I was told the roof on my FJ Cruiser wouldn t go thru or could risk ripping it off. No problem, I would rather be safe then sorry went inside to get refunded as the gentleman told me to. Inside, they said they could do nothing and gave me the number for corporate . I have now been calling corporate for 3 weeks without a SINGLE call back. I even had the manager of the local car wash at Val Vista and Williams Field (Logan- nice guy) contact them for me and they still won t do anything or call me back. The person at corporate is apparently Alaina but she refuses to call anyone back even though their voicemail says 2-3 business days.If I were you I would stay away!!! Oh, and btw, the tech was apparently wrong and my FJ could go thru this entire time.

The guy told me to get the windshield done well I needed to get the supreme wash.okay fine $32 and tip $40 later...my windows are sooo not clean. I wanted to go back but couldn't until a few days later I called and nope. Unless I could find a receipt I didn't want my car washed again just the windows wiped.Done with this one.

They literally robbed me in my face, I paid $50 and they returned the same dirty car I delivered. They didn't vacuum, they didn't clean, absolutely nothing. I lost my money and neither the employees nor the manager could give me a solution. Some lazy, rude ones. If you don't want to work, go home and sleep, but don't make people lose money. Inept
