I came into Discount Tires knowing exactly what brand and size of tire I needed for my truck. As I parked Steven met me outside and greeted me EXTREMELY friendly and professionally.We talked through my needs and the Toyo Tires I wanted ordered and the next day they were installed RAPIDLY and EFFICIENTLY.Discount Tire is the only tire shop I ever go to because of the consistency of service, products, and their warranties. Keep up the great work!!!

I m so grateful for the manager and the technician at the Shay Discount Tire! They stayed late on a Saturday night to make sure I got home safely. They showed me immense integrity and kindness. Bravo!

This has been a 6 month nightmare. I bought 2 new tires. The next day 1 went flat. I went to the store on cave creek and bell to get the new tire fixed. It kept going flat for once a week for a month after. I went back to the fountain hills store and they said it's my rims. I bought 4 new rims and the same tire went flat the next day. They then said it was the tire. Since getting a replace ment tire for that one it losses air and I have to air it up once a month. I am now back at discount on bell and 43rd with the dame tire flat. This is not acceptable! I do not recommend them for anything except free air.

Jonathan and Brandon both worked to make sure I was completely satisfied with my tires. All of the staff at this location were friendly, professional, happy, and helpful.

One of my tires got shredded on the highway. Gave them a call to check about my warranty and they slotted me in between their busy rush. I got in and out way faster than I expected and the team members were super friendly and helpful (shout-out to Steven and Cole) even when I found myself with another popped tire later that day! Never been so relieved and happy with such awesome service in what would have been a nightmare to handle otherwise. As long as things are this good I will not be looking for another tire shop for the foreseeable future

These guys are great. Always friendly and all the employees are hard workers. Prices are better than anywhere around plus they will do unconventional work for you. Wont ever get tires and wheels elsewhere. I've bought almost half a dozen sets of tires with them and they've always done a great job. Kelly, Josh and Luke are awesome to work with!

Great store, employees are friendly and the service was amazing. This is the first store that had my tires in stock. I got in and out quickly in one visit instead of two. The customer service area was very clean.

This is my favorite Discount Tire. The employees are nice and the wait isn't too bad. They could use a good scrubbing on the front door though!

Without a doubt, Discount is the go-to place for all your tire needs in town! I had visited Sun Devil Auto for an oil change and was surprised when they quoted me $1000 to replace all four tires, even though only one needed replacement. However, I decided to compare prices and visited Discount, where they carefully measured my tires and recommended that I only replace three of them, since the driver's rear tire was still in good condition. I was impressed with their honesty and professionalism, and to top it off, their quote was significantly lower than Sun Devil Auto. Thank you Discount Tire!

I have been coming here since I was a child, always had great service. However over the last few years Cole has been a standout. He has been incredibly accommodating with any and all requests over the last few years. DISCOUNT IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PROMOTE SOMEONE LOOK NO FURTHER. This dude is unbeatable I have an old salvage truck and he is always helping out. I typically get terrible service at shops due to my truck, but not here. Give this man a raise.

I am an old customer off Discount Tires but I moved and went to Fountain Hills location 16745 E Shea Blvd, Fountain Hills with my newer Mazda CX5 for just the tire rotation and balance if needed.At first they were very nice and register my vehicle - than the sales person ask me for keys and went outside to check on my car. 2 minutes later they called me stating that they won't be able to rotate my TOYO tires because I need new tires at 30.600 miles. I am not a fool and ask the young sales guy to give me the paperwork with numbers of the" Tires Inspection Measurements" The guy wrote that my tires were at 4.4 and 4.3 in front and the back at 3.5 ad 4.3. I called Mazda dealer and drove to check the tires with them. Mazda service people were surprised and stated that my tires still look okay and can serve for more miles. Mazda recommend changing them when they measure at 3 or below. Also I found out that the discount tire sales guy lower the measurements given to me. My dealer is far away from my home therefore I went to discount tires for the service to stay on the top of keeping up with car maintenance. I will never go to DISCOUNT TIRES again. The Mazda dealer stated that they have often good sales on tires and you can get better deal from them or they also stated that if I want perhaps Michelin tires instead of Toyo than "COSCO" - always has the best price. Check your options before you give too much money to dishonest business location in Fountain Hills.

Discount Tire Great Job Yet Again!I was recently upgrading my wheels and tires, Brandon at the Fountain Hills store was amazing. It is hard to pick that stuff from just a web site. Brandon was very patient and provided outstanding service. I ultimately bought the wheels somewhere else because DT couldn't get the ones I really wanted. I was so pleased with his help I bought the tires from him and was able to get the Roadside warranty which I would not have gotten for the other place. I have never had a bad experience at DT and have been getting tires there since the 90's. Give them a shot they wont let you down.

Much disappointment with this location and front desk help. I had a blow out on a 33 ft trailer and it just so happened this store was within 500 yards away. I needed just a simple tire changed. I advised the person at the counter that I also had 3 dogs with me and asked how long the wait was. I was told about 45 mins. After an hour and just idling and went in and was told about another 45 mins as we had other customers before us. They certainly had time to pull 2 guys from bays to fill up FREE AIR but couldn't change a tire. After waiting, I pulled the trailer up on the curb and changed it myself. I will NEVER use this location. Poor management, too much upselling to older clients, terrible service. I went to a different discount tire location the following day and had the tire immediately replaced at half the price I was quoted at the Fountain Hills location. Save yourself some money and use a different establishment.

This DT is a great location! They are fast, balance larger tires really well ( we have 35s) and Jonathan and team provided excellent service. This will be my go to spot when in the area!

We we're passing through Fountain Hills and noticed a screw in the tire. Stopped by their store, troubleshot the leak, repaired it, and we we're on the road in 45 minutes. All of while providing great service and for no cost. What a great experience.

Had a slow leak in one tire. I called Friday afternoon and they said come right over. They saw me immediately and fixed the tire within an hour. Gave me an update on status of my tires (which have only a little bit of tread left before needing replacement) but didn t try to hard sell me new tires. And they didn t even charge me for the repair. This place is unbelievable. Made me feel like they truly valued me as a customer. They also have great customer support software. I got a text on the status of the car throughout the repair process. I can t recommend them enough!

Customer service par excellence! Today, my wife drove her SMART car to have air tire checked. Losing air too frequently, he recommended she go inside to determine why. Immediately, they attended to her needs and rectified the problem removing a nail. We bought tires from them a while back. They were polite, courteous and professional. Kudos to the staff at Discount Tires in Fountain Hills. Great job!

This discount tire is very good at their job! I had all kinds of complications with my vehicle when it came to bolt patterns and made a mistake myself. They treated me with respect and were also very kind. Great team of people keep up the great work.

Well the day started out awful. I walked out to my truck to find a flat tire. It was 9am and already over 90 degrees. I'm old and out of shape. It took me 45 minutes to change my tire then I got cleaned up and drove to the Discount Tire in Fountain Hills. A young man named Steven immediately came out to the truck and got all of the information. He told me that they would figure out why it went flat because there was nothing obvious to have caused it to go flat. My wait was about 20 minutes before Steven came back and said that they found the tiniest of holes and that they were repairing it as we spoke. Steven informed me that they would drive it around when finished and give me the paperwork as well as put my spare back under the truck. I went to the counter to pay for the repair and he said that there was no charge. Steven said that they were here for their customers. WOW service of that caliber is rare and special. Discount Tire has earned a loyal customer who will share this experience to many people. Thanks to Steven and all of the guys at the Fountain Hills Discount Tire. I would like to add that my day had been in the crapper all morning but the response and service I received here really turned it around. Everyone needs more days like this.

Wow! Richard was a Rockstar yesterday. We took our neighbor's car in to repair/replace a flat. They had to order the tire and it came in the same day and got it installed. Their customer service is outstanding!!! Thank you

By far the best experience I've had at a Discount Tire. I easily made an appointment online. Cole and Steven made sure I was taken care of and kept aware of findings. Options were given and no pushing for a sale.

They guys here were so nice and helpful, I had a flat tire due to a nail and they plugged the hole up and got my tire back on my cat all for free!!

I have lived in Fountain Hills for nearly 26 years.. I have been bringing my vehicle to Discount Tire, Fountain Hills since their opening. I feel they have always been fair. I call, they schedule me, take me at the time they schedule, are polite, professional, clean and neat. Thank you for your excellent service. I highly recommend you to all my friends and family members.

These guys are amazing! I called because I curved my valve stem and they said they would swap it out no problem. Not only did they have great service, but they didn t even charge me to replace the valve stem. Probably the first time I ve been pleasantly surprised by anyone in the auto industry! Would recommend to anyone who needs a reliable and friendly auto tire and wheel service!

Very efficient! I was in today and had an appointment. Josh C helped me out and was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. The place was packed and each and every one of their employees handled this with kindness and grace. For how busy it was you would have thought some of them would have gotten flustered but that was not the case at all. Every employee remained friendly and attentive to each of the customers.
