New Brake Masters Queen Creek rd in Gilbert! Thomas and his mechanics are the best in the area! They took my Audi SQ5 18, and it feels like a new car. Very professional, clean, and great mechanics in general. They gain at new customer.

People, please do "NOT" go anywhere else until you stop at this specific Brake Masters location to have your vehicle checked/examined by Thomas's technicians/mechanics, thomas and his crew are dead on straightforward, honest and do not charge these ridiculous fees that other shops and mobile mechanics are charging in the area, they could had easily told me anything but they have integrity and honor and kept it real and explained to me what happened and tightened up the issue and made me aware of some other things going on with my vehicle. Thank you again, Thomas, and i will definitely be back just because of that kind gesture. Others need to take a page from your book. God bless you guys and your shop as well as keep you all safe!Jesus Christ is the Truth, the Life and the way to salvation. I went in on Saturday to get alignment done. Come to find out Jeff, Dave and one of their great mechanics does not work at this store anymore. I found out all of them went to store 215 in queen creek. They have been doing a great job at this store previously but now I will drive the extra distance just to go to the store that they have all moved to.

I ve been going to Brake Masters for well over a decade, and this was the best experience I ve ever had with my first time at this location. I called ahead to check if they could squeeze me in for a brake inspection, and Dave was a delight from beginning to end. He not only found time for me but was also in-depth when communicating the findings and quotes. They gave me a deal, never tried to upsell, and made me feel treated with honesty and integrity. I thought my car would need to be serviced another day, but I was pleasantly surprised they got me squared away same-day. Jeff and his team deliver top-notice customer service. I will go there for all of my future needs not only for the great service but also for the great people. Thanks, Dave!

This is the place Jeff and his team are the best around had an issue at location. Told the counter King Dave about what was going on he got Jeff involved and boom they fixed the issue even though it wasn t this location s issue. They truly show a pride in their customer service and work. The corporate office should really proud of this location.Service: Brakes

I went to Brake Masters on Higley and Queen Creek yesterday because my wife needed new rotors and brakes. I was amazing by the customer service they provided. Dave in the front was very nice and his communication was awesome. Very well ran location. I will be going there now for all my oil changes and brake needs! Thanks Dave!

H&I who?If you need any work done for a reasonable price, this is where you need to go. They ve serviced my brothers Duramax, my Dad s Navigator, my other brothers 1998 Honda accord etc They can do it all, definitely recommend.

A few months ago, they installed R1 Concepts ceramic pads and drilled & slotted rotors (both supplied by me) onto the front axle of my 2001 Durango. They're still working flawlessly, would highly recommend checking them out.

The place that looked at the vehicle prior to our taking possession didn t catch a major safety issue. This was my first time taking my car to Brake Masters. I had them do an oil change, cabin filter change and tire rotation. Dave and Jeff were outstanding in their friendliness and courtesy. They explained everything with care and concern for the customer. Most importantly, no big sales pitch. The service was completed while I waited. The technician, Aaron, did an excellent job. I could not be happier in having found a place for complete car care. Highly recommend!Services: Tires, Oil change

I came into Break Masters around 11:30 due to battery issues and right away I was kindly greeted by helpful staff and presented solutions right away. The staff had my faulty car fixed within a few hours!

I came in for an oil change, and upon inspection, we ended up replacing my air filters and engine belt as well. My appreciation to Dave for being very helpful and honest. Thank you to Zach and the other crew who completed the job quickly.This location has a comfortable seating area and offers cold drinking water if you are waiting with your vehicle.I've been to other Brake Masters before, but I will certainly be coming here in the future.

This is my first time with brake masters , it was great service with reasonable price quotes for my wheel alignment . We own both Honda s, but have still been taking them to the dealership for maintenance. BM opened just 5 minutes from our house. I took my truck in for an alignment and transmission flush. I had to replace the axels before they could align. Dave at the front desk is a delight and trusted advisor. We definitely spent more than expected, but the service was needed. The downside is that my truck was there all day. We intend to take our cars here going forward.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment
