Overall great service and experience. My first time going to the Gilbert location recently. They made me feel like family. I had my 3 month old daughter with me and they helped expedite my wheel alignment. I highly recommend this business and will be returning. They even gave me a free oil change coupon! Their prices are fair and their customer service is the best.

Fit me in 45 minutes before close on a Friday to help with a battery issue. Owner personally greeted me and everyone else I met was extremely friendly. Was extremely quick, efficient and fair prices! Very honest and didn't upsell me on anything. Couldn't possibly imagine going back to a big chain repair shop. Will definitely be back for my car needs.

They did amazing work on my ZR2 Colorado. They truly have amazing range and are the only company I trust to work on my vehicles. Whether it's my truck, my AWD race car, or even my Oldsmobile. Amazing company with morals. Pretty much a breath of fresh air in today's world.

I do a lot of work on my own vehicles, which makes it hard to find a shop that I feel confident and comfortable leaving my vehicles with. The team made me confident in their work and kept me informed with photos of everything they found along the way. Their prices are very fair and I will definitely be back whenever I need any help with my vehicles in the future.

CarLife saved the day as my passenger side window regulator went out and we had rain coming that week. I called Elsie and she connected me with Casi & the Gilbert team and they had my window back in place the very next day. This is my second time using CarLife and they are the most efficient and thorough auto service center I have experienced here in Phoenix. Thank you again CarLife!

Nothing but good things to say about CarLife! They walked me through every step of the process, and didn t make me feel stupid for knowing nothing about cars haha! The staff did a very thorough job diagnosing my problems, and were able to repair it for much less than I was expecting! Everyone I spoke to was so kind and helpful, I would 10/10 recommend CarLife!

Took my car here after having an issue with the starter and reading the good reviews. I knew it wasn't the battery because I had already checked at AutoZone. The person who I dropped the car off with was very friendly and gave me a quote before taking my car (I love companies who are transparent). They even broke it down into parts and labor. I dropped the car off mid-afternoon and they had it fixed before they closed! Simple and easy!!! Will probably go to them in the future dueServices: Electrical, Auto battery maintenance

Love this place. Honest, kind, accommodating and they do great work!The above review was written a while ago...HERE IS A 2024 UPDATE: My car failed emissions so I took her in to CarLife.I received a diagnostic summary that showed prioritized test results and repair suggestions. Together we decided what was needed immediately and what I could wait on for a bit.After they made the necessary repairs, they even took my car back to be re-tested for emissions!Each time I take in my car, I am more impressed.Mechanics sometimes have a bad reputation, so it is extremely comforting to know that I have someone I can trust.Services: Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair

Purchased a car at CarMax and had CarLife do an inspection. Another place quoted me $180 but CarLife only charged $50. I have results that includes pics of everything they checked and recommendations if there was an issue. The results are online and I have a link that never expires. Really enjoyed my experience! Fast, friendly & professional. I had two separate issues a week apart. Both times they took my car in without an appointment, did the assessment and work that same day. Priced about where I figured it would be, so no surprises. Two experiences, two thumbs up.

I had the best experience here at CarLife. I know it can be super uneasy walking into an auto shop not knowing what to expect, these were the shoes I was in but was quickly reassured everything would be okay and I was in good hands. Casi, Geoff, and the entire staff were so welcoming and made this whole process so smooth for me. Thank you all.

Everyone hates to have to take their car in for servicing, but the people at CarLife are truly the best! Always friendly and professional, with work completed on time, I never feel like I am being taken advantage of or upsold. Have become a loyal customer and won't take my rig anywhere else!So I have an update, had to take my vehicle back to Carlife and they did something they don't normally do and I'm extremely grateful! I am SO glad we took our VW here for a second opinion for a leak near the front of the car. The VW dealership rattled off item after item that had to be fixed (coincidentally, the warranty had just ended AND they wanted an arm and a leg to fix it all). This team found the source of the leak and fixed it for an honest and reasonable price. Thank you all!!-Sabrina D.

SO today my Nissan Pathfinder broke down right as I turned on Baseline off of Greenfield... I didn't know what was wrong as I had no notice it just suddenly went slow and then poof died. People were driving by flipping me off and honking at me as if there was something I could doBut, I was stuck. I held my hands up mortified and put the hazard lights on. This very sweet couple rushed over to help ( I really wish I had gotten their names! It was so nice of them !) The manager of Carlife Jeff came out as well and all 3 rushed my car to a spot out of the way in the parking lot. What kind hearted people! If you have a car issue this is definitely the place to be! Thank you so much for all of your help Carlife will help you figure out what is wrong w/your car and they can do all of the repairs and they have the cleanest shop I've ever seen -Such a nice place all the way around.

Casi & the Team at CarLife Gilbert location were awesome! They were very thorough in their review of my courtesy inspection and reviewed the photos of my truck s components that were both in need of critical attention as well as those to note for future maintenance. Had the absolute best experience here!! Could not recommend this place more. We brought in our Navigator and found out that we needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Jeff walked us through all of the needed repairs and recommended we research our manufacture warranty. The bulk of our issues we covered on warranty and once that was fixed we went right back to CarLife to get the rest of the work done!! Fantastic service, fast, and fair priced. My 2019 Z06 Corvette has only been cared for by CarLife. You get pics of each area on which they worked. Talk about above and beyond, we accidentally left the keys at home when we went to pick up the car and CarLife gave us a ride home and back without charging anything for it! That shows how far above and beyond they go. I said it before and I still feel the same way; it's almost like having family in the car repair business. I've been taking both of my cars here for maintenance for years, ever since I moved to Gilbert. Excellent service - they give you a rundown of everything that needs to be addressed now, as well as a rundown of things that may need to be addressed down the road, so there's never any surprises! Not sure why this place has such great reviews.Went to CarLife and paid $200 for a diagnosis. Their diagnosis was a bad transmission valve cover and proposal for part and install was $2600. This included further testing but could still potentially be facing more repairs.Got the truck and took it to Phil s transmission in Mesa. $600 later I have a fixed truck. The ACTUAL diagnosis was the contact plate (part of the valve cover).Why did I pay $200 for a sloppy diagnosis and an outrageous proposal? My advice .get a second opinion before paying CarLife. You might realize this place isn t all that.
