If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would! Was the easiest and quickest process working with Ned to get my windshield replaced. He was communicative, friendly and even spoke to my insurance company with me to get my replacement covered & scheduled. Darrell came to my work to do the replacement in less than 24 hours from my request and was also friendly and efficient! They even went the extra mile by noticing my windshield wiper fluid line was broken and offered to come back the next day to replace it for me, free of charge. Excellent customer service, I won t use any other company for auto glass services!

Called Glassy Auto Glass for a chip repair. Ned showed up the next morning and fixed it at my place. Took his time on the windshield and did a great job. Very pleasant man easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend him and his company for any auto glass issues.

Ned did a great job. We contacted him after a rock hit our windshield while driving from Tucson to Phoenix. He advised us to go immediately to the nearest auto glass repair shop. We stopped at the first Safelite. They had no customers in any bay, 5 guys were standing in the garage and the receptionist told us we needed to make an appointment and come back later. We left, drove to Scottsdale and called Ned back. He coordinated everything with our insurance company and came to the house at the end of the day. Repair was done in the drive. Everything looks great. Thanks for the great customer service.

Fast, easy, hassle free. Glass repair internet searches led me to Safelite and they wanted me to sit for 3-4 hours in their facility for a windshield replacement and calibration. Sorry, but that s not something busy people have time for. I m a business owner with a lot on my plate.Called and spoke with Ned who required less than 5 minutes from me. The next day, not only was my windshield replaced in my driveway, but also professionally recalibrated on my Audi without issue. The whole process took them about an hour.I ll keep them in my contacts and use them again. Convenience is everything and this was the cleanest, most professional and time efficient process I have had.

I couldn't believe how affordable it was to have my windshield replaced. Ned was super friendly as well as John, the technician who replaced my windshield. They even added tints for only $20 extra ! It only took John maybe a half hour for full windshield replacement. I would recommend to anyone, especially people on a budget who want quality top shelf service. I spend my winters in Fountain Hills and got a rock chip in the windshield of my new car. I went two places to ask who they recommend for repair and both of them told me Glassy Auto Glass is the best. I called and he came to my house same day and did a great job. I highly recommend him.

I called Glassy with a concern about a rock chip that I recently got in my windshield. Within an hour, they were at my house and filled the chip to prevent any future cracking. Great customer service, friendly demeanor, and an all around positive experience. I would recommend them to anyone in the area that is looking to get their windshield replaced or repaired.

Great experience! John was quick, on time (fit me in early actually), and very professional. He came to my work so I didn't have to go anywhere for a great price. Had some huge cracks in my last windshield and they took care of me with no problem. The new glass looks great!! Will definitely go through these guys again!

From Texas and traveling in Arizona, caught a rock coming into the Phoenix area on I17 in route to Fountain Hills. We won t be back home for a while and fearing the crack would grow, I called Glassy Auto Glass and these guys came out to our hotel and had me repaired in Under an hour and at a very reasonable rate. This was by far the easiest and seemless windshield replacement I ever encountered. The tech introduced himself and was done in no time. Impeccable work! Completely professional. They came to me. I d would definitely recommend. I am an on call Dr so the timing, convenience and flexibility are unmatched anywhere else. Kudos on a job well done. I m very pleased !

I was referred to these guys by Desert Dawg Auto after being given an astronomical quote from SafeLite. Price was fair and within the cash market price and not a I-want-to-swindle-your-insurance-company price range. Scheduling was quick and they came out within 24 hours.Auto glass in Arizona is basically a consumable at this point. I bought an OEM Ford F-250 windshield from SafeLite and it lasted about 6 months. Went with aftermarket this time and will be calling these guys when that one goes. That said, Ned, the owner, gave recommendations on vehicle accessories to reduce the risk of another chip so will be looking into that as well.
