Dustin was our first contact. He was friendly and professional and actually saved the deal by calling us one more time after we had ruled out the car. He worked hard to make the numbers work for us. His follow up was excellent too. Manny helped us at the dealership, and he was great. He was also very friendly and professional. We love our 2018 Subaru Forester. It is exactly the car that we wanted. It was worth the drive to Bullhead City.

Before I purchased the truck, I got all kinds of text messages, calls, and well wishes. After I purchased the truck, I had a simple request for warranty information, and I couldn't get a response. I ended up having to drive from my home in Lake Havasu City to the dealership in Fort Mohave. The gentleman who finally helped me out was the finance manager who had nothing to do with the sale.

I had an exceptional experience at the car dealership! As soon as I walked in, Myles greeted me with genuine enthusiasm. I told him my budget and requirements, and he immediately went to work, scanning through the inventory to find the perfect vehicle that met all of my needs. He was incredibly efficient and didn't waste any of my time, making sure every detail was taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I got more than what I was expecting for the same price that I had asked for. The longest part of my purchase was myself dealing with my insurance hold times. I truly appreciate Myles and Chris for being incredibly patient with my children while they were playing, and for taking the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They both went above and beyond to make my experience a memorable one. I absolutely love my new car, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for their next vehicle. The level of service and attention to detail is truly exceptional.

First let me state that I don't like car salesmen. They lie to you about pretty much everything. That being said this was one of the most painless and easy processes to purchase a car. Everyone was up front and did a great job to satisfy my budget concerns. GREAT JOB EVERYONE

My family and I went in for a vehicle and typically it's such a hassle getting a vehicle with dealers...but this was an amazing experience for us.not only was it much faster than I ever expected,but we were able to leave with a nice SUV that we WANTED,with an amazing monthly payment.Nick and Myles were so helpful and actually enjoyed doing all they could to get us into a great vehicle! The down payment they were able to get us down to was very low and they STILL got us a great monthly payment, and the overall value we will pay to finance far exceeds any price I have EVER seen with other dealerships!We couldn't be happier with every aspect of our experience with everybody involved and Nick and Myles definitely earned this store the 5 stars im rating them!!!I will recommend them to any friends and family,or anyone else looking to get a new vehicle,these guys really did everything they could to make things work out for us!!!

This place has a hidden $4k package that you won't be informed about until it's time to talk to finance. It is incredibly terrible marketing and rather sneaky. What is sad, is some people actually pay that package. You deserve to be informed before you waste that much time and get that far. Jake is also unprofessional, and Chris is a terrible manager. We came in, pre-approved with our bank and all they wanted to do was run our credit and make that money off the loan. If you are an educated human, don't go here. I asked for complete transparency from the get-go and instead my time was wasted. They didn't even offer another vehicle to look at and that is how you know that they were all about making money from the loan.

WORST experience buying a vehicle EVER!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. On February 17, We showed up excited and prepared to pay CASH for two vehicles! Yes, you read that right! We had already picked out what we wanted. All we should have had to do was test drive and pay. NO...we were held hostage for 5 hours!!! No joke. I decided I wanted to trade my car in so they took my keys to test drive and give a look over. They would not give me my keys back! I asked 5 times to return my keys and they had an excuse every time. Finally I asked for my keys minus the car key and she promptly removed the car key and gave me the rest. They did not want us to leave!Kept telling us the manager was with someone else and there was one more ahead of us and then us. There was never anyone in the manager's office at any point. There were only a few others that came into the office and they all left...we were still sitting there. We were getting more and more upset about it. Kept telling them "this is a cash sale, what's the hold up?" and they just kept making us wait. They would not let us drive ourselves to the bank...they freakin' drove us there!!! Seriously!!!! Needless to say, we left with one vehicle and we were so angry!!Forward 2 whole weeks...March 1, I get a call that they've lost the cashiers check. 2 weeks!!! Who's in charge of their accounting? She/He should be fired!!!! Then start harassing me and threatening me that if they don't get the money they'll take the car. I didn't lose the money. There was no obligation on my part to jump for these idiots at all. They're so dumb they lost money!! Then blamed the customer!!!In closing...DO NOT BUY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!! THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!! THEN THEY THREATEN YOU BECAUSE THEY DON T WANT TO ADMIT FAULT.

Typically they have a variety of cars with under 60k on the odometer, some good options as well, I didn t end up buying here simply because I got a great new car offer from a vegas dealership but these guys are low pressure and can get you financed.

They come across as stand up guys. Then find out after (my fault) that they over charged for the car I got by $4,000. It's worth about 18 grand and they sold it to me for $22,000. And they were trying to sell it for $26,000! The car literally costs $21,000 brand new. And to top it off, it's supposed to come with a spare key and it's been about a month and they keep coming up with excuses for not having the spare key yet.Will never recommend and will tell this experience by word of mouth as well.Not cool Findlay

I felt really taken care of when i went to replace my headlight, and noticed the entire housing is missing on the left side. So, by all means, if you want a car that smells like cigarettes dipped in windex, even after their "Detail Cleaning" then come on down to Findlay. Definitely NOT coming back.

Can NOT be trusted.Removed fuse for AC and then said needed AC replaced.Waiting for PCM to replaced in vehicle which is 3 weeks old...it's 6 days and still NOT to a dealer to fix...Be VERY careful - not trustworthy..

What a wonderful experience! Salesman Raymond was very helpful and made my wife and I feel like family. The deal for a 2018 Ford Fiesta went smoothly. We had one repair that they took care of in the deal. Took longer then we all planned. Chris from service department gave us a loaner vehicle for the time of the repair. We want to say thank you to Raymond, Adam (sale manager), and team for their hard work and time to help us out.

My boyfriend and I just bought a car from here 2days ago..we love it.. our sales man Nick was awesome and not to pressuring. He was super helpful in getting us into something they checked almost all our boxes but still affordable for us. The only thing is I got to call them because the breaks are a little loud

In the Fort Mohave location I attempted to get a car. The sales person Nick was told 3 times to NOT RUN MY CREDIT before he told me how much the car was. He decided to not do what I asked and ran my credit on a car I could not afford and now I am screwed out of getting another loan. He wanted to make a sale and in turn lost a sale and screwed up my credit and all other things I have going on that are not at a halt. Thank you for ruining my credit and not listening. Great customer service.

Thank you Nick, Jake and Chris at Findlay in FM for being friendly and courteous. Considering it was Friday, 5 pm, 118�, crowded office space, they were calm and helpful. Nick offered something to drink out of his own soda stockpile, but a refreshment and popcorn area, similar to Findlay in BH would be great. They deserve it.

Wayne was our salesmen. I highly recommend him for any of your car sales needs. He is definitely the guy you want to go to as he is very communicative and thorough with his work. He makes you feel like a part of a family and brings a welcoming atmosphere to you.If you want to deal with a honest, trusting, upfront salesman he is the guy to go to.Overall, the dealership administration process was quick and painless and provided us with reassurances and answered all of our questions and concerns.Thank you Findlay Motors!

We all know that we re not gonna be told the whole truth and nothing but the truth when buying from a used car dealer but this tops it .from day one I was lied to my loan was rescinded because they left out information and I had to take the car back with another $500 down a week later ....and get financed with another company then ....I get pulled over a week later to be told that my plates aren t valid that they gave meNobody wants to return my calls or make me a priority because they already have their money in the bank.Drive the extra miles to Vegas it ll save you about $10,000All vehicles- tack on 3 k for their required 3M and tint "package"Y'all lucky I love this car This 300S is clean and runs good at least
