APR has always provided exceptional service. The guys here are super knowledgeable and friendly, providing care for my cars when I need an alignment. The cars always come out of here driving better than factory.

APR did a fantastic job repairing our Toyota Rav 4. The work was done in a timely manner and they did not suggest any work that was not necessary. Pete was helpful and knowledgeable in his dealings with us. We will definitely go back to APR if we need additional assistance with our vehicles.

5-star auto shop right here. Honest...Quick...Communicative & they have great pricing. I manage a fleet of vehicles for a restoration company & they do a fantastic job managing everything for us. Pete is our point of contact & he has been Awesome!

I brought my 2020 Jeep Wrangler to APR because my AC was not working. I believed the problem to be electrical and Pete was recommended by my off-road shop as the guy who knows all the electrical things. Pete was absolutely fabulous from the time I walked in. He listened to me describe the issue and what I had done to try and remedy it. He spent a fair amount of time discussing the workings of newer Jeep wiring as I always want to learn about my vehicle and how to fix it myself when I can.I felt comfortable with Pete and decided to leave my Jeep with him to hopefully be repaired. Pete had my AC blowing cold in no time!!! To top it all off, when I returned to retrieve my vehicle, he explained what had been the problem, how to fix it if it happened again - and best - how to prevent it from reoccurring!!!I found Pete to be easy to talk to and very communicative. He never talked above my head or down to me. He also did not assume that I didn t know anything. I felt completely respected and heard by Pete. I absolutely recommend Pete at APR for all your automotive electrical concerns.Services: Electrical repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

It s always scary dropping your massive car off somewhere when it s making one of those expensive sounding noises. I knew it would be costly to fix, but also wanted to make sure I wasn t being given the run around and sold a bunch of junk. I don t know anything about cars whatsoever, so I asked a trusted friend in the auto repair business, and he immediately recommended Pete at APR. I cannot say enough good things. My truck runs better than it did before. There are still items that need to be taken care of soon, and I will happily drive it over to APR. Thank you for being honest, so honest even other car professionals recommend you! I will be back soon, this time minus the tow truck Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

APR is awesome, they are now my goto auto repair shop. They are straight forward and honest. I've taken my daughter's car and my truck there and they did exactly what only needed to be done and were right on with cost. I highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service, they can t adjust a piston in a caliper because somebody else installed it! wow it s hard to find somebody who actually knows what they are doing in Arizona! Everybody is just a parts changer nobody can actually diagnose a problem. I didn t threaten you with anything I told you what I was gonna do and did it! Your customer service is trash! If yall need a good shop go to Hammer Engineering on southern ave in Mesa

Had new rims and tires installed on my 2019 Mustang Bullitt. Car has less than 3200 miles on it but I did not like the black rims.. Element Wheels recommended ARR for alignment. Called Peter last week and told him alignment should be checked once the rims and tires were on the car. I went to a larger rim. Element installed rims and mounted new tires this morning. Called Pete he said bring it over. Which I did, the car needed alignment. It was done. Peter explained everything to me. I am pleased that I was able to get everything done the same day. Thank you, thank you. You now have a new customer. There today 7/23 for installation of jacking rails and rear SUSPENSION BRACKETS. Good job and done timely. I will be back with my other car and my lady friends car for oil changes and routine maintenance.Services: Electrical, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery

I took my 2002 Ford E350 to get an alignment done after I had a lift installed. When I got my vehicle back they didn t correct the alignment and they adjusted my camber so it was super negative. When I asked them about it they told me they adjusted it as best they could and that my knuckle was likely bent.I took the van to a different shop and they told me the knuckle is perfectly fine it just needed a different cam because of the lift. They also noticed another piece was worn out that would effect the alignment. They corrected these issues and the van s alignment is straight and it tracks true.If you have an older vehicle, I d consider taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Since moving to Mesa in 2019, we have been bringing our vehicles to APR and have nothing but great things to say. Their service is extraordinary. We took our car in for a tune up and before any services were rendered they sent us a print out with the cost. They are byfar the best mechanic shop we've been to in Arizona.

This was a second quote ; I asked for for a torn CV boot repair and a check for anything else that needed doing. Peter s recommendations matched what Goodyear told me on the major items I couldn t do myself (worn, leaking struts and damaged axle plus the CV boot) except APR s price was for new axles and not Re-manufactured for about the same price. He went over the easy-to-follow estimate sent to my cell phone, making sure we were both on the same page. It also was better than the competition with a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty. The Highlander rides great. I think I ve found my new go-to shop.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

My husband and I started bringing our cars to APR a bit over a year ago and they have been amazing. As a woman, it's hard going to a mechanic and not feel like you're being lied to or being taken advantage of but APR has never ever made me feel like that. They're very kind and they explain everything to me and answer all my questions. They are fast and always accommodate us if they can. This is the way all places should strive to be. We love them and "10 out of 10 recommend".

Eric I had a car in yesterday and used a new move in free oil change coupon but was still charged $21.37 labor. The coupon stated free conventional oil change which is fine and I was charged extra for 0W-20 no problem there, however I'm looking to get the labor charges reversed. Can you give me a call back to confirm my credit or send an email receipt?

I was very let down by customer service on this occassion! Expected my car done at a certain time, I called several hours after that time and he still wasn't done plus he was doing work I hadn't requested. APR is my 'go to' auto repair garage.They are honest, straightforward, and they do great work.I found this place a year or two ago, when my previous shop couldn't get me in. They're just down the street from where I live, so I tried them out. I ended up being very impressed by their work, I now use them for all my vehicles.They are really good at finding the real issues, instead of throwing parts at it.I highly recommend APR for all you automotive repair needs.

Peter has always been straight with us, which is hard to find these days. He checked out numerous vehicles before we bought our truck and has performed all maintenance on it since. We truly appreciate APR and won't take our vehicles to anyone else.

What a great experience everytime I bring my vehicles in for service. ARP is a very busy shop, and for good reasons, everyone is very knowledgeable I've spoken to. Fair pricing, can't say enough good about this place. Highly recommended!

Heater wasn't working so I brought the car for repair. Pete saw the cable that controls the heat/cold was not attached. Pete attached the cable and that fixed it.Thank you for the repair...APR is great! The system was checked out and it was all working the way it should. There was no charge for the quick repair. It is great to have a repair shop to go to that is honest and takes care of their customers. Thank you APR!!

I took my car into APR because it was making a horrible squeaking noise. They told me they were booked this week to fix any issue but they would diagnose it. Once in there it was determined that it was a brake issue that needed to be fixed right away. They fixed it right there and then. The owner was in the shop and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Love APR and can t recommend them enough.Service: Brakes
