Oh my gosh! Only good things to say. My engine light came on this morning, I got it checked at auto one and it was a small but urgent fix, I bought the part but had issues finding someone to fix it, I live out of town and needed to get it fixed before I left. I was lucky to get squeezed into their schedule as they said they were booked up the whole next week.They fixed my car fast, and it wasn t a fix that broke the bank. They were professional and quick, and extremely friendly. I ve had some awful experiences with all my past fixes for my cars where the issue wasn t fixed when I picked it up or where had tripled the price just because I didn t know about cars. This is the best experience I ve had!I m glad I have someone trusted to go to when I come down here for work and need help again. Highly recommend!

I absolutely do NOT recommend this place of business!! Not only did he lie and price gouged me for almost double what he'd told me, but the service performed on my vehicle was ridiculously poor. I told him the truck shut off in the middle of hwy 95 and brought it immediately back to him, only for him to say it's running perfectly fine. NO it wasn't even close!! The spark plug wires were half backwards. For me to notice this and I'm not a mechanic. No paper work was filled out, and I should have turned around immediately, I guess that's my fault. STAY AWAY

J&J Mobile has served this area in auto repairs for many years and holds a great reputation because of their honest work and reasonable prices. Skip the hassle of towing , they come to you and get the job done. We called around and talked to this young man July 15. He responded quickly and I had car towed to his shop. I needed a fuel pump, oil change and ignition switch which I provided. It only took a couple days and he charged $1900.00. Older car 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. We paid cash and he said he would do a invoice that evening. Here a month later no receipt and not sure exactly what he did. He told my brother in law he emailed the receipt which I never rec'd. He then told my brother in law he would send to his email. Never did. I have no idea exactly what was done and after a month this is why I am giving a one star review. I should have never agreed to leave without a receipt which is not good on my behalf. I have no idea about a fuel pump warranty nothing no paperwork whatsoever that he even repaired the car. I am a senior and felt he took advantage of myself and sister. His business license is not even in his name. There is no dispute in how he repaired the car. I just do not understand why the hesitation of paperwork. I was told he overcharged and does not want to provide any itemized work. I do not care at this point what was paid, just want to have a receipt for the cash he insisted on. Having paperwork for my records on a repair is not unreasonable. I am refering this to the Better Business Bureau and they can contact him on his business practices. It's a shame because I believe he is a good person and mechanic and all this drama over paperwork is just sad and unprofessional. We did pay by Zelle so there is some paper trail but it doesn't state anything other than he rec'd money.

J&J has been servicing and repairing my vehicles for over a decade. He has done a wide variety of work from,but not limited to, suspension steering and wheel bearings on my 79 K5, fuel injectors 05 yukon, complete brakes 10 TSX, valve train carb and timing 82 mercruiser, and complete fuel system 93 suburban, just to name a few. We needed to have some major repairs done on our GMC Denali 3500 HD. It was Thanksgiving Holiday weekend and we didn't think we'd find anyone that was working. We were so glad we found J&J Mobile and they said they could help us. Joe and Hunter came to us in Laughlin and replaced our front wheel hubs and brakes. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job, had it all done in less than 4 hours and charged us less than half the cost we were quoted by the GMC dealer. We would highly recommend J&J Mobile Mechanics.

I had enough working on my 2005 Dodge Cummins Diesel. All I was trying to do was put the dang belt on. After many hours and bruises of failure I looked up a Mobile Mechanic in my area. J&J and another came up who were open on Saturday. I called the other place first but it went to Voicemail. So I tried J&J, it did go to VM but about a minute later I got a text. After a brief exchange he sent his young man out to put the belt on. Very fast, prompt and professional. His price is totally worth it, he saved me a tow (~$96) plus a shop rate. Definitely would use again!

These guys went so far beyong what I expected when changing out the fuel pump on my 31 foot RV. It was a miserable job but they stuck with it and they are the first one s I ll call from now on.
