Had my transmission blow on the freeway and to slowly drive it to Gilbert Aamco. Dropped of and spoke with Ryan. Ryan has great communication with the customer. I was called/emailed every step of the way to ensure that i was happy. They make sure the job gets done right and takes the time to really look into the issue. Thanks to the team for the turn around. Glad to be back on the road!!

I have been using this shop for 2 years now. They had Jeff as the manager over there and now they have Ryan. Every time I come in they do an amazing job. 10000% recommend this shop. They re a reasonable price and super friendly both in shop and over the phone. I don t trust just anyone to work on my car but I do trust these folks!

The boys at AAMCO were badass. Ryan was great. Talked me through my options. Didn t pressure. Gave good suggestions. I could have done a lot but did only what I needed for now. Honest .for sure. Sean .my tech, did a great job. Mike, the owner, helped make sure I stayed in communication to keep my car experience smooth and pleasant. Thanks fellas. :)

This location is by far the best service I have received out of the few others I have visited. There's a texted up-to-date picture/video of your problems and conditions of everything else. I will be returning when I have repairs. Great work team!

I recently had a transmission issue with my car and I took it to AAMCO in Gilbert, AZ. AAMCO Saved My Trip - Thanks to Jeff!I can't say enough good things about my experience at AAMCO, and it's all thanks to Jeff!I was visiting from out of town when my car suddenly broke down, leaving me stranded and stressed out. Thankfully, I stumbled upon AAMCO, and from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands.If you find yourself in a bind and need car service in this area, don't hesitate to visit AAMCO. They fixed all the problems with my car. I had taken it to the Chevy dealership numerous time and each time they said there was nothing wrong. I went to Aamco and found out all the motor mounts were bad again, which the dealership had replaced once already and found the transmission was bad. My car now runs like its new again.The service was the best I have had in a long time. Jeff is the greatest. Because of the quality of customer service and quality work done, I plan on bringing both my cars to Jeff for all my repairs.

My Ford Expedition wouldn't go into park! It had lost a screw earlier in the day but my husband had no idea where it went. He sent me to see Jeff at AAMCO on Val Vista in Gilbert. I was there maybe 15 minutes and it was fixed!! They didn't even charge me! I will definitely go back when I have problems again. Thanks guys!!!

In moving my daughter from Tucson to Gilbert her transmission began acting up. Got the car to Gilbert and contacted Jeff Doran who got the car in the same day to diagnose. Long story short, he was very upfront with me and had the vehicle done and ready to go in as short of time as possible since the transmission needed replacing. I live out of state and Jeff kept in touch with me as to what was going on and where we were with the transmission and shipping. 1st Rate Service!!! Would recommend this location to anyone and have told me daughter to go back for anything else that she may need done. Thank you Jeff!!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Hottest day of the year and my ac goes out!! Looked for a close place to take it and Aamco had so many 5 star reviews... so that's where I headed. They did not disappoint! Jeff was was professional, knowledgeable, and super great to work with. Work was done in a timely manner. They checked everything and gave me a full diagnostic report, and didn't pressure me into getting all things fixed at this time. They are busy, and I know why... they are good! Fantastic all around service. They were able to tow my vehicle and even removed the towing fee. The assessed my vehicle and gave me a very fair quote considering how much repairs can be.Definitely a place I will always be comfortable referring folks to for car servicing. Jeff in the office was awesome as well!

I'm glad that I did bring my newly purchased Lexus to them for a quick inspection. Jeff was very professional and helpful. His team found out some issues and t right away worked with the warranty company in a fast timely manner. After the repair, Jeff and his technician showed me around about my vehicle, helping me gain some more knowledge about my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

By far the best mechanic shop we have been to. Jeff and all his staff are always friendly and have a vast knowledge of what is best for your vehicle. When I walk out I feel well educated because the staff is knowledgeable and willing to explain in detail. Every recommendation has been on point which is how I went from a lemon car to basically a new one (2009 Dodge Charger). The customer service is exceptional each visit! I'm never blindsided by costs and LOVE the different financing available when I'm in a bind or when I needed major repairs. They completely replaced my blown engine among other various issues with my car in what I feel was record time.I refuse to go anywhere else!

Wanted to replace my transmission for 4000and wait 8 weeks for the new transmission. Took to another place and they fixed it said nothing wrong with my transmission. Driving perfectly now. I will never bring my vehicles here!! Minus 5 stars if I could!!!!

I have used the AAMCO Gilbert shop a couple of times now. Recently I had some work done and the results were less than satisfactory. I contacted the shop and talked to them about the issues. They scheduled an appointment the next day. They were able to diagnose the problems which ended up being some bad parts from their supplier. They replaced everything and thoroughly tested everything to make sure everything worked. The went above and beyond what was required of them and replaced some damaged plastic coverings and even washed my vehicle. I can confidently say that I have never been treated so well by any other company let alone any other shop. They showed excellent character simply by taking ownership and ensuring that I was satisfied as a customer. I will definitely use them for future repairs and can easily recommend them to anyone.

Getting your car serviced can be stressful but Jeff at our local AAMCO is amazing! He is professional, courteous and intelligent. I recently brought my Mazda 2 in for a check-up and oil change. The auto mechanics went over my car with a fine tooth comb, serviced my car and provided me with down the road repair items. I have to say it was actually okay to be told that in the next six months or so, I may be looking at some repairs. He also provided me with the estimates so I won't be suffering from sticker shock in six months. How wonderful is that! So if you need anything from an oil change to a transmission replacement, I highly recommend that you give Jeff and the mechanics at AAMCO a call. They are reliable and good to the core.

Jeff and his team took great care of our vehicle! Our little Mazda needed some new motor mounts, which helped with the transmission shifting! No need to rebuild or replace it! Also found a small leak in the engine intake that was not replaceable as those parts do not get sold.While there is a small possibility we may need to take it back if the intake manifold gasket goes worse, I would recommend AAMCO to anyone who just cannot do the job themselves. Trust me, the money spent now will be worth the pain and suffering you would go through yourself.Great job AAMCO!

We made an appointment to get our car worked on and they scheduled it for a Wed. at 11am and said the job would take about 4hrs and would call us. Well 5pm and still no call so we called them and they told us they would have to keep it for another day, we had a Dr's appt on Thurs morning but they didn't care...the next day we got a call around noon that it was done, I went to pick it up and the total was higher than the qoute!Bottom line, the COMMUNICATION WAS HORRIBLE!!! They should of advised us of the delay and why and what to expect the next day...so far the repair is holding up...

Hello. My name is Sean and I promised the guy at the shop I would write a review for the work performed on my truck at AAMCO. I almost got too lazy to write it, but as an Army veteran I had to keep my promise. Integrity :) Anyway, I am skeptical whenever and where ever I have mechanical work done, especially if it's with a service I never used Before. After picking up my truck yesterday, I am happy with the service provided. Honestly, I never knew my clutch could be this smooth. The price was fair and competitive and was less expensive than two other mechanics I received quotes from. One business who shall go nameless, wanted to charge me double what I paid at AAMCO. The other shop where I have been going for 14 years, quoted me a figure $200.00 more than AAMCO. I just wanted to let people know that and thank the guys for their hard work and great results. I will definitely go back to them and I recommend them as well. Have a good day.
