From start to finish Kelley's automotive was amazing. They got me in, did the work (brakes) and was timely. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was five stars. I recommend using Kelley's for your automotive repairs.

Was super lucky to find these guys otherwise I could ve been taken for a lot of money. I don t know much about cars and think it was pretty obvious.They are straightforward and have very transparent business model. It was very clear to me that their business model is focused on getting repeat business and good reviews, not interested in making quick profit.Essentially, my car was in bad shape and instead of offering me costly solutions - they told me it wouldn t be worth it financially for me to make any investment into the car. Very pleased and grateful for their service and honesty 10/10

We had our car diagnosed here, but ultimately had to go to another shop due to it being a specialized issue. I appreciate their honesty and customer service. They made sure we were squared away and took it up on themselves to call the other shop for us and get us setup. That's above and beyond in my book. Thanks.

I have an older car so I tend to run into a lot of problems that need fixing quick since its my only form of transportation. Kelley's has always been my go to repair shop because they have such amazing service! The whole staff is lovely and the service is exceptional! They've always been quick while also doing an amazing job and you just can't beat the price!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Electrical, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Even though they couldn t repair the goofy stuff that was going on with my car, they took at least two hours to try and obtain the problem. They did not charge me. I was surprised and they are wonderful humans I will definitely be taking my car back there, even though they couldn t fix the problem.

I took my SUV in for an oil change, tire rotation and 10K miles check. All that worked there could not have been any nicer! The price was very reasonable and the service was quick. I will definitely be back there for any future service. It was a pleasure!

I have been a very satisfied customer of Kelly Auto for 15 years or more. Darian is the most knowledgeable mechanic, manager, owner I have ever encountered. Vanessa at the front desk is professional and efficient. All the mechanics are master mechanics.The reasons I continue to be a loyal trusting client is excellent quality of work done, and I have experienced the utmost honesty and professionalism from everyone I have dealt with. They are well known for honesty. They are particularly respectful of women. From experience, I trust them completely.

For anyone needing a mechanic-I can t rate Kelley s Automotive high enough! we have 3 vehicles, and 2 of them are much older (06 highlander and 05 ford truck)Both vehicles were having various issues, and Toyota told us the highlander needed a whole new engine. And the truck was having tons of issues too. We were getting crazy answers from mechanics in Pennsylvania and Arizona We were super frustrated, and decided to try Kelley s. When I called, the guy on the phone was so nice and accommodating. He listened to me try to mansplain the vehicle issues and he was attentive. He got the truck scheduled immediately, and within 2 days- it was running like it was brand new. And it cost a FRACTION of what other places were suggesting.So of course, we scheduled the Highlander- preparing to be told the worst. We thought it was toast, and needed an engine.Kelley s turned the highlander brand new in less than 48 hours and again- it was a FRACTION of the cost. My mind is still blown.They re both running amazing.I can t brag about this place enough. Please don t go anywhere else. Honest. Quick. Reliable.Best automotive shop we ve ever used!

HONESTY, HONESTY, HONESTY! Darian and crew are the BEST. There are 47 "What services did they perform?" to choose from. We've had at least half of them done, all to our satisfaction. Been going to them since they first opened up. This family team is amazing After several bad experiences with AAA Over the last few years, I have found a professional, honest place to keep my 04 Lexus in tip top shape. I read the good reviews of Kelley's; I've lived in Fountain Hills a little over 2 years, I used a different shop last time (Sun Devil) and was not pleased with experience. I called ahead of time to Kelley's and advised I needed repair completed same-day. I got my vehicle there when they opened (7:30 AM). They were very professional in reviewing cost up front. They finished repair before 1:30 PM. There is a nice, small town feel to this shop, very inviting. I will go back.Service: Brakes

Joe and the guys at Kelley's were everything you could hope for from a mechanic. They diagnosed the problem quickly and at no cost, explained the options and the pros and cons openly, and then got the parts and completed the repairs quickly. Should the need arise for any additional work in the future, we will be back! I wholeheartedly recommend Kelley's.

Just had my clutch replaced and a brake issue repaired with Kelley's. Price was mid-range of the quotes I received, but the service was great. There was a small delay due to one of their suppliers, but they kept me informed early on. They communicated the issue and timeline to me right away. Couldn't be happier with the service I received!I also had my A/C repaired with them several years ago, and also had a good experience. I'll keep coming back.

Wow I ve known Darian and have used Kelley s since 1998 since I ve lived here in fountain hills and recently I ve had newer vehicles covered by the dealership so I haven t needed to use their services. I have recently purchased an older vehicle that needed work done thinking it needed a starter. I called Tuesday had an appointment booked for this Friday waiting to get the vehicle in to them because I ve trusted their work. I just received a call from him that he is declining to work on my vehicle, when I asked if he thought he could fix the problem. He said that wasn t the issue he has his reasons and is denying to do work in my car. I m floored!! Crazy!

They were not able to fix my vehicle issues but helped me find someone that could. The best service I have ever received without needing direct service. Will come back when I can and am able to use them

I had an emergency issue with my vehicle and, based on online recommendations, asked for it to be towed to Kelley Automotive Repair. Not only were the employees very kind, they were honest about the extent of the damage and actually gave me two repair options. Best of all, my vehicle was ready to be picked up sooner than originally promised. Unfortunately, I've become accustomed to being treated dishonestly about vehicle repairs (even in Fountain Hills) so I'm very happy to have found a reputable mechanic for future issues.

Best place ever! I dropped off my car to have it checked out. I was dreading the call about what was wrong with my car. I expect a high cost fixed. But no! I was informed by the mechanic my car was still under warranty and I can get the repairs done at no cost out of my pocket. He even gave me the location of my dealer service center. This mechanic basically did all the leg work for me. And I wasn t even charged for the diagnostic check. I am so happy I came here and will use their services in the future if needed.

I only trust Kelley's Auto in Fountain Hills. They do the best work in good time and at the best price. They are straight up with you and tell you how serious or non-serious a repair is. My family and I have been taking our cars here for years and they know us by name when we call. Kelley's staff goes above and beyond to make sure both you and your car are taken care of. If I ever moved out of the phoenix area, I would still take my car to Kelley's.

I am a "gearhead" that has done all of my own work on our cars for all of my life. I first took one of our three vehicles to Kelly's a month after they opened as a result of a super, honest experience my father had with them while visiting us. I was quite busy traveling at the time and needed something fixed fast - Darien, family and team had it fixed for my wife right away, at low cost and friendly service.Ever since then, I've increased the amount of work I have them do because I can trust them and they are so cost effective, it's worth the extra time made in my schedule.I refer everyone I know to Kelly's, and you can be assured that they are extremely honest people, with great experience.

Upon return to our home in Fountain Hills after being absent for 6 days, our auto started briefly and quit. I called a friend to recommend a service garage. He said he always used Kelly's in Fountain Hills. I had the auto brought to their center around noon. They did a brief check and discovered that it was not getting gasoline and thought it was either an electrical problem or a fuel pump (which is what I thought). By closing time, they had it diagnosed and parts ordered. The following morning they called and let me know that it would be repaired by noon. It was and at the rate quoted! Also, they brought me home and back again at no additional charge. I highly recommend their service. Very friendly staff as well.

I took my 2017 Ram 1500 to get some service done. Kelly Automotive was responsive to my questions and calls. They also clearly diagnosed and described the issues and quoted very close to the final total.I recommend Kelly Automotive to anybody with vehicle troubles. Kelly's has served us well for many years. This is one of the few shops where you feel you are getting top service from friendly, professional people. We like the fact they let us know something needs watching for possible replacement in the future, and each time we take that vehicle in they recheck to see how the part is holding up. We have no qualms referring Kelly's to friends.

What a wonderful shop. Honest, very clean, and well managed. A recent repair on my '02 Santa Fe was performed expertly and for a good price. The shop even offered me transportation while the repair was underway. Will definitely go back.
