We got a flat tire on Sunday, so Monday we took the tire to be fixed at Walmart Fort Mohave. We got a call in the afternoon from a man saying that the hole was too big and that we needed a new tire. We used to go to another tire shop, but we figured that Walmart usually has the best prices in town. So we asked him to order us a tire. We called Tuesday, the tire was not ready. We called Wednesday he said that they ordered the wrong size of tires so we had to call Thursday. We called Thursday and no one answered in the morning so we called in the afternoon and a lady answered and asked several specific questions as tire size, model number, make, model and year of the car, etc. Then she says that the tire was not ready. When we asked when it was going to be ready she said I have no idea. Just keep calling every day. On Friday we got a call later in the morning telling us to go pick up the tire. We went at the end of the day and the same woman was there. She once again asked us all the detailed questions and said that there was no order for us. After we insisted that we left our tire there Monday she asked for the fob and went to our car to copy something. She came back and said that her system was not accepting the make and model of our car. Instead of asking a manager or an experienced coworker she kept showing us her tablet. Somehow it worked, she entered our information and told us to come back in a few minutes. My husband wanted to show the worker where the key to the tire was because things are hidden in this type of car, but the lady said he was not allowed to talk to them otherwise she would have to book him. We came back and the tire was not ready. My husband had to show the worker where the key was. When we got the bill, the discount that was promised to us for the inconvenience to have to wait for so long for the tire was not honored. We mentioned it, but the lady said there was nothing she could do, so we paid $366 for ONE TIRE! We will never go back there again.

I brought my car in for a simple oil change and was left with a broken down car. The staff told me I was missing something he described to me as a dip stick for my transmission and to buy a replacement off of Amazon. I didn t make it 3 miles down the road before my car started to shack and rattle. It has been 5 days sense my car was broken and I have just now received a phone call from claims. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

Thank you to Mike who helped me this morning (5/26/23) at the Auto Center! He was at the desk! You were so kind and patient! You are great at multi tasking, and still with a great attitude. If you want to go some where that service is dead.... Then here it is! Ask for full synthetic and instead they do a partial blend.... It is not the same thing. I don't believe the technicians are at fault but the cashier in that department wrote everything down except what I wanted. Not to mention he basically refused to acknowledge me, only addressing my husband and then made a key that doesn't work and then argues over it and it was a transponder key. Thankfully the technicians tried to help us.

I originally scheduled an appointment for about 6pm but I got off work early and asked them if they had an opening and they did! And when they quoted me 2 hours for the tire job I said ok and it was actually done in 45 minutes so I was a very happy customer.

For being a Walmart Auto Center, it's decent. Their oil changes are on a first come, first serve basis they currently have new people training but they still get it done

Ordered tires that were in stock April 10th, made an appointment for installation on April 19th at 6p (soonest appt available). Called the day before to confirm, also received an email last night. Got here and Rick said they only had one guy and couldn't do the install (why no call? Or email of this impending issue?!) Cancelled and now Walmart won't return my money for 10 days! Save the hassle and go someplace professional that values your time.

First, I called to ask about "full synthetic" oil changes available and what's the price... the one guy answered my questions and stated it would be $41.99. So I proceeded to go and give them a try. When I got there, there's a line where an older woman gets all the information and checks the oil and puts me in line to be next. She comes out when my car is already up in the platform preparing to start the oil change. While there's a posted with all the prices. It reads, "FULL SYNTHETIC $49.99. Obviously, I didn't mention it. The tech assistant(I'll call her that) comes into the waiting room and she stated that they don't have the bulk oil on hand so they'll have to charge me $61.99 now. I asked for the manager and he heard from the lady and myself. While he tried to assist he said he couldn't do anything about 2 others who gave me a price, only stated, "she's new to the store." Advised him that customer service would have been nice and I would've still used their service. Needless to say, because of the lack of communication and customer service. I ended up purchasing an online package from jiffy lube that was $59 each change for a total of 3 in a package!! Only reason is because I contacted them inquiring on the price as well... only difference between them is jiffy employees stated, "I would love to give you a price over the phone but we'd like to see the vehicle to ensure the price is correct!" And I ended up going there... it was the $58.99!! With a tip as well for the honesty!

Rick needs to learn how to talk to women. My wife picked our order. Following the direction given, she showed him the bar code to scan. He got an attitude with her and said scanning the bar code doesn't do anything. So I sent her the order number. He then tells her, in a grouchy tone, that the tires had not been scanned yet which in fact they had been scanned because we got the email and app alerts telling us that they were ready for pick up. This entire "experience" was a JOKE!!!! Was told the tires would arrive Jan 6th and would be ready for pick up anytime after 1pm. Stop by at 2:30pm and no one knew anything about them. No info listed when they checked the computer. Stopped by Saturday the 7th in the evening since I was already there shopping. Once again no one knew or could find any Information about my order. Eveny the app still showed they would be ready for pick up after 1pm the previous day. Completely unorganized!!!!

My daughter's battery died and the tow driver suggested, after jumping the car, we drive straight to the auto center because Walmart guarantees their batteries& there's a Walmart everywhere. Quoted us 2.5 hrs. It was done in less than 44 minutes. Review and rating changed from very upset & 2 to a 4 with a good review.

I went there about 4 pm one day a guy about 5 10 dark hair was working the register and stood there for about 4 minutes he finally asked if I was waiting for someone to help me I said yes then I started telling him I needed a tire. I am half def so I had to ask him a few times what he said he started giving me an attitude and rolling his eyes finley he said they have the tire I needed and said I can sell it to you and I was like I need you to put it on for me and he said we can't do that you have to have an appointment to do a tire change so I told him I had to drive to Victorville tomorrow I really need it asap he said I will make you an appointment tomorrow morning at 8 am I said ok fine. The next day I came in and they only had two people working the day time people are really good and kind just took over 2 hours to get done tho and they told me they don't do appointments but no one cared about they guy who cost me time and money because I had to wait for the next day for no reason.

IF YOU LIKE YOUR RIMS- DONT GO HERE! Started a claim because the kid taking our tires off dinged 2 of our brand new rims. After multiple attempts talking with managers, never once heard back from anyone. I would give one star, but they can delete if it's under 3. Hopefully this review will save someone else's rims.

Never called me to tell me my car was done (oil change took all day) and when I called numerous times no one picked up the phone. I had to call corporate to complain.

The Auto Care Center is clean, run by people who seem to know what it takes to work in an auto center. The center is also organized. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is they really need more employees that know their stuff. It's just too busy to skimp on well versed employees.

Out of oil for medium priced LOF, but had same weight available for low & higher priced service - didn't make sense to me.Also told it would be at least an hour for service.And this is my preferred Center in the tri-state area, lol.

They're just what you'd expect them to be! Your car being taken care of at a Walmart price haha but a great place to get tires for cheaper than most places for sure!

Fast, friendly service at prices you can't beat! Knowledgeable staff, as is not always found at other Walmarts! Satisfying experience with confidence in knowing service was done right!

I like using Walmart for oil changes. They are priced correctly and if they make a mistake they correct it quickly.
