Called for an AC service. Ryan said they happened to be slow at the moment. Dropped the car off, they got me a ride home and sent a ride to get me to pick up the car 1.5 hours later. I'm now ready for summer with an AC that kicks butt

The manager was very knowledgeable about the make of my vehicle and recommend an oil weight I hadn t tried before from among the numerous weights recommended. Vehicle is running better than ever and it was a good price with the sale on synthetic. Definitely worth waiting a day to schedule the work rather than paying more for less at a quick change franchise.

It was a great experience for me. I felt safe taking my car into tire works. They were quick, honest and very reasonable in prices. We also had our oil change. I am diffinately going back when services are needed.

I am from out of town and was in an urgent need of two JetSki trailer tires. The manager and mechanics were extremely professional, genuine and honest . Extremely expedient too ! The prices were ridiculously low, in my opinion. I highly recommend Tire Works for any of your needs !

Rude customer service, did an alignment on new tires, would not provide a read out of work. The alignment caused damage to tires and Ryan still would not address the issue properly. He readjusted it and again it was worse. Do not use this business.

I went to the Fort Mohave location to purchase tires very nice people. Except for when 2 weeks later I picked up a nail and went in at 4pm to have it patched they told me they could not do it as they closed at 6. So I had to drive home on low PSI. The next morning bright and early went in and they said it was gonna be 3 hour wait for a patch and I could just go across the street if that s all I needed. So I went to the BHC location and was in an out and patched with Amazing service. Should never tell a customer to go to another business as you re too busy for me.

Well.....new to the area I was in search of reputable shop to work on my 2004 Chevy 2500HD. A friend of mine recommend Tire Works in the former Superior Tire location in Fort Mohave.Ted and Jason were upright and personable......my water pump was leaking and I was originally going to try out the dealership on the parkway. After getting the run around there I called Ted and the rest is history.Jason took the lead in my trucks issues and within hours I was back on the road with a new water pump.This is an honest shop. When I was checking in this morning I overheard Jason telling a customer who needed some lug nuts.....No Charge! The man was older and well, this was impressive as lug nuts aren't cheep now. I was impressed with their work, kindness and patience as I was late to pick up my truck and Jason stayed until I arrived.New to the area and I'm grateful for a new shop to keep my future classic on the road!This place is Superior but NOT Superior Tire any more. They are Tire Works and do just about everything to keep you on the road......Thanks guys!

Went in for a quote on some work for our 2013 ford mustang. I explained what I needed done and Ryan the manager was very helpful in getting me a quote for the work needed. We agreed on the price and the work was performed within a couple of hours as promised. Great customer service I would not hesitate to return to them in the future.

OMG!!! The guys in the Ft Mohave location are amazing!!! Ryan and his team took such great care of me!! Craig who is now at the Kingman store, is also awesome. I am female and as strong as I may deem myself to be, however having a car not running quite right is a very big deal to me. Tire Works is the best, seriously! When my car engine light came on, driving out from CA on a Friday night, I took it into them on a Saturday late morning, Ryan was great- gave me good solid info, without false promises, and delivered. He got his guys on my concerns and delivered having the car done way before he originally told us it would be ready! Awesome team!!! Now I can drive home, back to CA with peace and that is worth it's weight in gold! Love these guys and so highly recommend them!!! Love Craig too ( in Kingman)

I had a much different truck that is over 80 years old with a 69 Camero front clip so the tires were no problem but the front end alignment was a no go although they gave it a try. I believe they will do all they can to get the job done.

Was in an out! Went in for a free valve stem tightening which I knew could possibly turn into it needing fixed for $$. Luckily it was only $22. Got it all done in and out in less than half an hour. Guys in there were really really nice! Will definitely go here for all my tire and car needs that they serviceService: TiresService: Tires

Ted was helpful and professional.. Thank you. i came in to get the Cv axles installed and you saved me from having a bad accident. I bought 4 new tires after the CB axles, and I will come back to get the back aligned on my Scion TC, you remember who I am the picture is of the old tire that I have and thankfuk the guys told me about it!UPdate as of December 11th, 2022.Ted knows how to take care of a customer. Went in for an oil change on the 9th and he was able to give me a great deal! Thank you! And thank you to the team for working on my car!Update: November 22, 2023.Jason helped me out and was professional! I appreciate you helping me out!. He went out of his way to help me with my truck battery. See you next week! I highly recommend this place!

I have been going to this business for many years. It has gone through a few name changes over the years, But the customer service and the service has been always great. The parking lot gets a little crowded since the rental agency shares the same space i recently found out at my last visit they purchased the north lot. So parking will improve.

Ted Carman was very helpful and friendly, the service was done timely and efficiently. My jeep is 23 years old, got my window done, oil changed, radiator flush and other things, great place I would recommend, the biggest thing I think it was reasonable priced.

I had an alignment done and something felt off. After gathering knowledge from other men in my family that have more experience. I determined that the job was done swiftly, poorly or not at all. So I went back into the office to describe my issues. Vehicle pulls hard to one side while driving and breaking. Excessive tilt while cornering. Also information on my invoice about my brake pad level was incorrect stating that my rear brakes were as thick as my brand new front brakes. Which would be impossible the rear brakes are 2-3 years old.They stated that the information on the invoice was auto filled, as if that excuses giving a customer false tire pressures and brake pad thickness.Regardless we moved onto the real issue, the pulling and rough ride were still the same after alignment.So I was then confronted by a mechanic that seemed annoyed asking have you ever done an alignment before Obviously no or I wouldn t be there paying for one. But that doesn t mean I can t tell if the alignment was done right and that I didn t have other more knowledgeable people feel it and look at it. He then tells me after we look at my truck that the issues I m having are not alignment but I need new coil springs. And in fact said without new coil springs taking a bad bump could bend or break a control arm. WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THIS WHEN PICKING UP THE VEHICLE.I asked the man at the desk before paying if there were any issues he said not at all.And then I come back a week later to find out the information about the coil springs.I never received a before and after alignment paper that shows where your steering was before and after.This is a paper that auto shops give you to show you basically what adjustments were made. This wasn t even offered.I left without a refund and feeling ripped offOverall it was a horrible first and last experience I will have at this place.Ps: the guy at the front desk is a piece of work.I Went to another shop in bullhead and they took care of me and let me know what other issues I may have.
