Very thorough. Umberto kept in contact every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. Logan was professional, and courteous. A great place to go. I feel taken care of when I go here.

Wonderful work very honest and helpful. Nick was very personable, and quite honestly a breath of fresh air with his hospitality skills. He treated every person whether in the store or on the phone with kindness. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of work to be done as well as go back with any future issues I may have.

I needed to have an alignment done and I called BreaksPlus. Logan was able to get me in same day. He was really friendly and explained everything that was going to happen. The place was easy to find and parking was readily available. I am happy with the service. Thanks Logan!

These guys do it all with above and beyond service. Great customer service the minute you walk through the door. They installed a new control arm, shocks/struts and an alignment. Who knew. They worked all day and got it done.The car drives beautifully and it is a 2003 Honda Accord! 10 stars!

They are so awesome and are so kind! They explain things in details and make sure you understand. They prep you for possibly issues in the future as well!!! HIGHLY recommend. Been going to them since I lived in Colorado from 1999-2020. And now since I ve been in Arizona from 2020-2024!

Brakes and rotors are not even 1 year old. I got both of them done at the same time and it was not cheap. I moved out of state where there are no brakes plus locations. Called in to brakes plus where I got my brakes and rotors done to see if someone can tell me why my rotors are warped when my truck only drives on completely flat surfaces and they re brand new. Regional manager was supposed to call me back after he found someone local to me to help me get this fixed and he said he would cover the cost. Never did. 2 different managers were supposed to call me back discussing a refund. Never did. I still had to get my car serviced because the shake was getting so bad I could no longer wait. Two different mechanics said breaks look good but rotors look old . I explained to them that they were very new and they said you either got a really bad batch, they re very cheap, or they were never changed at all . Disgusted. I could never do this to a customer as I am also a business owner. Would NOT recommend using these guys. They have STILL not called me back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

These guys did awesome! I came in with an appointment and they were up front telling me they had been unexpectedly inundated for a Thursday and they would get me done as quick as they could.While it did take an hour and a half to get my oil change completed they came in multiple times while I waited to make sure I was updated on how things were going.Once they finally got my car in they were super fast at getting it done and back out to me.Unfortunate that I had to wait but that wasn t the guys fault. They did wonderfully.

Recommend Brakes Plus Williams Field/Val Vista location. Had an issue with the vacuum connector on my jeep, Josh was very helpful in fixing it. Staff is great and Honest!!!

Had to have the front brakes on our Toyota replace at the last minute. The service advisor was very helpful and the for replacing the brakes- pads & turning the rotors was extremely reasonable... just over $300. I'd definitely recommend here if you're wanting quality work for a reasonable price

These guys were honest and talked me through replacing my brakes. The price was reasonable. I came back for an oil change and they did a thorough inspection. They gave me recommendations but i never felt pressured!

If you re looking for a place to go for your vehicles that is very knowledgeable this is the place. Honestly I was blown away with the way my jeep and alignment were handled. The alignment needed to be handled by the dealership but instead of turning me away to the dealer they still gave my jeep a inspection and print outs with exact notes listing what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. Nick made this super easy on me and was honest and straight to the point. I will be going back for other services just based off this scenario alone! 5 stars! Thanks Nick!

I've been coming to this location for, well as long as I've had a vehicle. Now taking a drive to get there, still worth it. These guys have great costumer services. I came in because my breaks were squeaking turned out to be because I have ceramic pads in there currently and there s no need to replace. Didn t charge me for inspection in and out in 40 minutes. Awesome place with great integrity!

Great experience today at this store. They were very prompt and did great job on my compliance bushings replacement. Also the price were a lot cheaper than the other auto shops that I got quotes from.

I was recently in for an alignment for my truck and the service was great. This is the third vehicle that I have taken there for an alignment over the years. I installed all new front end components myself, from ball joints to the control arms, alignments are just out of my scope of skill set (because not having those tools). Im getting ready to go in for my under 3k miles alignment check that s included in their warranty. I highly recommend this shop in Gilbert and I'm sure you ll have a great experience as I did.

Just got my oil changed on my 2006 Chrysler 300 and was working with Nick and his team. I appreciate working with Nick as he understood what my needs were on this vehicle that I only use for minimal commuting and although there are some repairs/services that can be performed he did not try and upsell me on any unnecessary expenses. I ve been in Gilbert for almost 20 years now and have always only used Brakes Plus and in particular this location for all of my automotive needs.

Justin was a great shop mechanic diagnosed and fixed all sounds. He went above and beyond to replace brake hardware, lubed all brakes for us, and no more sounds! Very personable staff, Humberto checked us in, really asked in great detail about our issue, and was able to help relay the message in a precise mannerism. Nick and Humberto both helped us out tremendously and got us taken care of for a great price. We appreciate it and it s going to be our go to shop because of how personable the staff was.

Had an appointment the day after Christmas and received a courtesy call about longer wait times. I appreciated the call and they completed the service faster than expected! I ve been coming here for a few years now and the workers are always kind and informative, never condescending or pushy.

Finally found a place that I can trust that s also affordable. I had my oil changed and expressed my concerns for my car issues , they checked it out and Nick throughly explained my options for getting my car repaired , he provided the greatest customer service. This will be my new shop for getting my car repaired

Needed a routine rotation and balance at Discount Tire across the way when the Discount technicians found that every single bolt on every tire of my car had seized, they all needed to be replaced! Car wasn t safe for real driving.They took my car across the way to this here brakes plus where they had to special order the hardware for my Subaru. It all arrived just at the end of the evening!5pm rolls around (closing time for both brakes plus and discount tire) and I was informed that BOTH teams were willing to stay late to ensure the services were completed and that I d get to have my car in my possession at the end of the night like they wanted.By 6pm brakes plus had replaced 15 bolts and Discount Tire balanced and rotated everything pit-crew style! It was so fun to watch.Everyone involved at both businesses were efficient, effective and so kind.Many thanks!
