Had an amazing experience with the team here. Stopped in thirty minutes before closing looking to get a quote on my 2013 Cadillac ATS. Even though they were packed & ready to go home for the day. They took the couple extra minutes to throw the car on the rack and run diagnostics. Not only were the guys pretty cool about it, they were super informative about what was wrong with the vehicle and explained what they could do to fix it. My business felt prioritized and important to them which is a refreshing feeling for this area. It didn't feel like your typical mechanics shop visit which was nice. As a veteran who worked mechanics for years it was great to feel like these guys care about your business and not lining their pockets first. Looking forward to hearing back and dropping the car off for repair. Will update this review after the repairs are completed.

The people who work here are very honest and friendly. They don't find 'something else wrong' with your vehicle to make more money. They are knowledgeable and will tell you the truth. They even gave me an estimate on pricing over the phone and he said he was rounding up to make sure I wouldn't come in and be caught by surprise. He would rather charge me less when it is completed than add on. This is the place to go.

This is the only place to take your vehicle in the area. They know what they are doing and are very transparent with you. I had a big job (replace fuel system) and they did a great job. Highly recommended!

Terrible! My car broke down on the 15th. I called a few places but know one works on mercedes benz. Someone recommended this place. So I called on the 15th and told them what the tow truck guy said was wrong with it. They gave me an estimate over the phone and the nearest they could take my car and fix it was the 24th but I had to be there by 8am to have my car fixed. I called yesterday to confirm it. Thry said OK so I called my tow truck guy to come take me to the shop. The tow truck guy was late so I called thr shop and told them the tow truck is a little bit late. They told me they had no clue who I was. No woman had an appointment today to behave their car fixed. I told them I talked to thr lady and she gave me an estimate a d everything is on paper and they said we'll they will take my car but they won't work on it until next week. They had my address and phone number. It was awful even though I confirmed it yesterday!

These guys diagnosed my "check engine" Light on my Srinter, physically checked for any obvious problems and reset the code light, all before the "Street sealers" sealed the street which would keep me from exiting their shop, then sent me happily on my vacation! My car was down all summer. I had 3 or 4 backyard "mechanics" try to fix it. None could do it. I finally took it to Bent Wrench. They replaced my fuel pump and housing quickly, the right way and did a great job! Haven't had a problem since. I should have gone to them from the beginning and definitely will next time. This is the worst mechanic I've ever been too. Ripped me off $800 and never fixed my car. Told me to take it to the dealership after taking my $800. Then I got my car and had more troubles with it costing over $1,600. Never use this mechanic.

We have had a great experience with Bent Wrench, our car needed some major repairs which we can't afford right now and they worked out a way for the main thing to be repaired at a much lower cost and we will get the rest done when we can. These guys are honest and really care about their customers, I can't say enough good things about them!

I have a 1984 Toyota 4x4 pickup with 380,000 miles. Jess and his crew rebuilt the head and stop all oil leaks. They installed a new carburetor and gave a thorough tune up. There were no surprises when it came time to pay my bill, it was exactly the same as the estimate. I towed my vintage jeep into town on a holiday weekend just after the clutch had literally fallen apart on the road. I didn't know any mechanics in the area and found Bentwrench Automotive in the Fort Mojave via a Google lookup. I was hoping they could order parts and and have it done within the 5 days I would be in town. They had it ready early and working like a top! I also asked him to check the adjustments on my carburetor and he improved the performance about 80%. The best part, the pricing was totally reasonable. I left feeling like I was dealing with honest people and that they cared about us and our car.This is a family business and very professional. The lobby, office, and service areas were nicely decorated and immaculate every time I was in. They were very easy to communicate with. I'll be back with my other vehicles and would recommend them highly.

They replaced the A/C pump on my Blazer several months ago, spendy but needed. A/C now not working and they are unable to address it for several weeks. "Comebacks" don't qualify for anything but getting into their schedule for weeks....And then the snotty attitude they gave when confronted with their lack of customer service around "comebacks".....I won't be giving them any more of my business and I do not recommend their service.

I thought the name was cute. My mother went there and said very nice people. I believe it s the owners. When I went back to drop my mother off they assured me they would help her to her car. They showed her what they replaced. I will be bringing my car when I need a mechanic. Priced very reasonable also

I stopped at benchwrench for an estimate on car repairs, I was very impressed with the work to be performed and the cost so scheduled the work to be performed. They are very professional in every way and repairs were performed on time. I plan to have all my car and truck service needed at benchwrench automotive.

Bentwrench is #1! AMAZING! I depend on me vehicle as a contractor. If my vehicle doesn't work, neither do I. Here is what happened to me and why Bentwrench is THE BEST auto mechanic shop in Arizona. It was 4:30PM. I was driving to last job in Fort Mohave. Going up the hill heading south on 95 / Mohave Valley highway from Bullhead to Fort Mohave / Needles area. I heard and felt "POP!" "BANG!" .?.>? Not sure what happened .. Ugh .. I knew there was an Autozone up ahead. So drove slowly limping about a mile down. Truck making all this noise, sputtering. Pull in towards Autozone, but see Bentwrench next door. REMINDER EVERYONE IT IS now 4:45PM on a Friday or Saturday.. close at 5. I pull up. I walk in.. The Bentwrench Mechanic stops what he is doing, jumps to my attention. Rushed out to my van. Finds problem. My Ford engine blew a spark plug!! Informed Mechanic I am late to get to a job and I have little to no money for this. Mechanic attempts to fix on the spot to get me rolling. My vehicle had to spend the night. I called my customer to rescheduling the job. Mechanic offered to come in,, just for me on his only day off. So... My wife picked me up and brought me back the next morning and he already had my work truck running better than ever.. " I forgot to mention, my check engine light was on as long as I owned this vehicle. "So .. Even .. Now!!" Mid July 2019 it is 3 Months Later.. Still running driving perfect. I am saving money with Better gas mileage. Check engine light fixed and off.. I was given the best price and my vehicle was fixed right... Bentwrench is a Full service Auto repair company that cares with Mechanics that go above and beyond to to repair your vehicles correctly. I know I sound like a commercial but all are welcome to contact me .. even see my vehicle as proof.. Thank you SO much!! Bentwrench is the BEST!! I need to come get business cards and buy a T-shirt to rock..
