I just moved to the Chandler area from out of state. I needed some brake work done on my 99 Mustang Cobra. I got a couple of quotes from local shops, which were both north of $2000. One of the shops even quoted almost $1000 just for labor, considering I provided all of the new components. I found Brakes Plus on Google and read a couple of the positive reviews. I stopped by and was greeted by Josh, who was great. He listened attentively to all concerns and advised they could provide an accurate quote after doing a full (free) inspection the next day. Neither one of the other shops I had checked with even put their eyes on the car, although it was in the parking lot at the time. I went in the next morning and ended up working with JB, who was also great. They completed the inspection and then invited me into the shop to show me, hands on, what the issues were, and what their recommendations were to address them. JB advised me that the front rotors were well within their lifespan and could be reconditioned, but the rear rotors would need to be replaced (metal on metal damage due to me putting this off for so long ) I ended up getting new rear rotors, reconditioning the front rotors, new premium brakes pads all around (with a lifetime warranty) and a full brake system flush for less than $800. The attentiveness, professionalism, and clear communication from these guys was refreshing. I haven t had this feeling from an auto repair shop in many years. I also had them go ahead and flush and replace the coolant, and complete a full synthetic oil change. This is not something they pushed or recommended to me, I simply wanted to get it done from a general maintenance standpoint. All said and done, all maintenance needs were taken care of and I was out the door for less than $1000. They even had the car ready for pickup the same day. I will be returning to Brakes Plus for all of my families auto care needs in the future. Give these guys a shot, you ll see what I mean.

Solid place and a good crew! Hard-working and honest! Manager seemed a little grumpy, but overall good guy! Dude at the front desk is good folk! The car is running like a dream, and I feel these guys are reasonably priced! I would make sure to give yourself more time than you think you need picking up your car!

This specific location was highly recommended to me. Their mechanics did a great job, and they have wonderful customer service. The waiting area is roomy and clean. Making an appointment online was very convenient and user-friendly. They did my alignment quickly, and for a great price. I will definitely return here for future work, and I highly recommend this place.

I cannot express my appreciation enough! I took my van in for a routine oil change and a serious issue was found with my rack and pinion. It had to be replaced and I did not have enough money for the repairs. Sean (the manager) took the time to not only reassure me that they could repair it same day but also was able to help me make it happen financially for our family. Again, I am so grateful to have taken my family car into his shop this day! Thank you to the entire team for keeping our family safe!

Josh and Sean were awesome. Fantastic communication. They checked everything we asked, diagnosed an issue several dealership service centers had not, took great care of the vehicle, and at a super reasonable cost. Definitely earned our trust. Just found our new service shop. No reason to go anywhere else.

When we initially brought our car here, I was a bit of a skeptic. Sean and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly addressed the issues we were having and took time to explain the repair and what was involved. I was so impressed with their integrity and service. I had my 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid serviced at Brakes Plus last week by Sean and his team. A huge thank you to the techs that worked on my car (I know hybrids and Fords are not the easiest to work on). I wanted to say they did an incredible job on replacing my front lower control arms, CV boots, and motor mounts! I was impressed that I received my prelim report of my alignment stats, and the completed report to show the difference. My car handles the road so well, and it feels like I'm driving a brand new car. For my future maintenance needs, I will be bringing my fusion back. Thank you Sean and team!

Sean and Josh provided amazing service on my car! This place has impeccable communication and they are trustworthy! Josh called first to let me know my vehicle needed a new air filter cause mine was plugged. They are very professional! I m bringing my truck next week to get serviced!!!!

First off Josh was awesome! I will continue to keep coming back to brakes plus especially this location. They are very honest with about what your car needs. I came in and was ready to get my brakes changed and they told me that I had a lot more left on them. They could ve just changed them and got their money but they didn t and that s why I will continue to keep coming back. Because in today s world, you need honest people to do business with.

I went to this location for the first time today and the whole experience was great. The store manager, service advisors and technicians were all super friendly and helpful and they got me back on the road in no time. I ll definitely be going back.

This the epitome of excellent customer service across the board. We walked in on a Friday afternoon, with no appointment for a brake check, oil change and tire rotation. Immediately we were greeted by the friendly and personable Sean Madison.After a quick check, he actually said that he didn t think it was necessary to have our brakes serviced quite yet, perhaps on the next oil change. However, the hubby preferred they go ahead and do it (since we were there anyway due to the fact that they would have to be done soon and we do a lot of high mileage driving).When s the last time you had that kind of honesty from an auto service place? Me personally - never! Usually it s upsell, upsell, upsell. It was a pleasant change!They got us in and out quickly, and it didn t break the bank! If you want honest, quick, friendly and reliable service - choose this establishment. 10 stars!! Thanks Sean!! We ve found our new auto service location!!

Just wanted to say thank you to Josh for helping me out on my 2011 Silverado on 33s. When I brought it in, it wasn't stopping correctly and squealing and he fixed it and it drives and stops like a whole new truck. The rotors look brand new from being resurfaced. Definitely go and see him.

Stopped in to have them check the brakes as they were pulsing. 3 hours later front and back brakes were all done. Pads and rotors turned. Bill was less than half of what I expected.Awesome service!!!

Brakes plus was great at assisting me and aligning my custom classic car. Sean made sure to get me in and assured me they could work on it with great care and attention. When my car failed to start Dillon came out to see if there was something he could do to help and when I got it running again Dillon did the alignment and was a pleasure to work with. They have done work before in the past on regular daily driver vehicles of mine and have always been awesome to do business with. I highly recommend Sean and his crew.Thank you Sean and Dillon

On my way home from work, I had a low coolant light pop on. My regular mechanic takes weeks to get into, so instead I made a next morning appointment at Brakes Plus. I generally hate going to mechanics and dread the experience, but that was not the case this time. I was astounded at the level of customer service from both the mechanic I spoke to, and Sean. They both were extremely kind and professional. They did a once over on my vehicle and gave me estimates on additional items they thought needed work; but instead of using scare tactics like many places do, they were honest about what was actually urgent and what wasn t. Not only that but I priced out a coolant flush at the car dealership, and a couple of other quick mechanic type places (i.e. Jiffy Lube) and they were quoting an additional $40 (or more) for the service compared to Brakes Plus. The job was done within the day, and at a great price. No gimmicks, or over sells or anything of that nature. I will definitely go back to Brakes Plus for additional maintenance and car repair needs.

JB went above and beyond helping me with my options for my noisy brakes on my Mercedes. He even did extra research that helped me save money. Loved the fact they show you exactly what s wrong with your car by bringing you into garage to see things in real time. Best customer service I ve ever experienced with any car repair. Needed a new stud asap with barely any money in the budget and they were able to accommodate and take care of what I needed! The price was high at first and I told them what I could do and they said that was perfect as long as I was safe driving!

This location is awesome! Everyone of their employees were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They were much cheaper than a different company I went to originally. I came to them for a second opinion and felt like I was treated fairly and honestly. They take you into the bay and actually show you what is wrong with your vehicle! I will definitely be coming back!

Oh where do I even begin If you re looking for brake services and are super skeptical about trusting a random mechanic to provide those services and not screw you over, Brakes Plus in Gilbert is the PERFECT place for you! Truthfully, this year has not been an easy one for this young momma, as I ve come across a series of unfortunate events. The last thing I wanted to worry about was any mechanical issues, especially when it s something that seems super small but is actually followed by many other concerning issues. I called Brakes Plus with a never ending list of questions and concerns and to my surprise, Chris was able to get me in the same day. Thankfully, they were able to take a look at my vehicle and answer all of my questions, all while explaining everything in great detail. I guess you can say it s true when they say you learn something new every day! & what I learned today is that good people in this world still exist & the guys at Brakes Plus are truly heaven sent! They were able to service my car a lot quicker than I had originally expected and were even able to help me out with some great deals to work around my budget. In all honesty, the whole experience felt like family and I can not express how THANKFUL I am for EVERYTHING! I kid you not when I say they brought tears to my eyes. Sean, Chris, & JB, with all the love and grace that I carry in my heart- THANK YOU!

These guys at Val Vista and Williams Field are the best of the best! My F-150 needed brakes and some front end work bad and they took care of me in a pickle ahead of a big trip I had coming up. Sean and JB are fantastic at what they do, talk about Trusted Experts displaying excellent customer service skills! This team is top notch. Thank you Brakes Plus for keeping me safe!
