Owned by husband and wife team. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and honest in their dealings. They are prompt with repairs. Their front office is always neat and tidy. I go there for all my car repair needs.

Did good work the first time: I paid nearly $700 for a new rear strut assembly and one sensor; my car was running much better! Several months later I asked them to take a look at my brakes, they advised me it would be over $426 for a brake job (+ lugnut/wheel stud they broke because [they claim] we cross-threaded it on our last install).I paid them $63 to put it back together and replace the lugnut. My boys purchased our own $110 in parts and attempted to do the job on Easter... but ALL the lugnuts were Cross-Threaded! Three strong men couldn't get them to budge after two hours and several trips to AutoZone. The one that C&C replaced didn't even match the rest and we had to get an attachment... now we're down a commute vehicle (towing it to our friends' workshop next weekend to use an impact to get to the brakes). Whether this was pettiness or utter incompetence, they've lost a once-loyal customer.

The dealer said that I needed a air pump when I asked how much it would cost me and they said about $400 to $500 so a friend told me to go to C&C came back an 1 hour I asked if it was done he answered yes sir someone pulled out the vacuum line that s why it was making that horrible, screaming noise Frank plugged it back in and she s running like a champ. Thanks Frank will be seeing you soon Billy from BostonOh by the way no charge

Tried charging me 500 dollars to change my rotors and pads. When I told them I'd do it myself they charged me for a crossthreaded lug nut they had to replace. The irony is that the last time the tire was removed was by them when I had previously brought it in. Then when I proceeded to change the pads and rotors myself I couldn't get a lug nut off because ironicallly... it was corssthreaded. I snapped a lug bolt trying to get my tire off. Shady mechanic, be forewarned - edit - I saw your response. None of what you said explains why you messed up my lugs. If you actually checked the front rotors and pads you would have taken the tires off. So either you destroyed my lugs or you're lying about checking my rotors. Which one is it? Also, whywould I lie about any of this? Oh and the lug nut you charged me 70 dollars to replace wasn't even the same size as the rest of the nuts on the tire. So if my wife had a flat tire she would have had no way to remove that nut with the tire iron she has. I went to your shop for assistance and you destroyed my lugs because I refused your service. Then you charged me 70 dollars for it. Great way to run a business and sooner or later you WILL be exposed. It's a good thing I have the resources to fix the issue myself. Alot of people dont.don't. Actually I guess I should be thanking you for one thing. That cheap nut you charged me 70 dollars for was perfect for threading down and pulling my new bolts into place, so I didn't have to destroy the threads on my new nuts... thanks for that....

$151 dollars for an oil change seemed insane when I heard about it. When I saw the receipt with a labor charge of $47.50 to remove and replace the cabin air filter I knew something shady was going on.Replacing the cabin air filter on a 2017 Toyota Corolla takes mere minutes. I know because I tried. Feel free to look up videos on YouTube. They're all about 2 minutes long. There is no excuse for that to be a $47.50 service. Even the other filter, the engine air filter the receipt shows, is a simple replacement.I called and spoke with a woman claiming to be the owner. When I asked her to justify a $47.50 price on it, she simply said "I just go by what the book tells me" as if that excuses that kind of inflation.I always heard about shops charging predatory prices, but never thought I'd see it in person. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You are the reason people are wary of small shops.Edit for response: this lady will really tell you with a straight face that a standard oil change costs $151. Lol.Further edit: I got an oil change at Quality Care Auto Lube in about 30 minutes for $40. No cabin air filter change, but hey it's $100 less and they won't try to gaslight you into thinking that $151 is reasonable for an oil change.

This shop acted like they did me a favor getting my car in before Christmas. So on Christmas Eve excitedly I pick it up and immediately call the shop when at the traffic light my car starts running erratically. She said they were closed and call back after the new year. I tried to bring it in but the car was dead, had to have it towed in and they said it was my battery cable that was the issue. Not the tune up or timing belt job that was the issue. They changed out the cable that was corroded at no charge and all I had to pay was the tow bill. Ok, the tech should have seen how bad the terminal was to begin with and should have sold that as the first repair for the issue of my car not running well with poor fuel economy. So that should have fixed it, right? NO Well it didn t change its idle and once again I called them back , made another appointment and brought it in twice for them to check it and all she ever would say was it was operating correctly. He (her husband) didn t have any problems on the test drive. She finally said it was because I didn t drive my car everyday and that wasnt their problem, this was the last time, left it overnight again and nothing. She said I should have told them when I first picked up the car and she tried to say I didn t call within 5 mins of picking it up and when I confronted her about it she backed peddled and came up with another excuse. They were moving the shop and she told me I couldn t leave my car for them to fix finally and she would call when they got settled into their new location. Well after 2k dollars of repairs I do not expect my car to idle at 1400rpm, there is no way this is correct, and since they don t seem to want to fix their issues for their customers that pay hard earned dollars I should report them to Carquest auto repair warranty center and see about getting a real approved and quality shop to fix whatever they messed up. My car drove out running worse than it did going in.Well I understand things being hectic but you really did tell me and my son the continuing problems were not your responsibility because you did the repairs I paid for and that is no lie ma am

Got my power steering pump replaced here. Top-notch, honest mechanic. I was in a bind for time and they got me back on the road ahead of schedule. Wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my vehicle again.I waited there while they worked on my vehicle. Several customers came and went during that time. All that had questions were given the best advice for their situations and vehicles. No BS here!

I have been traveling in an RV for awhile this summer and have been staying in some very hot places. One of the hottest spots was here in Bullhead City. I believe it was about 104 degrees and my truck s air-conditioner quit working. Being far from home and on a time crush I did a Google search and read reviews on service centers in the area. I decided to call C & C Automotive Repair because they had several good reviews. They weren t sure if they could fit me in but told me to drop it off and they would take a look at it. This was late afternoon so I really wasn t expecting C & C to be able to repair it but when I arrived they immediately drove it around back and inspected it. Luckily, it was just a hose that had blown off and all the Freon leaked out. They quoted me a very reasonable price and repaired it right away. I was worried that shops would take advantage of an out-of-town person, but they were very professional and honest. I appreciate their helping me out as I am still staying in a very hot desert area and am greatly enjoying the working air-conditioner. Thank you C & C Automotive Repair!

Took my truck over to have a engine light issue taken care of. Frank fixed the problem by clearing the code and test drive it to make sure it stayed off! He could have charged me but he was honest and didn't charge anything. Highly recommend C and C Auto
